Tonight, this disturbing news surveillance video, obtained exclusively by CNN, appears to show Sean Diddy Holmes attacking his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, throwing her to the ground in a hotel elevator bank and then kicking her twice. He then tries to drag her away.

Videos don't lie. And so that destroys any amount of credibility that Sean Holmes may have had in denying these allegations. And I think many other allegations that come from the other civil lawsuits coming against him.

The incident President appears to support Ventura's claims, long denied by Holmes, from a now settled lawsuit filed last November, stating, Around March 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, Mr. Combs became extremely intoxicated and punched Ms. Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye, adding that when she tried to leave the hotel room, Combs followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her. He grabbed at her and then took glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her, causing Glass to crash around them as she ran to the elevator to escape.

Cassie has now become that much more of a more credible witness. And while these allegations, because they're from 2016, might have passed the statute of limitations, she can still potentially testify to everything in her lawsuit and say, Look, it's corroborated by this video. This is who this man is.

At the time of the lawsuit, an attorney for Holmes stating, Mr. Holmes vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. Ventura and Holmes settled for an undisclosed amount just one day after the suit was filed. He admitted no wrongdoing. The I'll be missing you. The I'll be missing you singer is credited with helping bring hip hop to the mainstream. A close collaborator of the Notorius B. I. G. Writing, producing, and rapping in hit songs like, More Money, More Problems. He famously dated Jennifer Lopez from 1999 to 2001, creating iconic red carpet moments together, but controversy was quick to follow. After a New York City nightclub shooting, both Lopez and Holmes were arrested. Jlo was never charged, and Holmes was later acquitted of gun charges. In recent months, the mega star has had multiple sexual assault lawsuits leveled against him. Holmes has denied these allegations, writing on an Instagram post last December, Let me be absolutely clear. I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth. Today, an attorney for Ventura, responding to the surveillance video, stating, The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr.

Holmes. It all comes nearly two months after federal authorities raided Holmes's LA and Miami homes, seizing computers and electronics equipment, agents from Homeland Security in fatigues and body armor seen entering his home in the wealthy LA enclave of Holdenby Hills. Drones flying overhead, and on the opposite Coast, another raid at his mansion in Miami. Sources telling ABC News the entertainment mogul is the subject of an ongoing federal investigation out of the Southern district of New York into human trafficking.

I think this is just another potential piece to a potential, and I'm not saying it will or will not happen, but a potential arrest of Sean Holmes and more allegations against him.

Holmes' attorney calling the raids a, quote, witch hunt, adding Mr. Holmes is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.
