Register to vote. Do you get it? They want amnesty and they've always want an amnesty because they want to change the demographics of the country for political power. How do we know that? So what does he say? He calls it the pathway to citizenship, which has always been the euphemistic term for amnesty.

Then he says for dreamers. But he doesn't stop there. He says, and a whole lot more, folks, this is a mass amnesty. If you love illegal immigration and you want it rewarded with citizenship benefits, taxpayer funded benefits, voting privileges and everything else, then please vote for Joe Biden. He's your guy. Now. There are even more scams in this thing. I am not going to let you fall for this thing. No, if, no, zero chance. Here's Bill Malujian on Fox. He's a great reporter on this border thing. It's kind of become a shtick of his. He digs into the weeds. Ok. Here's about a minute segment he does on Fox where in this new amnesty open borders executive order, Biden's pretending that it allows 2500 people in illegally, which in and of itself is a disgrace. But he's pretending. And then the border shuts down after it averages that many people. So you're telling me 1.8 million people be letting the country illegally, no problem. And then he's going to do something? Yes, but it's even worse. It's even worse. The 2500 people Biden wants to allow in illegally before he shuts the border down. None of that's true either because you can still file illegally on the app to come in the country illegally, not do the regular process.

And you can go to a port of entry and it doesn't include children. And all of these other groups do this. I'm sorry. I hate the three days in a row. But folks, this is the biggest triple barrel middle finger to american citizens and legal immigrants I've ever seen. Listen to who this doesn't include. Check this out. Speaker one.

So reading this executive order, what I can say is in no way should it be described as shutting down the border. And I'll explain why. There are several exceptions to this executive order he's going to be announcing. Number one, this is not going to stop or slow the up to 1500 migrants per day who are being released into the country by showing up at a CBP port of entry with an appointment on a cell phone app called CBP one. It's 1000 to 1500 every day and then they're released into the country. This executive order does not touch that. That is exempted. It also exempts the controversial program where up to 30,000 migrants per month are flying directly into the United States from foreign countries via a mass parole program the Biden administration has put in place. That's for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. He's brought in over 450,000 people into the country that way so far. This executive order also does not touch that. So we are talking thousands of people coming into the country every single day that is left completely alone. What does the order, well, excuse me, there's one more exception as well.

Unaccompanied children and minors are not touched by this executive order. So that's going to raise concerns.

Who does this executive order actually include? Any. Anyone? Anyone have any Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, children, people who come on the app, people who illegally enter at the port of entry, people. This is any who see who's included in the billions of people in the world. There's like seven people included who are who. They're the only ones. Everyone else. You're a okay. Don't. Please don't let them get away with this. It is your job. It's your job. I hate to be demanding, but it's your job to get on your social media accounts today, everywhere. Facebook, tick tock, truth, rumble wherever you are and spread the word that this is absolute bullshit. All this is is an executive order to cover Biden's ass on immigration. He called the newly elected Mexico president. We put out a statement there. And so, and so what I can say that he certainly continues to work on behalf of the american people. That's something that he does day in, day out. I just don't have anything to say as it's related to the event today. So he made a phone call.

That was Biden's schedule. He called the newly elected mexican president and what said, hey, nice job. Did he fall asleep on the phone? He spoke so softly. They need a sound magnifier. Did they have to do one of those phones where it transcribes for the lady so they know what he's saying? That's going to be the line of attack. Listen, you heard it here first man flag it right now. Flags in the chat. Flags in the what he, that's a good, you know what? That's actually a good point. He just said it right. You know, the new. I don't know if the. What's going on with the language barrier with these two in the call, but this is one of those rare times that having an interpreter on the call actually helps because you can hear what Biden actually says. I want to use the full weight of the Department of Justice and state attorneys general because there's definitely been a conspiracy to violate people's civil rights. And I think one of the targets of that investigation should be what happened, if anything, on government time to put together this conspiracy theory by these 51 former intelligence officials. Were there any government assets involved at all to say that the Hunter Biden laptop was in fact, indicative of a russian influence campaign in the United States. Everyone knew that was bullshit from the start. We had the receipt of the laptop. The laptop was signed by Hunter Biden. The laptop was dropped, dropped off by Hunter Biden. Every sane person knew this. However, there appears to have been an FBI effort to suppress the hunter Biden laptop from getting out before the 2020 election.

