Merrick Garland knows what the rules are. He issues subpoenas himself, and he doesn't let the person that he's issuing the subpoena to decide whether or not they want to comply yet. Congress has a constitutional duty to perform oversight, which is what we're doing. We're in the middle of an impeachment inquiry, which, as Chairman Jordan pointed out, has been voted on by the House already. And now we need to get the facts. You look at the White House themselves. They've acknowledged that as they've turned over the transcripts. Those transcripts have been edited. There's one way you can find out what the edits were, and that is to actually get the source tape, get the audio. That's the only way we're going to know what was really said. We know already, by the White House's own admission, that the transcript does not reflect what was said. It's only the audio that does. Which is why we need to get the audio tape, folks.

And in the course of that, they decided to ask questions like, did this worker vocalize support for Donald Trump? Did they vocalize hesitancy for Covid-19 did they attend a second amendment rally in Richmond, Virginia? All three of those are First Amendment protective decisions. People have free speech even when you join the FBI. None of those have any bearing on a security credit police. Out of all the experts I've talked to, a single one of them said these are political preferences of basis for determining whether you get a security crime. But in this case, that is what the FBI did. That changed the course of that Hunter Biden case we just talked about, and the FBI whistleblowers who alleged that there was shenanigans going on in the January 6 investigation. Producer Jim, what do you notice about Joe Biden's schedule? Folks in the chat? That's right. There's nothing on it ever. Joe Biden doesn't do anything. Here's axios. This is freaking hilarious. They know Biden's debate cram. You know, he's trying to cram for the debate. They know Joe Biden busy being president. He's busy taking naps and crapping his diaper. What do you mean busy being president? If you read his schedule, he's leaving most of the debate prep sessions for his big debate to the last minute. They know it every day. They're really worried because Biden's, quote, this is good. This is good. Justin, did you see this? Biden's jam. Producer Jim, you get this. Biden's jam June schedule. It's crowding out as the baby's jam. Jim, what did he do the other day? He had like a nap and then a 06:00 p.m. pop in at the juneteenth thing where he didn't even know what to do when everybody was dancing. That was his whole schedule for the day.

I mean, when. And he fell asleep standing up. It's, Craig was weakened at Bernie's. God knows when is this guy going to ever debate prep? He has no time. He has to nap between like six a and six p every day. The media, in case you, if you're saying to yourself right now, you may be, do I hate the media enough? What's the answer? Chat. And here's the story, it's from a friend, it's not from me. When the friend gives me permission to go into more detail, I will. But I just want to be clear with you so there's no bullshit here.

If you trust me with a story, and you're one of the McGraws or anyone else, say, Dan, I've got a story for you, but I would appreciate if you would one keep my name out of it and to only disclose this portion of it. A guy with no partisan ax to grind at all called me, had to be six or seven years ago because I was living in a different house in Justin's old neighborhood. He says, dan, I was on a plane once with Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton. I said, really? I mean, you want to talk about the way to open up a conversation? And this is when Epstein was still alive at the time. And he says, I want to tell you something, man. I was, I was, I was, I was not supposed to be. He was on that plane for a reason, out of his control.

You get what I'm saying? It was not a, I'm trying to be very careful about this story, folks, for obvious reasons, he wasn't supposed to be on this plane. He said, listen, man, there were some women on that plane that clearly did not look of age. Clearly. He says, I was unbelievably uncomfortable. I did not want to be there. I let some people know I didn't want to be there. And I was subsequently sent home at the next stop because the people who were involved, it appeared they were trying to cover up what was happening. The person then told me that he saw Clinton on the plane, Bill Clinton go to the, a different portion of the plane where these young women, girls were. He doesn't know what happened back there. He just knows that that part happened. I told this story six, seven years ago. Of course it was ignored. It was called the conspiracy theory. I think one of the Clinton cronies came after me on Twitter suggesting I was lying about it. I said, okay, you can, if that's the best you've got. One day this guy's going to want to talk, and when he does, I'm going to bring him to you on the show, and you'll get a real story from him.

