Hunter Biden was then offered a sweetheart deal. I mean, an absolutely impeccable plea deal. In my time as a federal agent, I've never seen.

Again, not justice. He was being taken care of. They were rubbing his back. And you better be careful with his back. And then the only thing so we don't rewrite history, that stopped this sweetheart deal and this case from disappearing into the phantom zone, the superman two phantom zone, was a bunch of IR's whistleblowers. Ir's, excuse me, whistleblowers came out and said, hey, man, we're getting pressured to make this thing go away. And then all of a sudden, Merrick Garland, realizing he was boxed into a corner because the whistleblowers boxed him in, one said, I'm going to appoint a special counsel. Please, let's stop pretending any of this was justice. I don't want to hear it. I predicted yesterday on the radio show, when we finally got to it, the Hunter Biden guilty verdict. Yesterday I predicted that these left wing a holes who are running the police state, we're now going to say, oh, look, everything we did to Donald Trump is okay now because Hunter Biden was convicted, too. No, no, no. That doesn't reset anything. They're two separate, distinct matters. And what happened to Hunter Biden, as I just said, was not justice at all.

But, you know, all that. Here's the angle. Almost everyone out there is missing you p one listener to the show. Do you remember over the last couple of years we were talking about the only case that matters in the Biden crime family is this tax Farah case, which is coming up September 5. We've been warning you guys and ladies about this for years, man. Who are they protecting? They're protecting Obama. Yes. Biden to an extent, too. But you have to remember, Barack Obama was the president. Joe Biden was the VP. He had no decision making authority whatsoever. He's the president of the Senate and the vice president. He's not the president. When he was in the White House and Hunter was engaged in these shenanigans, his dad was the VPN.

What the hell were they saying to Obama, folks, this could be one of the biggest scandals in american history. You got January 6, Spygate, collusion, and now you've got this influence peddling scheme. Don't be surprised at all if they try to make this thing go away. The gun case is just a, it's the surface patina level bullshit. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they were like, make that case go away. Now, remember, he was the VP. I'm going to get to more of this in a second, but I want to show you some video here of how now, as predicted yesterday, the lefties are going to try to take the edge off the legal warfare against Donald Trump. They're going to say, oh, you see, this is all justice now. And everything that happened to Donald Trump is on the up and up, even though they were fake charges for a fake crime. Because, look, Hunter Biden was convicted despite them sitting on the case since 2018 and Hunter Biden's team turning down a plea deal. Unbelievably, this guy can, is a contributor on a mainstream left wing cable network, Andy Weissman. This guy was freaking chin level, deep, eye level, deep in Spygate and the collusion hoax.

This guy is scum, human garbage. He is a piece of human waste. Here he is on MSNBC doing exactly what I said was going to happen, using the hunter Biden verdict, which couldn't have been any clearer, to discredit us from warning about the police state on Donald Trump. Check this out.

The son of the sitting president was pretty quickly tried. He was given due process and he was found guilty. And you have the current president, the father of the defendant, making it absolutely clear that he is not pardoning him, that he could have ordered at any time his justice department to get rid of this case. He did not do that. He has said that he is not planning on pardoning him as well. And I really think that if you look at this case, what is the big picture here? It's not a drug addict who possessed a gun for two weeks. It is that you have a president of the United States who is living embodiment of the rule of law, even with respect to his only living son. And you can really conclude, contrast that to the former president's denigration of the rule of law every single time he is found either guilty in a criminal case or libel in a civil case, including sexual assault and fraud.

Folks, I don't believe any of this. Here's what, let me give you a little trajectory here of what's going to, what could happen. I'm saying it's going to, I can't predict the future, but what could possibly happen, okay? I don't trust this justice system as far as I could throw it at this point. It is totally corrupted. It is not redeemable at this point, okay? It is a freaking train wreck. If Hunter Biden is facing any serious jail time, I don't think he's going to. But if he is, I would not be the least bit surprised to see Hunter Biden's legal team follow me. Start to implicitly, if not explicitly, threaten the White House and say, listen, papa Joe, oh, he loves his son. Get them out of here. You better pardon Hunter because if you don't pardon Hunter, Hunter is going to spill the beans on the Biden crime family. You understand? Hunter's holding all the cards here. I know it sounds crazy. Trust me, brothers and sisters, it's not. There's only one person bent over a barrel and it ain't Hunter Biden. He's got the ultimate trump card, no pun intended. He's got his dad's pardon.

