I saw Kiran Mazumdar Shah's episode with Nikhil Kamat, which is one of my all-time favorite podcasts. Have you seen that episode? No. She basically just takes us through the whole Biocon story. She went to Australia to do a beer brewing course. When she came back to India for a job, they didn't give her a job because in the '70s, factory workers wouldn't listen to a homeopita. Then she just randomly met someone, and eventually one thing led to another. Then she built out this multi-billion dollar company over three, four decades. My thought is, why don't we see more Kiran Mazumdar Shah? She cames. It's just crazy to think. We're talking about not having female content creators in 2023.
