You, Drew and stew are on the air, ready? Whether you're fading with Drew or riding with Cam, this is the place to get your weekly NFL picks. Powered by sports interaction, your homegrown sports book. Always remember to bet local.

[00:00:16]

Hello and happy holidays. Welcome to week 16, episode two of the Drew and Stu podcast. I'm rocking a Christmas sweater like I'm Santa's little helper over here, and Cam's over there rocking the under armor like he's still on. Jordan speeds the golf.

[00:00:28]

Right? Team speeds. What a grinch. Hey, Drew, I got a tree back there made of balls. I tried to do something better than last year where I had nothing. Right.

[00:00:37]

You had a Santa hat and everything last year.

[00:00:39]

Oh, did I? I got a Christmas pillow. My girlfriend's taking care of that stuff and she's not here yet. So anyway, sorry, Drew.

[00:00:46]

Next year, you want to be mall Santa? I can't even put a mall Santa hat on for the.

[00:00:50]

Don't they provide the gear? Actually, you don't want Santa gear. That's disgusting. Yeah, I was going to say earn it.

[00:00:57]

I honestly don't know if they provide it. I would assume they don't. It's like your own goalie gear, right? Like, it's like rent a goalie watching.

[00:01:03]

Family guy the other night with Meg where she sees. I was like, wow, kids shouldn't be watching this stuff. It was pretty, like, you know what I mean?

[00:01:11]

It's definitely not a kid show. Definitely not a kid.

[00:01:16]

She's going to every mall looking for Santa Claus to have fun with. Yeah, it was good stuff.

[00:01:21]

Yeah. She wanted to do more than just ask for presents.

[00:01:24]

Yes, she wanted more.

[00:01:26]

All right, well, we're going to recap our week 16 picks and make our few changes that we have to make. We do have a few to make, unlike two weeks ago when we made no changes. We're going to give you our props. Then we're going to break down our favorite Christmas movies heading into the holiday season since this will air on the 23 first and you won't see us again until after Christmas day. And we'll also make a Christmas day parlay of touchdowns for everybody to celebrate so we can all celebrate and win some money on Christmas day together. All right, Cam, so let's get right into our changes for the week. We're staying on the Rams tonight against the Saints. I know you're a bit worried because the public money is all coming in on the Rams and the lines moving weird, but I just think personally, the Rams are a better football team. Stafford's playing out of his mind right now and everything's setting up for Detroit. Lions versus La Rams, round one. And I mean, that would be amazing, Cam, if Stafford goes to the home that he built and has to eliminate the Lions in the playoffs, who would you pick in that game?

[00:02:17]

Sorry, what game would I pick, sir?

[00:02:19]

If it was the Rams going to Detroit in the playoffs, Stafford against his former posse.

[00:02:24]

I would take Detroit if it's in Detroit. If it was in LA. I don't know, man. The Rams are playing really good football right now. I know Williams is running the ball, the defense is better. But one thing about the Lions is I just don't think the Rams could keep up with points if they find a way to stop the run, which they like. I know the Rams defense is better, but you saw what the Lions do when they're on point. Like when they're all playing, they can murder teams. So my pick is the Lions. But it wouldn't be easy.

[00:02:49]

No, it would not be easy. All right, let's get into our first switch of the week. Cam, one that you will be making, but I will not be making. You're going to switch off the Green Bay packers to your Carolina Panthers, who have let you down, what, eight out of ten times this season. So explain why you're making that switch.

[00:03:05]

Okay, here's the deal. Just looking at Denver and I'm trying to think, do I think Denver is going to win the game? Probably with teasers, but the Patriots have been playing better. They played Kansas City pretty close. They beat up.

[00:03:17]

What are you talking about? We're talking about the Panthers game.

[00:03:19]

Oh, Panthers. Okay. Wow. Jeez. Sorry.

[00:03:25]

I'm like, what the hell is he going on about?

[00:03:27]

Maybe I should have stayed in bed. I text, you, go, I'm up now. Am I really up? Like, I got cobwebs. Here's the deal. I love the Panthers. What has Green Bay done, Drew, since they had this easy schedule and had to get in the playoffs? They've gagged. They've gagged, right. And now I got to lay points. Here's the thing about the Panthers. They're starting to play better. And defensively, that's where I think they can win the game. Literally. If the Panthers score 13 points in this game, I don't know if Green Bay can get more than 17. And we're getting a lot of points here. So you know what? I've been with this team the whole year and it's been my demise. But, Drew, we were both on them when they won outright and we took them against Houston. Remember, this team beat the Houston Texans earlier on in the year and we.

[00:04:08]

Were on the last week against Atlanta.

[00:04:09]

Asking Green Bay to win by margin I think is troubling. And I know a lot of people are going to say I'm an whatever. Like, we've taken some crazy picks that have won this year and this goes in the crazy category, Drew. So gimme the Panthers Paul Panther is back, ready to claw the cheese.

[00:04:27]

I'm in disagreement, Cam, because I'm still in the packers. And the packers were your bronze on Tuesday. So anyone that watches just the Tuesday.

[00:04:32]

Show and not you just saw that two minutes ago. I'm in orbit. So they're going to be like, what? I'm doing?

[00:04:38]

What the hell? Cam, 48 hours ago you loved the packers as your third best pick of the week and now you're switching off them.

[00:04:43]

Could I make a point to the people? I usually wait till I'm going to be honest. Saturday I do a show from four to eight on sports grid. I usually put bets in there right after that show. And Sunday, Drew, what we do, I'll make more like double clicking if I like it even more on Sunday. I don't like making bets early, but we need every show we do.

