I was just sitting here on my porch enjoying a cup of coffee, and I started to feel pressure. I was making myself wrong because I'm like, Oh, I should call so-and-so. I should reach out to so and so and go for a walk. I should respond to that thing. And then I thought, No, no, no, no, no, Mel. You have some free time today. Stop thinking that free time means you need to be available. We have to stop making ourselves available to our phone, to obligation, to busyness. Your free time is for you. You need that free time. I need that free time. Time to just sit and be free of obligation, free of being available, and just enjoy.