These are federal charges, are not state charges. Trump can't pardon himself because they're state charges. That was tactically planned. You're not going to get this anywhere else. I promise you. Hunter has his dad over a barrel. If anything serious happens to Hunter, do you get the balance here? A sentencing of jail time. If the September 5 case gets hairy, Hunter Biden gets to go to his dad, do the legal team, if not directly, and say, hey, dad, this tax lobbyist case goes down September 5 or I get sentenced to jail on the gun case. You know we're going to have to call you to the stand, right? You think? You really believe Joe Biden's going to stick to his word then and not pardon his kid? Are you kidding me? You think he's going to take that legal liability on you? Don't think team Obama that knows they'll be liable to be called in. Hey, China gave all this money. You guys made this decision about China. Was this related? You think team Obama is going to take that chance and ruin his, quote, the Obama legacy? What are you crazy? Joe Biden has no choice but to pardon this guy.

The only way out is, and this is, this is another avenue, is he gets no jail time, which is likely. He's probably not going to get any jail time on this gun charge. And then it's a September 5 thing, the trial over the tax Farah lobbyist stuff. They give him a pass and a plea. Folks, Joe Biden and Obama are in a world of trouble. And again, I just wish more people would pick up on this angle. The lobbyist thing is in the indictment for a freaking reason. Who the hell was hunter Biden lobbying? Oh, the White House. His dad was in, run by Barack Obama. It's not an accident, man. Don't, don't believe this. I'm not pardon my kid thing. If this gets hairy, it's going to happen. And as predicted, here we go. Axios. Mike Allen. I mean, this thing's getting so left wing, it's embarrassing. Axios. PM. Democrats are hammering the idea that the verdict shows no one is above the law. Not the president's son and not a former president either. I told you, man, like, this is exactly what they wanted. They wanted Hunter Biden to be convicted, folks. They did that, man, I wish we would have cut this.

I did a whole segment on this that the worst thing that could have happened to the Democrats would be for Hunter Biden to get off the read political playbook this morning or even acknowledging it. It's the worst thing that could have happened. Because now the Democrats get to go out there and their unquestionably communist soviet lawfare against Donald Trump, which has nothing to do with this Hunter case, which was still an abomination of justice. Now the Democrats can say, hey, look, our guy was convicted too, so it's all fair. Let's get back to normal. No, no, it's not fair. I mean, think about this. It's like you walk up to a guy in the street and you cut his arm off with a chainsaw. He takes out a nail clipper and scratches you on the face. It's not fair. It's not quid pro quo. It's not like, hey, man, you got me. I got you all. Even now, bro, that's not the way this works. The Democrats have engaged in tactically asymmetric warfare. They've given the double barreled middle finger to the, quote, justice system.

They're trying to imprison the main political rival and future president right now while their guy who unquestionably committed this crime is now convicted of, it's not alleged anymore. He's been through the justice system, was offered a sweetheart deal, didn't take it. They sat on a case and it took a freaking bunch of whistleblowers to get this guy in court. Here, here's another one, NBC News, that the new folks did, but the bat signal went out. Here's a story. What do you mean, the story? No, no, no. What the liberals tell you is never the story. It's a story. Those are not the same thing. Hunter Biden's guilty verdict upends a top Trump talking point. No, it doesn't, assholes. It has nothing to do with the Trump case at all. Matter of fact, it exacerbates the point that the justice system's been weaponized. Donald Trump wasn't offered some ridiculous deal. They didn't sit on the case. They rushed it. Hunter Biden was charged on an actual crime. Whether you agree with it or not, Donald Trump was tried on an unprecedented twisting of a crime. No one's ever seen anything like it. The great thing is, all this is backfiring, really.

