All eyes on the governors right now. The elections this November. Brand new Fox Power Rankings showing voters in 11 states are slated to cast their ballot in gubernatorial races, and they can determine a lot in that state. Brian Yannis on that. And what states are we looking at here today, Brian. Hello.

Bill, look, according to our Fox news, power rankings, there are three competitive gubernatorial races we're really keeping an eye on here. Washington State, which we have likely Democrat, North Carolina, which is leaning Democrat, and interestingly, New Hampshire, which Fox predicts is the only true toss-up race this cycle. Why? In part, a big part, because popular four-term moderate Republican governor Chris Sunnu is not running for re-election. It's wide open. New Hampshire has not held their gubernatorial primaries yet, so we don't even know who the candidates are. But given New Hampshire's leftward drift in the presidential elections and Sunnu's strong Republican brand, Fox predicts this election will be a toss-up. As for North Carolina, Montana. It's leaning Democrat, but should be interesting given its history of ticket splitting, Republicans have won all but one presidential race there since 1980, but Democratic governors have won all but three elections there over the same period. Now, to summarize our new Fox News power rankings this week, Fox forecast that the control, the battle for the Senate is a toss up likely to be decided by races in Nevada, Ohio, and Montana. Fox forecast the race for control Control of the House is also a toss-up with a slight edge to Republicans, ultimately decided by these 19 toss-up, hotly contested races.

Meanwhile, a new Monmouth University pull out today, Bill, shows voter enthusiasm has jumped massively. You can see here, it was 46% Democrats in June. Now, 85% of registered voters say they are enthusiastic about this race now that it is Trump v. View Harris. Independence, it was 34%, that has also jumped, and the enthusiasm has stayed the same for Trump at 71%. Now, according to the same poll, voters view Harris more favorably than they did Biden. 47% of voters view Harris favorably. They viewed Biden back in June. That number was 39%, so that's a jump. And as you can see, Trump, his favorability numbers in this poll have remained the same regardless of who he's going against. Big news, though. Brand new Fox News polls bill will be released tonight, 6:00 PM on special report. Those polls will include the latest on who's ahead, Harris or Trump, which candidate voters trust more on the issues, and much more.