[00:05:03]

If I see a line that I really love though, Cam, that gets locked in on Tuesday, sometimes the early spreads.

[00:05:08]

You're right, Drew. There's been a couple like, remember when we took the jets at twelve and a half and it lost? I locked that one in real early and now I'm like, don't lock in stuff as early because bad things happen.

[00:05:19]

But I still don't regret making that bet, Cam, despite how that game went. But when the, when the line goes four points the other way, usually you're pretty happy that you got the twelve and a half when it closes at eight and a half. But all right, you're switching off the packers to the Panthers. That means we got to bring a mystery tiebreaker man for this one. Where do you think he ended up on that game?

[00:05:36]

Oh, the packers for all the marbles.

[00:05:39]

Correct. Thank you. Yes. So he was on the packers. All right, your next switch, Cam, will be the Denver Broncos to the New England Patriots. You just love losing money with bad teams, Cam. Let's explain this one.

[00:05:51]

Do I like losing money with bad teams or maybe winning money with bad teams? Drew, talk to me on Sunday night.

[00:05:57]

When we see it's my bronze selection. I've already locked in that bet, to.

[00:06:01]

Be honest, and I'm going to be honest with you, I don't like going against you. I like when we win together. I like when we hit parlays together. But I just thought about this more and more, Drew, and I don't like to let people influence my bet, but I had a lot of really good cappers on many different shows that I've done this week. And the more I think, think about it. And we were talking about New England's defense and Denver and Russell Wilson just dumping the ball off. They kind of got exposed against Detroit. I know they've been playing better, but New England's one of these teams that I think they hang. I think they lose this game by, like three or four, and that number is a little bit too high for me. So I'm going to take Denver, but New England, I do think Denver wins the game, but I think New England covers. So I'd feel safer in a teaser with the Broncos. But I'm telling you, Drew, they played pretty good. New England did against Kansas City. They beat Pittsburgh. They've been better. Can we just say they've been better?

[00:06:50]

Like, they're not great. They're not a good football team. But now we're asking Denver, a team that can be offensively challenged sometimes to cover by a lot.

[00:06:59]

Yeah, I just think, what do they have to get to cover this number? 20. What's the Patriots max points in this game? 13.

[00:07:05]

I'd say 16 for me. 16 to 17. I don't think Denver gets 23.

[00:07:09]

Okay. Fair enough. So, yeah, I think we're in disagreement. That happens. So mystery tribe man once again has to come in on this one. Which side do you think he's on?

[00:07:18]

He is on Denver for fun.

[00:07:20]

He's on Frankie Foxborough in the New England Patriots camp.

[00:07:24]

Jeez, it's a Christmas miracle.

[00:07:26]

Yeah, I was shocked, too, but I don't.

[00:07:30]

I'm actually mesmerized. Like, he likes New England. That's weird, man.

[00:07:36]

I think because he's, like, secretly a Chiefs fan, he doesn't like the Broncos. So maybe that's like swaying his.

[00:07:41]

We have to have a little talk with this guy. Liking two teams like Bills and Chiefs. I'm not down with that at all. I hate that. You can't do that, Drew. It's like you as a Colorado avalanche fan going, hey, I like the Red Wings. No, you hate them for what happened when you were younger, right?

[00:07:57]

Yeah.

[00:07:58]

That's your enemy. It would make sense. I don't get it, but all right.

[00:08:03]

Cam, my switch, my single switch of the week is going to be the Oakland Raiders to the Kansas City Chiefs, or, sorry, Vegas. Vegas Raiders. I keep calling them Oakland. I don't know why.

[00:08:12]

Look what I did. I got teams wrong. When you asked me what game we were talking about. We're both a little slow.

[00:08:17]

I'm going to the Chiefs, Cam. I didn't like the big spread because the Raiders like to keep these games close, but everyone is like, they're a public dog. I don't like betting public dogs. Public dogs on the road in the arrowhead, Cam, division. Public dogs. It grosses me out. So I'm switching off them to the Chiefs. Give me the Chiefs minus ten. I think they can win this game by 17 plus. So, I mean, I have to take them.

[00:08:39]

One thing is, I know Kansas City. There's a lot of negativity around this team, right? You've seen Mahomes whine and cry the last couple of weeks. Tony's on. Like, this guy's one drop pass away from, like, you know what I mean? This guy's like, I don't even know. He wakes up and he's scared. Like, here's the alarm clock. He's jumping out of bed. Yeah. Things are not going well for him, but Kansas City, remember the last time they played the Raiders? I'll remember. The Raiders jumped out to a 14 nothing lead, punched him in the face, and Kansas City still covered, and that's when they didn't have turmoil. Andy Reid. These guys kind of need a signature win against a hated rival, and I think they beat them by 20.

[00:09:13]

And their path for the one seed still open, cam, which disgusts me because I don't want them to get the one seed. But, I mean, all they need is Baltimore to lose one game against San Fran or Miami. And we both know what Miami could.

[00:09:23]

Lose to Dallas, and San Fran is probably going to beat Baltimore. So Kansas City needs to. They don't have to win by ten, but they got to win the game. But I love the switch, drew, and if it's wrong, I'm sorry. By the way, I paid you in crown Royal because I pay debts. Does Aaron Rogers. Active stuff. He didn't take a snap, so I won the jugs and wing.

[00:09:43]

Bet you in the wings. Unless he plays in the next three weeks, which I thought I got a.

[00:09:47]

Picture of beer, too.

[00:09:48]

Can you believe they cut their fullback to make room for him on the active roster so that he could participate in practice?

[00:09:55]

To do what?

[00:09:56]

Really? You're that big of a piece of shit? You need to practice for three weeks you get rid of some guy's job.