How the hell is this hunter Biden's team is now likely to appeal this gun charge in Delaware, this federal charge. He's likely to appeal the gun charge. And here's the hilarious thing, he's likely to appeal it on basically conservative second amendment ground. Hey, good for him. I am a second amendment advocate, period. I don't care if it's Hunter Biden or Bunner Titan. I don't care. Unlike Hunter Biden, I'm not a hypocrite. Everybody's got a second amendment right, Democrat and Republican. That's the idea of it being a big. All right. I find this hilarious, though. He may appeal this thing while his father is in the heat of a campaign, running to take your guns away. Listen to this clip by John Turley, a constitutional attorney yesterday on Fox where he talks about exactly this in the middle of the campaign, his kid's going to be running on pro second amendment stuff while Biden's trying to take your guns away.

And you know, could you push that trial in September further back because of the sentencing in this case? That's probably unlikely. There's ample time here for the defense. They have to go through the pre sentence process, the interviews, the sensing report. It's not likely you're going to get much additional time here. What's fascinating about that appellate process is that Hunter Biden has taken an argument from the National Rifle association. He's actually arguing an NRA point challenging this gun law, which his father has been a great advocate of and has actually called for greater punishment for these types of gun violations. He's, Hunter Biden has been arguing the NRA position on the second amendment, that he has a broad second amendment right that was abridged by this prosecution.

Folks, this is a brilliant point. Do you understand where he's going with this? Hunter Biden's legal team is going to be arguing against his dad's position during a campaign where his dad's position is going to be critical to ginning up Democrat votes. You understand the irony of Joe Biden going out to talk in front of a gun grabbing group yesterday as this kid is arguing that you shouldn't grab his guns. Do you understand the nuanced legal point here they're making, folks, you have God given constitutional rights that are not taken away. If you have a drug problem, get Hunter Biden out of it for a second. Guy's a scumbag. Get him out of it for a second there because it politically tarnishes everything, folks. If you're an addict, a drug addict, you don't lose your right to free speech. You don't lose your right to assemble. You don't lose your right to practice your religion, petition your government. You don't lose any of that. So why do you lose your right to carry a firearm? It's a fair question. I don't give a shit if Hunter Biden or Abby Lowell bring it up. It's a fair question, is it not?

The irony of the whole thing is his dad is arguing for the opposite. That you don't even need to be an addict, that we should just take your guns away. Anyway. Okay, I'm not actually a doctor of philosophy in a space. It's an honorary thing. This guy pretends he was a professor. He never taught a class. And watch how he screws up the second amendment again, pretending to be the smart guy when he's really a moron. Check this out.

I used to be a law. When I was no longer the vice president, I became a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Before that, I taught a constitutional law class. And so I talked to the second amendment. There's never been a time that says you can own anything you want and never, you couldn't own a cannon during the civil war. No, I'm serious. Think about it. How many children hear this phrase, the blood of liberty. Wash your dough. Give me a break. Oh, I mean it, seriously. And by the way, if they want to think to take on government if we get out, which they're talking again about. Well, guess what? They need f 15s they don't need.

Okay, folks, this is serious. Now ordinarily we play these clips to just, you know, for a little comic relief because this guy's so pathetic, this kid sniffing, sociopathic, fake civil rights loser who I really can't stand, daughter showering piece of garbage. But there's some really serious stuff in there. Let's get the easy one out of the way. First, he was not a professor, okay? He never taught a class. This lies been debunked a thousand times. He can't shut the. With this stupid lie. He. You were not a professor, you lying piece of human waste. Done it. That's over. Second, he totally lies about the second amendment. He never taught it because he never taught a class. The second amendment gives you the right to bear arms, not muskets. The second amendment places no limitation whatsoever on cannons. On cannons. These readily available weapons, the Supreme Court is ruled, are applicable under the second amendment. There was no restriction on cannons. If you look up article one, section eight, clause eleven, letters of mark, where they basically would give ships the authority to go and seize and take property, it's actually recommended implicitly. You use freaking cannons to do it.

