He was initially arrested on Saturday, and this was after human remains were found in two suitcases in Bristol.

We are now able to name the victims. They are 62 year old Alberto Alfonso and 71 year old Paul Longworth. Now, we know that the victims were known to Mister Moscow. He had been staying with them in Shepherd's Bush for a short period of time. Now, the Metropolitan Police's deputy assistant commissioner, Andy Valentine, has said the following about the charge this morning.

I know that this awful incident will cause concern not just among residents in Shepherds Bush, but in the wider LGBTQ community across London. The evidence gathered so far does not suggest there was a homophobic motive in this case, but officers have followed national guidelines and have initially categorized the incident as a hate crime. Now, Mister Moscow will appear in custody later at Wimbledon Magistrates Court, and the police are calling on any members of the public to come forwards with any information that could assist their ongoing investigation.
