Hey, it's your friend Mel, and I just want to remind you that self-care is not just going to bed early and eating better foods, but it's also taking care of yourself internally. What does that mean? That means speaking to yourself in a really kind way. It means asking for help when you need help. It means stopping and collapsing and having a good cry if that's what you need. And it also means doing the little things every day that make you happy. To feel happier. You deserve to be taken care of. And it starts with the little things that you do to take care of yourself every single day.