He's not ready yet. I think, for reasons you'd understand. Of course, I was called crazy. So this happened the other day. Kevin Spacey, who was an actor, still an actor, but had all kinds of problems with these legal issues he's undergoing right now. He was on Piers Morgan show and he said this about a ride on Jeffrey Epstein's plane involving Bill Clinton. Are we all lying? Are we all just making this up? Check this out. Do you know who I never asked for anything was Jeffrey Epstein. I didn't want to be around this guy because I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls and we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this. There were young girls on those flights. There were young girls on those flights. Yeah. Again, are we all lying? We all lying? Everybody's just lying. Just making it up, folks. Wouldn't there be some legal liability there if we were all making this up? You think I could just go out here on the show and just make stuff up about famous people? Oh, yeah, just make, hey, Dan, I'm bored for a story, Justin, let's just say Bill Clinton was on a plane with Jeffrey Epstein.

A guy told us that. Let's just throw that out there. You're right. I'd have not be. You abandon me in Joe's. Could you be like, this guy's a bullshit artist? I never tell you shit. I can't back up. This source clearly relayed that to me. This Bill Clinton Epstein thing is deeper than you think. More coming in the future when I can dig some more on this, I'm not crazy. And for as big a problem as that guy has with legal stuff, I don't think he's lying either, because I was told that. All right, folks, as you know, we got an election coming up. By the way, someone in the chat asked me to address the russian ship thing. Yes, there are russian ships. There are russian warships not far off the coast of Florida. I'm going to get to it in a second, hopefully an immigration thing. But because I don't want to leave this out, it's a huge freaking deal. And it shows you again that here's what Vladimir Putin thinks of Joe Biden. I hate whipping out the ceramic middle finger guy in the middle of the show twice, but clearly nobody respects Joe Biden.

All they see is this guy doing the Biden pose, possibly defecating in his diaper or whatever. Nobody respects this guy. We got an election coming up. And folks, I'm going to put some meat on the bone for you. I'm going to make this decision so easy for you that for you to vote Joe Biden, you have to be possessed by demons. At this point, nothing they are telling you on the left is true about this upcoming election. Every single staple of their election, the border secure crime is down. Joe Biden cut the national debt. Dei is great for business. The Trump tax cuts are causing the debt. Every single one of those things is bullshit. And I'm going to prove it to you right now. Proven. Send this segment to your liberal friends, because we're telling the truth and they're lying. First up, crime is down. I saw Richard Fowler on the five the other day. Liberal hack again, sitting there going, crime is down. Yeah, across the country. Thankfully, Gutfeld called them out right away and said it is crime is down only because most of the departments where crime is up are not actually reporting crime to the FBI.

Does Richard Fowler know this? Of course he does. So does Joe Biden. So why are the Democrats running on a false set of statistics that crime is down? Yeah, that's a great question. What I would say is the database.

Is good to have. We need a database.

The failure comes in is to make a report, generate a report based on that database that you know is fundamentally law. It's the old garbage in, garbage out theory. Let me give you an example. In 2019, Jan, about 90% of the law enforcement agencies submitted crime data. Fast forward to 2021. Less than 63% of those agencies reported crime data. As you mentioned earlier, the big three, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, last year submitted no data. And while the FBI's report has caveats, it's simply not enough when you have over 40%, almost 40% of the agencies not provide the data. The report is fundamentally flawed. It should not have been reported in its current format.

And I want to add, it's great to have an accurate database. Cause I wanna take a deeper dive into this with some numbers from your report. For Baltimore, for example, the FBI reported 225 murders. In 2023, the city reported 262.

Folks, they're lying to you again. I'm not talking to the liberals. I know you like the lying. It's part of your governing philosophy. Lying, tyranny, and authoritarianism. I'm not talking to you dipshits. I'm talking to people who are still on the fence about where they should vote. One side's telling you the truth. Us, the conservatives, the Trump supporters, and the Republicans. Crime is out of control. The other side is telling you despite what they think are your lying eyes, because you can see it in front of you. No crime is fine. Look at the data. What data? They're not reporting the data, you lying sacks of shit. What about Dei? That's another one of the things Biden's running on. Dei is great. We need a company. Does DEI improve the returns to your investors?

I think part of good governance of a company is having diverse perspectives brought to bear as they manage that company. And I feel strongly about that for the investment team that I lead, also, we want diversity.

And what is the evidence that you rely on for the belief that the DEI agenda will produce better returns? Is there any study? Report, analysis?

You know, as an investor, I read research reports constantly. I probably read five, six, eight of them a day. So over the course of my career, that's probably been thousands.