Listen to me. This is important because even if you say you're the most swampy Republican out there and you don't want to hear anything about mail in ballot fraud machines, and you're like, the election was free and fair, can we at least acknowledge, even for you idiots, can we at least acknowledge that the election was interfered in, was interfered with, excuse me, by a bunch of media and government assets who hid valuable information in the public in the form of a hunter Biden laptop? If we can't agree to that, get the hell out of the party. You're just too stupid to be here. Wendell Husbaugh was at the trial yesterday. Or somebody knew what FBI witness confirms on the stand that the Hunter Biden laptop is real. I mean, really, as I said, even if you're the biggest swampy Republican out there, you're like, there'll be no more talk of a stolen election. I'm sorry that you're too dopey to understand that. Mail in ballots rife with fraud. Even the left talked about it years ago in that New York Times piece we put up all the time. But they hid the laptop. There was a government conspiracy to do it.

And if there's not an investigation after Donald Trump takes office, I'm going to be really upset. These 51 intelligence officials should have all of their clearances pulled immediately, and we should have. We should foia everything and see if there's any, because it's only going to work for government. Any government use of time was dedicated to this conspiracy. I want to know about it, folks. The bidens are what happened. They're what happens to us when bad people lust for power. I want you to understand that one of the reasons I started this show initially, I'd run for office, and I was really disappointed. I met some decent people. I don't want to be overly dramatic. I did. I met some people who, even though you may not agree with them on everything, I found that, you know, be principled and they were there for the right reasons. But I'll tell you something else. About 80% of the people I met were absolute freaking tools. I couldn't believe when I was talking to them in their offices or elsewhere, how disgusting and disgraceful they were. Everything was about them, what you could do for them, your email list, how much money you were going to raise, it wasn't about if you were a good candidate or what you believed in or what you were going to fight for.

It really turned me off to the process and a lot of the material I give you today and why this show is the biggest live streaming political show in the world right now. Is that even, is that a rage and anger? And I wish I could tell you something cutesy time, but I can't. We need more people who run for office not because they want to be there, but because they feel it's their obligation. There's nothing wrong with liking the process or enjoying it or wanting to be part of it, but there is something wrong with people who don't see it as a sense of duty first. This is one of the best minute and a halfs you are ever going to hear on this show. You guys know Mark Robinson. Hes one of my favorites. He is running for governor in North Carolina. People want to be an elected official. They want to pop their collar. They want people to open their door for them. They want the doors. They want to be driven around in a limousine. You see, an elected official to me should be like, let's see. Let's pick somebody throughout history that they should be like. Let's pick out a young man on June 6, 1944, in a Higgins boat. How many of y'all know what a Higgins boat is? One of them landing craft headed toward Normandy beach. The Normandy beach head. Now, I want you to imagine that young man inside that landing craft. I want you to imagine your ability to go to that young man and ask that young man why in the world, do you want to do this? And imagine what that young man would say to you.

He would say, I don't want to do this. But you see, back home, the Japanese bombed Pearl harbor, and Hitler is murdering his way across Europe. I'm not here because I want to be. I'm here because I have to be. It is my duty as an American, as a man, as a Christian, to be here to serve, even if it means laying down my life. That needs to be the attitude of our elected officials in this nation.

We need more of that. I discovered Mark. I discovered Mark has been a man's whole life without me. But I found the clip of mark online when I still lived in my old house in Justin's neighborhood years ago, giving a speech in front of some city council type meeting about the second amendment. And I said, man, this guy's something special, folks. We need speakers who speak with passion and power, man. No more of this superficial bullshit. People who mean it, people who don't want to be there, but need to be there. People who feel it as a calling, not some pop this collar bullshit, limousine get rich quick, kiss my ass as I walk down the CPAC hallways scam. I'm tired of the bullshitters, the fakes, the frauds, the phonies. They're everywhere, man. But here's the good news. The 80 20 rule, folks, 20% of the people can pull it off. They can if we can just get a good core group of people, couple Donald Trump, some Don juniors, some Mark Robinson, some powerful folks out there in this make America great. Movement in key positions. I promise you, we can take this ship going right into that storm and turn it around.