[00:10:02]

No, dude, I'm telling you, everyone I know, he's like friends with some guys at the network that we used to work with. I don't care. I'm going to tell you, this guy, you're right in this fullback, he's got a family and stuff. The thing is, we know you're not playing, so you don't need to do this practice. Shut it. No, but you don't practice. No practice. Get a fucking simulator at home. That's who you are.

[00:10:26]

You're Aaron Rogers. You say, hey, I need some receivers to catch passes. You'll have 500 of them lined up.

[00:10:31]

Can I get a machine where I'm just tossing balls all over the place, hitting targets and whatever, like guys do in golf? Like, what the hell are you doing? You're not playing. Shut it down. And you're playing next year. Remember, Drew, how mad I was at this story? I told you this was good. I told you. I go, he's not going to play.

[00:10:49]

One of the comments, like how triggered you got by Aaron Rodgers, they're like, drew mentioned Aaron Rodgers. And Cam just got super red and angry.

[00:10:57]

I don't need to go super red and angry. But don't you think, why are you always putting yourself out there? It's just shut.

[00:11:05]

Know you're thinking like, hey, you know what? It's the holidays. I'm going to take someone's job away so I can throw to receivers and practice, even though I'm not going to play this whole season.

[00:11:13]

I just don't understand. Get a device in your mansion, like, you don't need to practice. You're not playing well.

[00:11:19]

And he could still practice in the field and go work out.

[00:11:22]

Yeah, exactly. With the B team.

[00:11:24]

I know.

[00:11:26]

Don't officially practice, just throw balls.

[00:11:28]

It's so stupid. Anyways, all right, so you're making a switch to your minerals. On Tuesday, you had the packers as your bronze and you're now switching it so you have the 49 ers as your gold, the Vikings as your silver, and the Steelers as your bronze. Explain why you're putting the Vikings as your silver and getting rid of the packers.

[00:11:45]

The Packers. Because I'm on Carolina and I'll probably live to regret that pick. But I've been a panther all year, Drew. Carolina Blue, not Christmas. I'm the Grinch. Boo earns. But I will say I love Minnesota in this spot. We were on Detroit as one of our mineral picks last week for many reasons. They were getting killed in the media they needed to play better defense and what did they do to Denver? They put them, absolutely annihilated them, put them in a chokehold and killed them. But now Minnesota has two games against these guys still alive and they're at home. Very good home field advantage. The fans in Minnesota, they like to get goonered at be. I'm going to hear so much skull like, so many horns, and I know it's indoors, but Goff is going to lose his mind in this game. I think Minnesota wins, so I will take the Vikings in the spot.

[00:12:31]

You think Vikings went outright, eh, yeah.

[00:12:33]

No, I would have taken. I just like the spot for the Vikings. The Niners. I've had a lot of people I respect tell me the Baltimore Ravens are the side. I'm not switching this. I'm sticking by my guns. I think the 49 ers are the best. I think every time they play a team that thinks they can compete, they win. If Baltimore covers, I'll admit I'm wrong and I'll give them all the credit in the world. Baltimore is talking about being disrespected with the line and stuff like that. San Francisco doesn't give a shit if they actually want to play like an a plus game. Like Baltimore is going to get killed in this game, as we've talked about before, and Pittsburgh, I think Mason Rudolph is an upgrade for Mitchell Trubisky.

[00:13:08]

Yeah, we both agreed on the Steelers and the 49 ers camp. Both of them are in our minerals. We both love the 49 ers. Our gold. Seen some comments out there saying that we're crazy for thinking so. But you know what? Come Christmas day, we'll see. I know Lamar and tour is playing great, but they haven't run to the buzsaw that is the San Fran 49 ers just yet. And the 49 ers when they're fully healthy. Cam, I don't think there's a better team in football. It's as simple as that for me. I don't know if I like the Vikings. I'm on the other side, so I'm on the other side of a lot of your switches today, but we'll see. I mean, maybe it works out. I got to catch up to you somehow, so maybe it works out for me. All right.

[00:13:40]

I just wish we were on the same side, but I got to do it.

[00:13:43]

That's fine, Cam. It's fine. I got to catch it. You're ahead of me.

[00:13:45]

How hard it is to win. And we've been having great weeks. That's the thing people out there imagine we were winning every game. What would we be doing?

[00:13:53]

Oh, I know. I love people in health. I'm 80% picks. Like, no, you're not. If you were 80%, you wouldn't be commenting on a YouTube video.

[00:14:00]

Yeah. Just all you got to do is show me the sheets. I know. The problem is people can doctor stuff nowadays. So here's the deal. I don't care how everybody's doing. We're trying to make the community money here. We're all friends, and that's the way it is. We're just trying to hit winners.

[00:14:14]

Exactly. We're trying to win money for the holidays. That's simple as that. All right, let's recap our picks on the boards, starting with you. Cam has the rams, the Steelers as his silver, the buffalo bills, the Vikings. Sorry, not Steelers. Steelers as your bronze. The Vikings as your silver. The Falcons, the Houston Texans, the Seattle Seahawks, the New York jets, the Carolina Panthers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Cardinals, the Dallas Cowboys. Switched off the Broncos to the Patriots, the Chiefs, the Giants, and Tommy DeVito. And the San Francisco 49 ers as your gold. And we'll bring up my board. I got the rams, the Steelers as my silver, the Chargers, the Detroit Lions, the Falcons. I took the Chargers plus 13 and a half. I think it's going to be a letdown spot. I think the bills win, but no, too many points.

[00:14:58]

I want to switch that pick, too.

[00:15:01]

Can't be killing me. You want to switch to the Chargers?

[00:15:04]

I think the bills win by ten.

