So this is something that Congress has the authority to do, and it hasn't been done since the early 1900s. Essentially, what that does is I anticipated that the Department of Justice would not do their job. I had this really teed up and ready to go. I've brought this to Speaker Johnson's intention. What that allows Congress to do is really be the punitive arm and really hold Garland accountable by using the sergeant at arms to essentially go and get him as well as the tapes, bring him to the wall of the house, and really be a check and balance on the Department of Justice. Again, this hasn't been done since the early 1900s, but that vote will be coming to the floor, and hopefully we will be to bring some accountability.

I know that if this goes to courts, as Johnson has stated, that's really going to get stuck there. It's not going to do anything. The American people deserve more than strongly worded letters. I think we're all frustrated. Again, we're hoping to bring that accountability. I already know. I already know what the swampy wing of the GOP is going to say. Cnn, these segments are over and over again. So for all the Trump haters out there, Oh, I don't buy it. These numbers are all fake. Trump doesn't have any support in the Black community. How many freaking polls, man, are you going to have to see before you guys realize something special is happening? Now, this is important. I'm going to play this clip coming up in a second.

They were stunned at the level of Black support for Donald Trump. This part's important. It's important because we have never dedicated significant assets to turning out the Black vote. We haven't, and we should. Now you know This has been absolutely an untapped resource of liberty and freedom that we've just ignored shamefully. It's there. We just have to go and grab it and say, We're here for you. Look, you are welcome. Not only welcome here, you are wanted here desperately. Check this out. Senior data reporter, Harry Enton, is with us. So where does the race stand among African-American voters right now? I keep looking for this to change, to go back to a historical norm, and it's simply put, has not yet. So this is the margin or Biden and Trump among Black voters compared where we were at this point in 2020, compared where we are now. At this point, look at this. In 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86% of the African-American vote. Look at where it is now. It's 70 %. That's a 16-point drop, John. And more than that, it's not just that Joe Biden is losing ground, it's that Donald Trump is gaining ground.

You go from seven %, single digits at this in 2020, to now 21 %. And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going to go back to normal, and I don't see it yet in the polling. If anything, right now, we're careening towards a historic performance for a Republican presidential candidate the likes of which we have not seen in six decades. Folks, I get it. Even the most negative person on polls. Polls are acute points in time. You're correct. Obviously, tautologically, a poll is taken at an point in time. Times change. However, multiple points in time make a trend line. The trend line, as the CNN analyst is telling you, you think it pleasure them to put this on CNN, that Donald Trump is Moving dramatically the needle with Black voters in his direction. The trend line is in our direction and only getting worse. It's not getting better. They are getting ready to dump this guy. I'm telling you, there's no better than a 50% chance now. If It may be less that this guy's the nominee. There is zero chance he turns this around. And this shouldn't shock anyone, man.

I've been talking in conservative circles for years. Go back and watch your videos when I was running for office. If you think any of this is some fabrication or unnecessary hyperbole or exaggeration for effect. I have been talking about this wellespring of voter support in a Black community that we're leaving untapped. And you know what? It's not just me. It's hundreds of other Conservatives. It went largely ignored for a long time. Now you're seeing it. Donald Trump has opened a lot of people's eyes. These issues that you care about, immigration, amnesty, illegal immigration, specifically, street crime, the economy. I hate stupid clichés, but these aren't white, Asian, Hispanic issues. They're just not. We just needed a vehicle or a messenger to break through, and it appears by the data, Trump is in. Folks, this illegal immigration issue is absolutely flaying the Democrats in the Black community, because a lot of these illegals are in largely Black communities showing up, not there legally, breaking the law, doing bad stuff, some of them. That is made up of migrants who have crossed illegally and have been released into the country with a future court date. It also includes illegal immigrants who have already been ordered, deported by a judge, but are still here in the country. With that in mind, take a look at these staggering numbers right here. Federal sources telling Fox News, ICE's non-detained docket has now exploded to 7.4 million cases so far in fiscal year 2024, we're told it's on track to hit 8 million by the end of this year. Eight million, folks. 8 million. Basically larger than the population of most of America's biggest cities. 8 million. 8 million. If 0.0001% of them are terrorists or criminals, ladies and gentlemen, we got ourselves a big problem. And man, that's being generous. It's not like the Chinese Communist Party or anything would possibly be setting up a system to get illegals and sneak them into the country.