Joe Biden is a freaking moron. He has no idea what he's talking about. He's a liar. But the last part of that, this is not the first time this tyrannical fascist has said this. How many times is this piece of human waste, this disgusting filth, going to threaten the american people with f 15s? Hey, can we. Guys, can we do this for tomorrow? Justin, can you look up the Biden f 15s thing? He said this like three or four times. Shouldn't be hard to find. Just see if you can, if you can find it. He has said this, folks, at least three or four times where he is. This guy's the commander in chief. He is threatening the people he's supposed to be governing with, the weapons we pay for, and he does it and everybody claps. He's done this multiple times, this piece of human garbage. This is not a small deal. This is not a small deal. And if any Republican did this, I'd be condemning it resolutely too. Do you find any more? If you find them, tell me, because he's done this more than once. If now, we can play it tomorrow.

Folks, I'm really tired of this guy, man. I mean, if you were watching me this morning on social media, you could see I've just. I've been in a salty mood lately. Not, but I'd love. It's nothing to do with the show already. It's just there's a lot going on. But I'm having a hard time taking this guy. And for those brave right wing Americans who say it's all about shaping America, you're keeping America's independent and safe. If you want to fight against a country, you need an f 15. You need something a little more than a gun.

Indeed, quote, the constitution presumes citizens would own cannons. He said article one, section eight. Kidd was right. Gives Congress the powers to grant letter of letters of mark and reprisal, that is, letters authorizing private individuals to attack ships of enemy nations. Any ship capable of combat in the late 18th century necessarily had cannons as the primary weapon. Judge Bongino is right. Constitutional law professor Dan Bongino, while the president of the United States, has no fucking clue. Do you believe this shit? Guy's threatening us, man. And he pulled this stunt the other day, too, at this Juneteenth thing at the White House.

Wasn't Juneteenth. Juneteenth hasn't even happened yet. Doesn't matter. Joe Biden doesn't care. He does. He doesn't even know the date. So they had a Juneteenth celebration at the White House. I want you to listen to this, because now the race hustling has gotten completely out of hand. Here he is talking about talking to a bunch of black voters, doing what he always does when he finds himself bait in a corner, especially now, minority voters. Check this out. What's that? The ghost? Yeah.

They're old ghosts and new garments. Trying to take us back. Well, there are taking away your freedoms, making it harder for black people to vote.

You know, this is important, man. I just. Can you just vibe with me for a second here? I'm speaking specifically to minority voters here. Black voters. Listen, man, I'm. I don't know you. You don't know me. It's going to do you being black and me being white. It's got everything to do with me being Dan and you being John or Tony or whatever. I don't know you. To be able to vote and not have your vote diluted by people who shouldn't be voting. And what's the easiest way to do that? Voter id. This loser thinks you're so freaking stupid because you're black. Or he's running on this that you don't know how to get a license. You take that for what it is. Just listen to him. He's doing this because he's ruined your communities. He's ruined everyone's community.

By the way, the whole law fair thing. Kyle Cheney from Politico is reporting there was no coordination. Don't worry. Between Alvin Bragg, Twinkies in New York in that Trump case, none. And the DOJ. No, he said it. Don't worry, guys. It's all over. He says news. The DOJ's informed House Republicans that they search for any contact between DOJ leaders, including Matt Colangelo and Alvin Bragg's office, and they found none. The conspiracy theory is not only false, it's irresponsible. Justin, no more talking about that. It's definitely a conspiracy theory. They didn't coordinate, folks. How do we know? Because Kyle Cheney and others are telling us. Oh, they also. You mean a department of justice guy who left the number three position in the Department of Justice to go work as a shitty frontline prosecutor in New York to nail Donald Trump to the wall on a fake case that they don't. They didn't coordinate on email knowing there would be a FOIA request. You dumb enough to fall for this, folks?