[00:15:06]

Okay. All right, I'm switching you another new Chiron.

[00:15:09]

Something smells wrong. I'm so sorry not to do this to you, but. No, but you got to change them anyway for all our other changes. So you're just going DDD?

[00:15:16]

Well, I know, but now I called for your board first, so now you're going to have Cam's board, then Drew's board, then halfway through, back to Cam's board, now back to my board. It's fine.

[00:15:24]

I don't understand the way a.

[00:15:28]

I.

[00:15:28]

Don'T know what edit does other than editing.

[00:15:32]

I'm just busting your balls. I have the packers, the Jags, the cards, the Miami Dolphins, the Broncos switched to the Chiefs, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the 49 ers as my gold.

[00:15:42]

Drew, just a question to you and Frank Font. How long does it take you to do those boards?

[00:15:50]

How do you do to originally build them a bit, but once they're built, it's just editing.

[00:15:54]

Once they're built, you're just inserting an extra. When I worked at Sportsnet in the control room, I did like, the boards. Back in the day, they used to have boards like Carlos Delgado, three for four, home Runway. And it was like a button, so you'd have a sheet and go, 9702 hit. Like, each game had.

[00:16:11]

Like, you didn't build the graphics. You brought them up on the show.

[00:16:14]

The graphics were there. No, we built them, too. We built them, but each game had a number. Dude, I was hopping around like, it was like, I'm jumping through, like, hoops and lava. At the end of the show, I'm like, I don't think it's that as difficult now. But in the old days, it was brutal, man.

[00:16:28]

Now it's just bring up graphics.

[00:16:30]

I'm like, I don't want to do this shift. I'm scared.

[00:16:33]

It's a lot easier now.

[00:16:34]

Okay, good.

[00:16:35]

And you have a director calling the shots a lot simpler. All right, let's get into our props of the week. Cam, brought to you by sports interaction. Head on over to sportsandraaction.com SDPN for the latest ODS 19 plus, please play responsibly. Cam, I got one that I really love this week. I'm going to put a bunch of money on it, and it better hit because I think it's an lock. I don't like saying that word, but, Cam, it's a really good prop. You know what? I'll say it right away. Joe Mixon, over 18 and a half receiving yards. He's been over this number in four of his last five games, and he's been over 40 yards, Cam, in three of his last 418 and a half. No jabar chase. You can get Jake Browning checking down with that pass rush in his face. I think this is as close to a lock as you can get. I won't say the lock word, but Cam, 18 and a half is way too low for this receiving yards.

[00:17:23]

Prop, you just said the l word, but I'll forgive you for that.

[00:17:26]

Well, I said it's not a lock.

[00:17:28]

Okay, but you can still mention the word anyway. I've been a horrible patron and friend today with all the changes I've made you do. Here's the thing. I actually think Pittsburgh is going to cover. We've talked about the game, but I think Cincinnati will do fine. Like their strength will be.

[00:17:43]

The Bengals are going to be chucking.

[00:17:44]

The ball camp, and also, Brown has been wicked for them. I like his over props. Like Drew, have you seen this guy? He's like, actually, as much as I like mixing. I think if he does a big game, that's where I'm scared about our Pittsburgh bet. And they've been going to him more. He's a very fast guy like you've seen him. He changes everything. Cincinnati receivers, I think a lot of them get shut down this week. I think maybe garbage time they'll get some place if Pittsburgh's winning, but I see them doing damage on the ground. I'm with you. I think the ball out of the back, maybe check down city. Yeah, I like checkdown city.

[00:18:19]

All right.

[00:18:20]

What's your favorite?

[00:18:20]

One of your favorites? Anytime TD props this week.

[00:18:23]

Oh, Drew, you do the props and I'm doing the anytime touchdowns. I got one for you right out of the gate. Will this be edited by edit? Are you going to have this out by Thursday night?

[00:18:31]

100%.

[00:18:31]

Okay, perfect. Thank you. Just need to know. Kamara touchdown. -110. Williams touchdown is. -160 I'm going to play it. I know that juice is crazy. I don't want to hear it. I got in a big fight with Rob Pazola this week on Mayo show about crossing teasers through zero. I didn't want to have that debate. I've had enough. I've had enough. Do whatever the hell you want to do. I get the math. I understand. I've been betting for a long time. I just don't want to fight with people. But the Kamara Williams touchdown parlay plus 210 for both of them to get a touchdown.

[00:19:01]

I like it, Cam. And this Kyron Williams kid came essentially out of nowhere, and he's now, like, up to top five in the league in all purpose yards. Like, he's just crushing it.

[00:19:07]

This. He's the fourth ranked back in the league now from nowhere. It's insane. I picked up Ty Chandler for my fantasy playoffs. You like that move?

[00:19:16]

Ty Chandler was the reason I got eliminated last week. So I'm not a big, not very fond of him in my main.

[00:19:21]

I actually really didn't mean to hit a soft spot.

[00:19:23]

No.

[00:19:25]

My leader in to pick him up. I'm like, these guys have already got into the egg dog. Excellent.

[00:19:29]

I was excited because I was like, oh, his Brian Robinson's hurt. He's got to start. Ty Chandler. Ty Chandler, 24 points or something stupid.

[00:19:36]

I got a question. Drew, quick, because you're good at fantasy. Ty Chandler, who would you start? Okay, I got both robinsons. It's a small league with my buddies. Okay, I got Bijean. He's starting.

[00:19:46]

Yeah.

[00:19:46]

I got bullet Robinson, Washington Naj Harris, and worst Harris is the worst out of them. All right.

[00:19:56]

Yeah, I wouldn't trust Harris.