This is the Justice of the United States. They're confused when Trump supporters have to correct them. We are not a direct democracy. We are a Republic. It's a different. We We do not vote on every single issue. We vote for representatives who then go vote on issues in a Republic. To the Republic for which it stands, if they ever heard these words, this is new to them on CNN. This actually happened. This is not a joke. This is not selectively edited. Check this out. One thing we've been hearing at Trump rallies like this over the past few months is that America isn't really a democracy. America is not a democracy as a Republic. It's not a democracy. Okay, democracy is actually not as good as you think it is. But for centuries, America has celebrated its democracy. Democracy is worth dying for. Democracy remains the definition of political legitimacy. But some Republicans and pro-Trump media are pushing the idea that America is not a democracy. The United States of America is not a democracy. We are a constitutional Republic. United States of America is not a democracy. You don't want to be in a democracy.

We are not a democracy. We are a Republic. Is America a democracy? America is a democracy. It was founded as a democracy. I've heard a lot of conspiracy theories. I hear a lot of things out on the road. But to hear Americans, people who would describe themselves as patriots, say that America is not a democracy, that stopped me in my tracks. You are hearing people say America is not a democracy because there are people around Trump who want them to be saying that, who've been planting that narrative. Okay. First, let me step back a minute from the absolute abject stupidity in that CNN segment, Anne Applebaum is a moron. But let me explain to you fairly. At one point in the segment, because I don't want to play the whole thing because there's so much epic stupidity there. It's hard to take it all in. Yes, the words, and bear with me in the chat for a second, because this is an important segment. Yes, they're not wrong. Later on in the segment, they say at one point, the The words democracy and republic sometimes are used interchangeably. But not in the sense CNN and Applebaum are discussing it.

The Trump supporters are correct. When Trump supporters and Trump and Republic We can say, Hey, we got to protect democracy. What they're talking about is American citizens' God-given right to pick their political representatives. In that sense, the process is democratic. This isn't fascism, this isn't socialism yet. We're getting there, but we're not there yet. Do you understand what I'm saying? The process is democratic in that sense. But the Trump supporters are 100% absolutely accurate, and CNN and Dopey and Applebaum are 100% wrong. We are not a democracy in the organizational machine sense. If you broke down the machine, we are a Republic. Now, a couple of people were asked what the difference is. The difference is very simple. A Republic is a form of a representative democracy where we don't... It's not a plebiscite, it's not a direct democracy. In other words, if they want to vote for a National Defense Authorization Act, you don't get a ballot in the mail saying, How much do you want to spend on the military? We don't vote on everything. In a direct democracy, you would do that. It's not like an HOA, which is more of a direct democracy.

You want to change the rules, the thing goes out to everyone. We vote for representatives who do that. That's the only difference. But it's a significant one. It's a significant one because it provides a bulwark against the perils of a direct democracy, which is that a majority of people, 51% in a direct democracy, can then vote to steal from the 49, which is not democratic in the greatest irony of all. The most democratic system is a Republic, not a democracy in the organizational sense. You guys know this, but they tried to stump a few people in that segment. It is not democratic to allow 51% of people to steal from 49 because they just outvoted them and didn't earn it. That's not democratic, but it is a democracy. The most democratic system that gives power to the people is, in fact, a Republic, not a direct democracy. Democracy. Cnn is too freaking stupid to explain to you the difference and the distinction. They're doing it on purpose, man. They're doing it on purpose. That segment's embarrassing. This Anne Applebaum is a moron.