You got guys like this guy, this guy norm Eisen out there, too, folks, every time we gain a little bit of ground, the left is fighting the sturdy front roar war. The left loses legislatively. They go to the courts. They lose in the courts. They go to the bureaucracy. They lose in the bureaucracy. They go to the president. They lose in the president. They go and they boycott companies. They don't boycott companies. They get board seats on companies. They use the board seats to make the companies do what they won't do. The board doesn't do it. They go to bond raiding companies. The left never stops. They don't get the circuit courts. They appeal.

They don't get to the appeal. They go to the Supreme Court. They lose on the Supreme Court. They want the Supreme Court to recuse. They want members to recuse. These people don't stop, man. They have demon energy. I want you to listen to this guy. Expect more attacks on the Supreme Court moving forward. They are terrified of the Donald Trump presidential immunity case verdict. If it expands the def, it hasn't happened yet at the Supreme Court. It's all involving January 6. And if Donald Trump was engaged in official duties, for those of you don't know, there's a verdict coming down in that soon. If that expands the scope of presidential duties. The left is terrified if Donald Trump wins, he's going to be even more powerful the next time. They are desperately trying to get the Supreme Court to recuse, hoping they can pressure them to curtail the president's powers if Donald Trump wins. That's how lawfare King Norm Eisen, who's involved in every single Democrat scandal involving the election system in the last few years. That's why you find him on cable news networks griping about the Supreme Court again, check this out.

He's wrong, Anderson. It's contrary to the fundamental american idea that our nation was founded on. We didn't want certain individuals like King George III, who we overthrew, to be above the law. Judges are subject to checks and balances and to federal law like anybody else. No wonder the Supreme Court is in an ethics crisis. The combination of these enormous amounts of luxury travel by Justice Thomas, also involving Justice Alito, the second largest recipient of gifts over that same period of time.

Folks, they're attacking Alito and Thomas because they're terrified President Trump is going to have an expanded definition of immunity. See, this Rolling Stone piece is freaking joke. Justice Alito caught on tape discussing how the battle for America can't be compromised. Holy shit. What a scandal. You better go find that guy right now and put him on trial. How dare he say that? Listen, here's why I'm getting back to my talking about the demons, man, this spiritual fight going on right now. I've been talking about this a lot lately because I just, man, ever since that thing happened with my mom, I lost my mom, and it was kind of unexpected, but I don't want to be like, a downer. People lose people all the time. It happens, and it's always rough. Something happened to me that night, man, I'm telling you. And I've had some really, really deep experiences. You know what I mean? Lately, like, deep. And this demon realm is real. And I'm really afraid that there's a black swan event coming. I don't know what it's going to be. I was thinking about maybe, you know, let me write this down. Maybe tomorrow I'll go into this in a little more depth.

But I want to talk about this now because it's important, folks. There's a black swan event coming you need to be prepared for. There's probably going to be some kind of terror attack between now and the election. I hope and pray none of this happens. I just want to be clear. I don't wish pain or agony on anyone, but let me just give you a few possible examples of things that could happen going forward in this spiritual war. The demons. The demons are here. Look at this New York Post article, the one I talked about before, six suspected terrorists with ISIS ties arrested in a sting op. These are the Tajiks I was talking about before they walked across the southern border, folks. The Biden team says, oh, they were vetted. There's, it doesn't matter if they were vetted. You let terrorists in and your vetting sucks. And if they weren't vetted, you let terrorists in and you did no vetting. There's no argument by which the Biden team can work here. You've got a couple possible things that could happen between now and November that'll change the country permanently. That's a scenario where Donald Trump could win 35 states.