[00:19:57]

I'm going to flex Chandler. Excellent.

[00:19:59]

Yeah, I would do that.

[00:20:01]

My receivers too, but we'll do it at a different time after we go through some more stuff.

[00:20:05]

All right, my next prop. I like Cam. This week is James Cook. Over 14 and a half rushing attempts. He's been over that in three of his last four. I think the Bills win this whole game, which means they're going to be leaning heavily on James Cook. And the rushing attack, Cam, 14 and a half attempts is too low. I think he gets 1819 carries.

[00:20:19]

Yeah. Drew, just reading each other's mail like we do, even though you're liking the Chargers. And by the way, switching that bet, people are like, you're such an idiot. I do videos for other companies. I'm like, bills by 17. Like, bills by ten. I'm thinking about Drew, but the thing is, these are on Monday. I'm starting to think like, I don't know one guy that likes the charger. Bills a win if they lose this game. Dude, think about the way the Sabers are playing. Giving up nine goals to Columbus. People in Buffalo, like, you don't do this to the good people.

[00:20:45]

It'd be such a depressing Christmas for everybody.

[00:20:47]

Would be so Buffalo, though, it would be like just win by like ten.

[00:20:51]

Remember when they lost to Maddox, needing a win against the Steelers backup to make the playoffs?

[00:20:55]

Tommy Maddox, the XFL king. Drew Cook anytime. Touchdown. -120 and I love your props. Cook is an animal right now. And I got to go with Josh Allen every game. He'll just at the goal line, he might just boot. You know what? It's plus money. If I lose, I lose Allen. Plus Ted, the guy runs. He runs.

[00:21:17]

I also like James Cook. Cam. Over 96 and a half total yards. He's been over 105 straight football games. 96 and a half. It's too low.

[00:21:24]

Love it. Love it. Drew, I love your picks.

[00:21:27]

All right, what's your next anytime TD? Prop.

[00:21:32]

Ty Chandler, Minnesota Vikings.

[00:21:35]

Of course it is. Of course it is.

[00:21:36]

I didn't mean to do that. It's literally on my list. After Allen, I got star beside it.

[00:21:41]

I believe you. I believe you. So what's that plus 120?

[00:21:47]

I think it might have gone down, actually. People are playing this guy. I got a good number, but dude, he's awesome. He's Minnesota. Like, he is going to light it up this week against Detroit.

[00:21:56]

Alexander Madison has lost his job, I think, as the starter because Chandler is playing very well. All right, my last prop Cam will be Sam Laporta over four and left catches. He's been over that in three of his last four games. Goff loves to check it down to his tight ends. Cam and I think this is going to be a big tight end day in that bowl game. Both Hawkinson and LaPorta going nuts.

[00:22:14]

Good call, Drew. I got two more and I'll wrap it up right now. I forgot one. We've talked about Pittsburgh and I think Mason Rudolph wants to keep things very simple as well. He'll get the receivers involved because Trubisky didn't. But Warren out of the backfield at plus 160. Warren, I like all of his props guys and for an anytime touchdown, that is a great number. At plus 160. I think it'll be bet down to like 140 by game time. Get it while it's hot. And Gibbs for Detroit as well. I think it's him or Montgomery. I'm going to go with Gibbs because I don't have to lay juice. Montgomery is always like -140 and stuff like that.

[00:22:46]

Did you see with that block that George Pickens didn't make for Jalen Warren on that?

[00:22:51]

He actually admitted it, too. I didn't want to block.

[00:22:53]

He said I didn't want to block because I saw what happened to tank Dell in three weeks ago in the Houston game when he got hurt blocking. And then Warren came out and he was like, I would have blocked for Pickens if he was running. That's what Warren said and I. Was it shots fired?

[00:23:06]

No, like, Pickens needs to go up to Warren and listen, bro, like, I don't know what I'm talking about. Like, Pickens has a lot of issues, Drew. When he was in college, he was the most dynamic. He did things at Georgia that people thought he was going to be like, I don't want to say jerry rice, like, but he was supposed to be like elite, elite, elite.

[00:23:27]

He's not de facto guy in Pittsburgh and it's bothering him. I think that's it.

[00:23:31]

It's not just the quarterbacks either. He doesn't do the small things. And if you want to get better, you're going to block for your backs. How do you play?

[00:23:38]

And you do not have a coach that you do not want to block for. Cam, Mike Tomlin will not take that nonsense.

[00:23:44]

I think Pick has a lot of issues, Drew. He needs to figure it out because he does have talent. But how does that room get along? That's what I'm worried about. Like, I love Pittsburgh this week, too. I think Tomlin gets the guys fired up.

[00:23:54]

Yeah, the Warren comments had me worried about my Pittsburgh pick, I'm not going to lie. Yeah, but when you're calling yourself each other out in the media, that's not good.

[00:24:01]

It's not good at all.

[00:24:02]

All right, so my long shot parley this week, Cam, last week, so get this. My long shot was London over six and a half catches, 100 yards and a touchdown. He finished with negative yards in the football game. So I couldn't have lost that bet harder than I did. I was like, negative three yards. What the hell was this guy doing? And they benched Desmond Ritter now. So watch, this will be the week London goes off. It will be my long shot parley this week, Cam. Sam LaPorta and TJ Hawkinson both over four and a half catches, both over their.

[00:24:30]

Put the brakes on. I got to document this. Laporta, go.

[00:24:36]

Okay. Laporta and Hawkinson both over their four and a half catches, Hawkinson over his 56 yards, Laporta over his 47 yards, and both of them to score a touchdown. So make it a tight end payday, 20 to one for them both to hit their catches, yards and touchdowns.