First, I want you to see how crazy these people are. This is why we need more mark Robinson. So no more of this halfway bullshit. This is what they want. Politico, Josh Gerstie. Could Trump be forced to govern from a prison cell? Don't count on it. They go on this whole thing. This is kind of like winky winky nod nods to everyone that, hey, this may be possible if we put this guy in jail. Might be implausible. This is insane. These are the conversations that are being had on the left. And you want a bunch of cutesy time people want to play nice with these people. One more op ed in the New York Times, and then we'll get those lefties to see the light. They don't want to see the light.

They don't want. They enjoy the darkness. Reminds me of that scene with Bane and Batman in that movie. He's talking about being raised, that they were raised in the darkness. They love it. It's not frightening to them. That's all they're about. It was a hearing yesterday up on Capitol Hill. I'm so sick of garland. I brought this up before. These are the snakes you're dealing with. They can never answer a question. This country will burn to the ground. They'll look at the fire in front of them. Do you see a fire? I'm not sure I see a fire. Mister attorney general. The reality is, mister, her special counsel, her found that then former vice president, President Biden had retained and disclosed classified information. Isn't that true? Mister Herr has presented a long report. Isn't that true? I mean, come on. I'm practically quoting right from it. You wouldn't disagree with that? I disagree with. I'm not going to comment on his report. He sets forth. I appointed him to investigate about classified documents. So the reason that we end up talking over you is because a simple question like that goes unanswered. You're non responsive. You're non responsive to the question every.

Freaking time with these guys. You understand the tactic they're doing. And this is why we need people like Biggs and others to call them out on it. They don't want to be on the record with a soundbite that will reflect poorly on the Biden administration. They don't care if the country burns to the ground. Here's Matt Gaetz. Another one would have set enough flamethrower to the place to quote the ad Al Pacino line. Right. Here's Gates asking Garland about Colangelo. Who's Colangelo? You may be asking Matt Colangelo is the number three or was the number three official at the Department of Justice. Why do I say was the number three official at Department of Justice? Because he left to go and work as a line prosecutor in New York on this Twinkies case against Donald Trump. Alvin Bragg, bullshit case. You're telling me the number three guy in the Department of Justice leaves to go try a B's, a glorified paperwork case in New York? Why would he do that? Watch Garland, pretend he didn't know anything about anything about anything. And I want you to ask yourself a simple question. Imagine you run a multibillion dollar organization like the DOJ.

Imagine your number three guy, whatever he is, your CTO, whatever, someone in your c suite, he leaves to go work on an assembly line somewhere and you don't have questions? Garland doesn't know anything. Listen to this bullshit.

Speaker two, no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo. Who's Matthew Colangelo? That is false. I did not dispatch Matthew Colangelo. Matthew Colangelo became the assistant attorney general at the very beginning of the Biden administration without having been Senate confirmed, goes and gets this senior role at the dojo, and then after I believe it's Gupta replaces Colangelo. Colangelo makes this remarkable downstream career journey from the US Department of Justice in Washington DC, and then pops up in Alvin Bragg's office to go get Trump. And you're saying that's just a, that's just a career choice that was made, that has nothing to do with the lawfare coordinated by saying it's false? I did not dispatch Mister Colangelo anywhere. Well do you know how he ended up there? I assume he spoke. He applied for a job there and got the job. But see, you know what John? I tell you I had nothing to do with it. Well you might not have had anything to do with it, but we've got this contemporaneous evidence in Mister Pomeranz's book. District Attorney Bragg announces Matthew Colangelo as new senior counsel, he's the number three in the Department of Justice. And the attorney general who heads the Department of Justice knows nothing about it. Folks. I hate lines like the smell test, because it's just. I hate that line. I just said smell. Smell what? Like Biden? You never know what you're smelling. Kids are. This is even pass a sanity test. The number three guy leaves to, quote, apply for a job as basically a frontline lawyer, like a rookie in a rookie job in an organization. And nobody thinks there's anything strange about this at all. I'll play that Biden hurt thing tomorrow. I just wanted to jump to this because, folks, something happened yesterday. Did you watch yesterday's show? Dan Abrams runs a news network called News Nation. They're, they're putting a lot of money into it, hired a lot of talent over there. It's on a lot of the cable systems around. And Abrams strikes me. I don't know. Let's see, maybe as a far lefty, he runs a lot of outlets that lean left and go after conservatives. So I went after him yesterday on the show for his ridiculous legal logic with regards to the Trump case.