You got a potential terror attack, you've got the potential for a recession. You've got the potential for Vladimir Putin to use a tactical battlefield nuke in Ukraine. You've got the potential for China to, I don't think they'll invade Taiwan, but to ramp up the warm war in Taiwan into a close to hot one. You've got a bunch of things that could happen in the Middle east, including an unprecedented terror attack from different regions on Israel. You have a ton of things that could happen from now to November that very well might. These black swan events are real. And I'm telling you this is what I'm hearing from you. Ready? This is what I'm hearing from good sources of mine. What frightens the Biden team the most? They don't want any of these because all of them means Biden in recession, a tactical nuke, an immigration issue. They don't want any. But what frightens the Biden team the most is a terror attack on american soil from someone they know crossed the southern border. They know it's the end of Biden. Not only is it the end of Biden, it is the end of open borders policies for probably 510 years.

Oh, conveniently, those were people from Tajikistan, too. Do you see this tweet from Bill Malujian? This one's a, here's the new policy. By the way, it's a long one, so we'll just scroll to it. But Fox News has obtained an internal border Patrol memo about Biden's executive order. Here's the gist of the memo. Basically, let everybody go. Instructs them to release single adults from all but six countries in the eastern hemisphere. Classify them as hard or very hard to remove. Get a load of this. The memo instructs the agents, border patrol agents, to process all single adults, meaning let them in from 100 plus countries. You really believe Biden's executive order stopping people? What did I tell you, man? The whole thing was bullshit. It was papered over as a way to let people in the country read Millijahn's whole tweet if you want all the details on it. Something's going to happen, man. Mark this show. Flag it in the chat. Let's pray it doesn't. All of us collectively. I don't want anybody dying or being hurt for political points. It's not only immoral, it's a scumbag thing to do. But I'm not stupid either.

There are terrorists in the country now, and not just a few who are walking across this open border. It's only a matter of time before some of them attack. Oh, and by the way, I thought the Biden team, the Democrats, say, oh, that replacement theory, demographic destiny. Shit they talk about all the time. We've only played the video a thousand times. That's a conspiracy theory. Really? We've played the video how many times you need to see it? Of Democrats talking about demographic destiny and replacing people. There's an article in the New York Times, literally written by Michelle Goldberg that says, we can replace you. CB's News. Another conspiracy theory comes true. Joe Biden ways a move to unlock legal status for some unauthorized immigrants. Color me shocked. I can't believe it. I can't. Legal status. So they could like, vote or something. Yeah, that's. Yeah, it's so. It's so weird. It's almost like we warned you about that and the left told us it was a big conspiracy theory, remember? So strange. Amen. One quick note. I don't want to keep going into this, but it's important because I'm not going to let this go.

The Mar a Lago raid that Julie Kelly and I have been talking about and all the people on the, the deep state team talking about how, oh, it's standard procedure and all this other stuff. No, it wasn't. I've done this. I don't know if you did, but I've worked in criminal investigations and protection. Deconfliction is a huge thing. We do not let FBI agents walk in the White House with guns because there's a Secret Service enterprise there that's already secured it and you create a dangerous situation. So the deep state defenders have come out and said, oh, don't worry, this is just standard stuff. You know, they included this in the documents and they briefed the secret Service. Really? Here's Julie Kelly in a tweet knocking him dead. Again, another blow to the defenders of how the FBI executed the Mar a Lago raid, far from this advanced coordination with the secret service. This note indicates the first call to the secret service about the raid came 2 hours before they arrived. Really? What are you stretching? He like doing yoga over there? 2 hours? That's your deconfliction? That was really worth it for an unprecedented rate in a former us president's compound.

How many days or hours did they give Joe Biden when they went to his house to serve the search warrant? Here's another one Julie Kelly put up. Apparently the secret service, I told you, got completely rolled on this and I'm really pissed off about it. They should have stood their ground and there's no need for weapons in there at all. Zero. Apparently they got rolled so bad they just stood there at one point. So this is really disappointing. And instead of waiting for a key to unlock the storage room, the FBI agent used bolt cutters to cut the lock. They could have just waited for the key, but why not fuck with them if we can? They note the secret service agent in charge stood by and took notes. Inexcusable. I'm sorry. This stuff is not happy. Not happy at all. Changes need to be made. Hey, it's a heads up.