[00:24:52]

I like that. So Laporte and Hawkinson over four and a half catches, Hawkinson over 56, you said?

[00:24:58]

Yeah, I think it's 56 and a half. And Laporte is 47 and a half.

[00:25:02]

And both the score. Touchdown. Both two score. Touchdown. And it's 22 to 120 to one.

[00:25:07]

Like 220 ever.

[00:25:08]

It's amazing. I like that.

[00:25:10]

Okay, so it'll be a tight end day.

[00:25:13]

All right. You know me and tight ends, that's the way I roll.

[00:25:17]

You said it, you love tight ends. Don't like the big ones. All right, so let's get into our Christmas day holiday special, Cam. A Christmas day parlay where we each pick a player to score on the day so that we could celebrate a Christmas TD parlay together. So we'll start with the Chiefs and Raiders. Cam, you pick one player, I pick one player. It does not have to be from either side. Can be whoever you want. So give me one player in the Chiefs Raiders game that you believe is scoring a touchdown.

[00:25:40]

Pacheco.

[00:25:42]

Pacheco. So you think he's back? I think he's back as well. I think he's going to. So we'll just pick it. If he doesn't, we'll avoid it. That's it.

[00:25:51]

Okay. Okay. Pacheco. Pacheco. They're a different team when he plays. When Pacheco plays. The Chiefs are dangerous as hell. So I'll take Pacheco.

[00:25:58]

True. I'm going to take Travis. Kelsey, Cam. I think I'll go both. Two.

[00:26:03]

Chiefs Christmas.

[00:26:06]

Yeah. I think Kelsey scores one for Taylor Swift. Does a little shake it off for her. I don't know, some stupid celebration, whatever. It doesn't matter to me, Cam. So we'll go Pacheco and Kelsey in the Raiders Chiefs game. Now we'll move on to the next game on Christmas day, the Giants and Eagles. Give me one player who you think is going to score.

[00:26:26]

Swift.

[00:26:28]

DeAndre Swift hasn't scored a lot lately, but I like it, Cam, all right?

[00:26:31]

He is so damn due, and Philadelphia's got to get it right. I'm scared about Hertz with the tush push, brotherly shove, whatever the hell you want to call it, but what do you prefer?

[00:26:41]

That's fine. How about I'm going to go the team that cannot stop tight ends, Cam, is the Philadelphia Eagles. So give me Darren Waller anytime. Touchdown. So that'll be my pick for this one.

[00:26:52]

I like that. Drew.

[00:26:53]

We're already up to 40 to one.

[00:26:55]

Oh, God. Mercy.

[00:26:57]

All right, now we'll move on to the last game, the nightcap on Christmas day, the 49 ers and Ravens. Give me one player who you think is going to score in this football game. McCaffrey, minus 225.

[00:27:07]

Going to pay the. It's a parlay. He's in. We have no, dude, this is also an mvp game. People are talking, purdy. People are talking. Lamar and I think Christian McCaffrey, he's not going to win, but he's a big, long shot, and that is my vote for MVP. McCaffrey is going to. And even Brock Purdy said McCaffrey is the MVP of the league. Agreed. I don't care. It's in a parlay. Just add it.

[00:27:30]

All right, I'll add it. Cam, my pick is going to be Isaiah, likely of the Baltimore Ravens.

[00:27:35]

Great pick.

[00:27:36]

I think if they do score, it'll be from the tight end. We put it all together. It is 250 to 125 on December 25. Cam, it's meant to be.

[00:27:44]

Writes itself.

[00:27:46]

It writes itself.

[00:27:47]

Reynolds, buy me again.

[00:27:50]

We got Isaiah Pacheco and Travis Kelsey.

[00:27:53]

Banging Taylor Swift and gets a touchdown. What a guy.

[00:27:56]

And then speaking of banging Taylor Swift, Deandre Swift and Darren Waller score touchdown in the Eagles Giants game.

[00:28:01]

Wow. We got Kelsey and Swift. Yeah, it's meant to be Waller.

[00:28:05]

And we got Wally and then Isaiah likely.

[00:28:08]

Oh, dude, actually add likely to my anytime. Touchdown. Super, Drew. Great pick by you. I think, like, know what I love about likely and people talk about Mark Andrews. Mark Andrews is a great offensive tight end. Likely does the dirty work, too. He's a great blocker. He's a very good football player.

[00:28:23]

Unbelievable. I threw $25 on it live for Christmas. 25 for 25. 250 to one pays $6,200. That'll be a great Christmas day for.

[00:28:33]

Us if it hit and it's only six touchdowns. Pacheco, Kelsey Swift, Waller. McCaffrey, likely. Oh, my. Dude. Like, I'm so into this, right?

[00:28:45]

Hopefully. Hopefully. We're texting each other with some rum and eggnog, watching the nightcap when CMC doesn't score to ruin it for us or something. Crazy.

[00:28:52]

If McCaffrey is the only one that doesn't score, I don't know what I'll do.

[00:28:55]

Drew. Oh, man. The minus 225 guy doesn't score. Yeah, that'd be crazy. If we even make it to the night game, though, maybe we can start hedging out somehow. We'll find a way.

[00:29:04]

Good call. I don't know.

[00:29:05]

All right, let's get into our holiday movie specials cam to end the show, people I know they don't like.

[00:29:10]

Oh, we don't like when you go off topic.

[00:29:11]

Yeah, you know what? Enjoy some Christmas movie talk. Okay, so we're going to give you our top five Christmas movies. Cam. Let's start off with your number five favorite Christmas movie of all time. Give it to me.

[00:29:21]

Christmas vacation with Chevy Chase classic.

[00:29:24]

That's a solid.