First he tried to claim, and he's in his defense because I like to be fair to people. He's saying, I don't believe this case should have been brought. Okay. No one else does either. Then just stick by that and defend it. Don't go into a moral argument then defending it and then make a faux legal argument and then defend the legal argument knowing it's all bullshit. So we went after him yesterday because he got into this tiff with Megyn Kelly. So he responded at News Nation. I don't know if it's newsletian.com, is that the website? But here's a screenshot. And he goes after me in this piece, too, which is, okay, I listen, that's what we do in this business. We go, I don't take it personal. He's talking about this Trump case up in New York and he's still trying to justify this FEC, what he thinks is a violation and this payment and this NDA Donald Trump's team made with this stormy Daniels lady. He's still trying to justify this. It's like this guy doesn't understand basic facts about the case. And I'm starting to wonder with Abrams. Is, is Abrams, I may go on his show.

I haven't decided. They asked. I'm considering it maybe Tuesday. I don't know. I got to work it in my schedule. He clearly wants to have a debate. I told him it's got to be fair. But I'll even give you a hint and I'll give you a head start on this just to be fair. This was a state case. Nothing you're saying makes sense. Number one, the Federal Election Commission determines violations of federal elections. That's why it's the FEC and not the NY SEC, New York State Election Commission. The case is a New York state case, number one. Number two, the FEC has never alleged this was a campaign violation. And number three, even if it was, which it isn't, and no one's ever shown it was, the paperwork, they would have to die, had had to completed, would have been filed or gone public December 8, which is after the November election. Is he just ignoring this? I'm really. I'm not sure if he's playing dumb right now or if he is. I'm really not sure. Here again, receipts. This is a tweet from an actual FEC commissioner who actually did this. His name is Brad Smith.

Matter of fact, his twitter handle is at Commiss Smith. You think he knows a little bit about this? And it's funny. Wait, leave this up. How? I'm guessing Dan and others. I can already say what you're going to say. Oh, well, this Brad Smith, he sounds like a partisan. The freaking judge in the case's daughter was making money off attacking Trump while he donated to Biden. So hard. Pass on that bullshit. So the judge is okay, but a nonpartisan commissioner isn't. He notes that the FEC regulations made clear that a mixed motive doesn't make something a campaign expense, if the obligation would exist irrespective of the campaign. Paying it with campaign funds is personal use and therefore illegal. In other words, what he's saying here is if this thing had a dual purpose, this payment, because he wanted to protect his family against this lady going public, it doesn't make it a campaign violation at all. He doesn't under. I don't, I don't get what he's. Here's another one from the Wall Street Journal. Another thing by, and you should read his entire thread on why this is not an FEC violation. What expenditure means, all this stuff.

He notes that even if this thing was, uh. No, that's the wrong one. That's not the. Yeah, that's not the right. That's not the right one. Bottom line is. Oh, you got. No, not that one either. Forget it. Yeah, it's that one. Yeah, man. You got. What were the chance, like, by chance, you think eventually, like the third, it was like you had three choices. Here, here. The payment to Stormy Daniels was made on October 2027. So the payment wouldn't have even been reported on the pre election report. How the hell can you interfere in election. Even if you believe this was election interference, if the report of the payment wouldn't have come out till the post election report required to be filed on December 8, a month after the election. So the prosecution's theory that Trump wanted to hide the expenditure until after the election makes no sense at all. Should I go on this guy's show again? I'm not sure if he's open to what is there.
