So the Panthers traded him for Greg McKegg after having no other options. So I've been told there's an element of truth to that, but there is a level of cope with it as well, because if you're going to say that, and you're going to say that as well, this is the truth, you would assume that he would be guaranteed a roster spot on the team that he did sign with.