[00:29:27]

My. It's in my top five, but I'm actually Drew because you called me a Scrooge and stuff. I'm going to bring up some crazy movies from the past, from my childhood for people, and I really think you should watch them, because things have really changed in the world. But I got to put Chevy in the five hole. Always hijinks and fun. So, Christmas. Let's not get too serious. You said it. Let's have fun. Let's make do.

[00:29:50]

You like? So which one's better, Vegas vacation or Christmas vacation?

[00:29:52]

Vegas vacation. I like better.

[00:29:53]

Okay. I was going to say I actually don't like the original. The family vacation where they know what.

[00:29:58]

Funny thing is, Drew, I agree with you. I think it's number three out of the mall.

[00:30:01]

The worst one. Yeah, I think so, too. All right. My number five is Santa Claus with Tim Allen in the starring role. I love that movie as a kid, Cam. It gets me every time. I love Santa Claus.

[00:30:13]

Or is it just Santa Claus?

[00:30:14]

I think. Is it the Santa Claus? I don't know if it's. Yeah.

[00:30:16]

I don't know. There's so many of them.

[00:30:18]

I don't know. But I love that movie, kid Cam, the hot cocoa with the elves and everything. It was a great time.

[00:30:24]

Where's his budy from home improvement? Al Borland? Excellent. Okay, number four. Number four. Drew, I'm actually going to shock you right now. It's called the year without Santa Claus, 1974. You got to see it anyway. It's got the heat miser, the cold miser, and basically the heat miser is trying to ruin, like, christmas. You have to watch it. It's, like, done in a way I don't even know.

[00:30:49]

I've seen this movie.

[00:30:50]

Yeah, he, like, dances around.

[00:30:54]

I'm Mr. Cold.

[00:30:56]

Yeah, and he looks like my mom. Like the heat miser looks like my mom. Or George Costanza's mom from Seinfeld. Hey, dude, you got to admit, like, when you watch that surf, you're like, wow, tv looked wild back then. It's a real trip. So the year without Santa Claus, 1974.

[00:31:10]

Did you see that? Claymation now is going out of style because the clay that they used to make it is no longer available around the world. So Wallace and Grommet coming out this year is like the last Claymation movie we're ever going to see in our lives.

[00:31:20]

Drew, I'm going to tell you something. I love you. I love Claymation, and I can't believe a tease for whatever. I have something in the three hole that is very clay like.

[00:31:30]

All right, so my number four cam is elf with Will Ferrell. I know a lot of people are.

[00:31:34]

Like, oh, my God, number four.

[00:31:35]

That's one of the best movies ever. I like it. I enjoy it. But it's number four. It doesn't beat the top three for me.

[00:31:40]

Okay, you know what? It's funny. I got it. Three. Drew, I'm going to go with elf number three as a bronze. It was very tough, but I think it's a great movie. You know me, I like hijinks and stuff like that. But I'm also going to put some nice, like, you have a family. So I'm suggesting these other two movies to show with you and your wife and have a nice eggnog by the fire before you snuggle in bed and tell each other that you love you. As I wait for my girlfriend to come from her frozen place and as I sleep alone in my big bed hoping to hit 250, I have no.

[00:32:12]

Idea where you just went on that tangent. You lost me with the family movies. Like, I don't know where.

[00:32:17]

Anyway, no, I got one. So elf three for me, okay?

[00:32:20]

Elf three. My number three will be bad Santa. I love that movie. I think it's hilarious, but it doesn't make the top two for me cam. I know. It might make yours.

[00:32:27]

Oh, definitely number two. Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer, Claymation 1964.

[00:32:33]

With the elf that wants to be the dentist.

[00:32:35]

Hey, listen, you said about claymation. That stuff's so fucking cool. You're never going to have it again for all the people out there. Give Claymation a shot. And, hey, this is the world we're living in right now. All the good things are gone to Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, Claymation 1964. That's when I watched as a child.

[00:32:55]

My mother used to make me watch, and she'd be like, look, the elf wants to be a dentist. I don't care.

[00:33:00]

This movie sucks. This movie does not suck. It's fantastic. Make sure. I'm going to force you to watch that movie with your family this year.

[00:33:07]

My number two cam is jingle all the way with Arnold Schwarzenegger when he has to get the toy for his kid. I love that movie as a kid, when he's like, what is it, Roboman? No, not Roboman. Turboman. He's like, Turboman. Arnold Schwarzenegger. I love that movie. With Sinbad as the bad guy.

[00:33:22]

When they're fighting Sinbad, remember stand up? He's like, I gotta get the fuck out of here and place the blackjack and slot. See, everybody? Apparently, his Vegas stand up is, like, totally opposite to his pg stuff. Amazing. Drew, anything with Schwarzenegger at Christmas. Good play. My gold is bad Santa. I've told you all the time, it's one of my favorite. Fuck me, Santa. Fuck me, Santa. Fuck me, Santa. It's great. The lady in sandwiches and Thurman Merman just sitting there. Hey, you want some sandwiches? It's just classic. And I love Billy Bob Thornton beating up kids.

[00:33:51]

I will say bad Santa, too, was a letdown, though. It wasn't as good as the first one.

[00:33:55]

Yeah, but the thing is, it's hard after bad Santa Drew. Like, at least they tried.

[00:33:59]

It was so weird to see Thurman grown up. And he was like, whoa, this kid's a giant. He's an adult. Same hairstyle and everything.

[00:34:05]

And I was like, great perm. He's got a great lid.

[00:34:09]

Number one is home alone. I think it's one of the greatest movies ever made. It's probably the best Christmas movie ever made. Anytime I see it on tv, I have to watch it. I'm a sucker for little Macaulay Culkin, I guess. I don't know.

