New footage shows a person wearing light-colored clothing, wandering outside the perimeter of the Pennsylvania rally.

That person's clothing resembled that of Thomas Matthew Crooks, who would attempt to assassinate former President Trump about an hour after this video was taken.

The video, obtained by WTAE,TAE, shows the man wandering outside the same building that Thomas Matthew Crooks later climbed with his rifle.