I'm just wondering, is there one that kind of sticks it out in your mind? You say, congressman, I'm here to do good by these 2.2 million beneficiaries and my embrace of DEi, this is what I can point to as the evidence that that's helping them.

Every data based study can tell lots of different things, and every data works that way. That's the way investing works. And remember that when we're focused on investing. We're focused on how we.

Okay, well, here's what I found. A study that actually Calpers did. You guys did this study. It's entitled emerging diverse manager data report. And I'm citing from the 6th page of report where it says since inception, current diverse managers generally underperformed non diverse managers in the asset class in the policy benchmark. Are you familiar with this report?

Can I see a copy of that study, please?

Here's a woman who claims to be a, quote, historian and a professor. If you look at her twitter profile, Heather Cox Richardson at HC underscored Richardson. This is not a very bright historian. Doesn't seem to know history too well. She says, just a reminder that what's driven us into debt is that Social Security or Medicare, good one. But rather the George W. Bush tax cuts and the Trump's tax cuts, both of which disproportionately benefited the wealthy and corporations. Oh, really? Well, that's a lie too. But did the Bush tax cuts, because this is what Biden's going to run on. The tax cuts are causing the debt problem, not them spending money they don't have. Ladies and gentlemen, in the chat, you think the Bush tax cuts cost the government money? How could it cost government money is. It's your money. There she is. What does she say? Historian. That's fascinating. Ryan Dwyer. February of 2010, Bush tax cuts boosted federal revenue. Holy shit. It sounds like Heather Cox needs a history lesson. They note the real jolt for tax cutting opponents was that the o three Bush tax cuts generated a massive increase in federal tax receipts. What the. How the, Justin, it's like she's lying. They note from 2004 to 2007, tax revenues increased. I thought that Bush tax cuts cost the government money. Revenue increased by 785 billion, the largest four year increase in american history. Wow. Wait, wait. One last line. I thought the corporations got off easy. According to the Treasury Department, after the Bush tax cuts, individual and corporate income tax receipts were up 40% in the three years following the Bush tax cut. She's a historian, folks, studying the difference between image and reality. There's some reality for you. Historian should try it sometime. What about the Trump tax cuts? They cost the government a lot of money. Here's an interesting tweet by Steve Moore, who's an actual economist, not a moron like this other one. The Trump tax cuts reduced the corporate tax rate to slightly above 21%. Democrats blame them for the deficits.

In reality, corporate tax revenue increased by billions after Trump's historic rate cut. He's even got a chart for you liberal dipshits out there. Oh, man. Where do you get those numbers from? Liberals are saying the CBO, the government. You seem to love the Congressional Budget Office stack with left leftists. That's so, so weird, guys. It's almost like the historians either stupid or lying. Which one? Here, I put this handy chart up. You from the balance, which is not some right wing site, by the way. Here's Us federal tax revenue by year. Here's the Trump administration. They institute the tax cuts when Trump gets into office. Federal tax revenues, 3.27 trillion. Trump tax cuts take effect. Trump leaves office tax revenue in 2020. One's 4.05 trillion with the Trump tax rates. Michael, are you a math guy? This is going to be hard. Evita, if you need to help him out, give him a little shot here. What's a bigger number, 4.05 trillion or 3.27 trillion? If you need a moment, I understand. That's a good point. Biden doesn't know. Seems like tax revenue went up dramatically under the Trump tax cuts. Why would tax revenue go up dramatically after tax cuts?

Because the economy grows, ladies and gentlemen. And liberal dipshits out there who can't do math. 10% of 100. It's nothing. Close to 10% of 10,000. When you grow the economy, it doesn't matter what the percentage you take is, as long as you grow the number big enough that the percentage results in a bigger real number. The New York Times reporting on conservative social media. The guilty verdict gets a yawn. Right wing influencers have spent much of Mister Biden's trial, trial claiming without any evidence that the process was a sham in various ways. A trick by the Justice Department to appear balanced after former President Donald Trump was convicted in a Manhattan courthouse or a show trial that would end in a not guilty verdict by left leaning jurors in Delaware. Trump is charged by New York state, not the Justice Department. They also claimed, without any proof, that the trial was a distraction from from other crimes committed by Mister Biden. They included the conspiracy theory that he profited from business dealings in Ukraine with the help of his father.

This is why liberals believe dumb shit Dei is wonderful for investing tax cuts cause the cost the government money.