[00:34:20]

You don't want to see him as an adult. It's not the same.

[00:34:23]

No, I think that was in the past. He just got his star in the hot walk of fame, Cam. He's back to his for him. He married the girl from, what was it? The sweet life of Zach and Cody. Ever seen that?

[00:34:34]

It sounds like a YTV program, Drew. I'll just let you take it.

[00:34:37]

It was the Disney Channel. It was about two twins living on a boat or something.

[00:34:42]

What's your name? Like Nick? Nickelodeon. Okay. You love that stuff.

[00:34:47]

That was past your time, Cam. You were an adult.

[00:34:49]

Actually, you know what? I've actually heard of it, though, Drew. I've heard of.

[00:34:51]

Have you?

[00:34:51]

Yeah.

[00:34:52]

Fair. All right, so those are, you know.

[00:34:54]

That guy from that show, whatever. Like, it's like the weather guy at Global. Ross hall or whatever. He used to be in that show. Like that canadian high school show that was trying.

[00:35:04]

Was it breaker high? Breaker high.

[00:35:06]

Breaker high. I was watching one night, I'm like, that's the guy from. He's the meteorologist.

[00:35:12]

That's where Ryan Gosling got his.

[00:35:15]

Oh, you're right, man. Good call.

[00:35:17]

I think he's the only one that became famous off that, but yeah, no, Ross Hall's famous.

[00:35:21]

He's a global weatherman.

[00:35:23]

Yeah, well, I meant like celebrity status.

[00:35:25]

Yeah, you're talking about not like working.

[00:35:28]

They went to high school on the boat, but yeah, sweet life. And Zach Co. Is a direct rip off of Breaker High. Breaker High was better. All right, so that does it for our Christmas movie special. Our holiday special. We gave you a Christmas day parlay that we're all going to play, enjoy some turkey, win some money, watch some football. Sounds like a great day, right, Cam?

[00:35:44]

Oh, dude, it's the best. I can't wait. Like, I am just going to go over, get. Absolutely. I work on Saturday till eight, then I'm off the clock for Christmas Eve. Whatever. I'm going to hit the wine and I cook for the family, so I'm just going to be like the drunken swedish chef. I'm just going to go nuts, Drew. I'm actually going to do it right this year. Sometimes I get lazy and buy the instant potatoes I just bought the Yukon golds. I'm going to peel potatoes all day.

[00:36:07]

Instant potatoes. Cam, come on, that's some weak sauce. You can't do instant potatoes.

[00:36:13]

No, like the. No, no, dude, not the ones in a box. Like I buy the ones that are.

[00:36:19]

But no, I thought you meant, like, you add hot water and it's like mashed potatoes.

[00:36:23]

No, I don't buy Idahoen for the family. Like Idahoen.

[00:36:26]

That's what I was like, whatever.

[00:36:28]

Idahoan. But I will say this, drew, making mashed potatoes is a long, tedious process. And if you're anybody that does it, dude, you're peeling all day. You're boiling, you're draining cream butter, and there's never enough.

[00:36:41]

My wife's always like, that's enough. I'm like, hey, we're going to do two bags of potatoes because there's a lot of people, and I hate being that people who's like, oh, only take.

[00:36:47]

A little bit of potatoes are not enough. I'm like, no, you should be able.

[00:36:50]

To get heaping tablespoon of friggin potatoes in my plate.

[00:36:53]

I'm going to take 5 hours slaving over dinner, you know what I mean? And making it. I am making so many damn potatoes. You're going to be like, I'm with you.

[00:37:01]

And leftovers are amazing. I hate where it's like, oh, you have just enough food to feed five people with five servings. No, I want you to take as much as you want, and there'll still be leftovers.

[00:37:11]

That's what I like about you, Drew. I used to go to people's house or give me, like, a little mini ziploc kigs bag with, like, a slice of turkey. I can't even get a sandwich out of it. It's giving me boxes of food. I want my fridge so full, it's busting at the nuts, and I got gravy. And I'm eating this stuff for, like, another week, you know?

[00:37:27]

Agree? I agree, cam. And yeah, I'm a big Yorkshire pudding. Scallop potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn.

[00:37:32]

Yorkshire pudding is. If you don't have Yorkshire pudding. To our friends in the, basically, it's a croissant on steroids.

[00:37:39]

It is better than bun. It's better than your sweet buns.

[00:37:42]

Way better than sweet buns. Leave hawaiian buns for Peyton and Eli Manning.

[00:37:47]

One thing I am making this year, Cam, first time ever I've ever made this. I'm making this here sweet potato pie. I found a recipe. I'm going to do it. I know people are more of a pecan a hot dish. It's weird, but do you like pecan pie? I love pecan pie, but Swato pie is not really a dessert.

[00:38:00]

It's like, I remember you called pumpkin pie a loser.

[00:38:03]

Pie.

[00:38:03]

That's my girlfriend's favorite.

[00:38:05]

Yeah, the texture feels like a baby shit in my mouth. I don't like it.

[00:38:10]

Baby shit tasted good. Like pumpkins. But anyway, I like pecan pie drizzled with chocolate and vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

[00:38:18]

100%. Cam. Apple pie sucks. Pumpkin pie sucks. Yeah. All right, let's get out of here. Everyone have a merry Christmas. Happy holidays. We will see you next Tuesday for our recap show. Maybe Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. Maybe we go a day late because of the holidays. Who knows? We'll figure it out. Might be a Boxing Day special where we just give everything half off even though you don't pay for it anyway. But anyway, you get what I'm saying? Please click. Like please click subscribe. Enjoy the holidays, win some money, and we will see you next.
