God-blessed football, Billy Gill.

[00:00:24]

God-blessed football, Mikey.

[00:00:26]

God-blessed.

[00:00:27]

Football, Stewart. Thank you, Mikey. Mikey, are you concerned about Billy Gill? I mean, just- A little bit. He looks a little off today. He does. You okay? So do you, though. Well, I feel a little bit off, I got to be honest with you. I do.

[00:00:39]

What do.

[00:00:39]

You feel? I don't know. Just a little bit tired, stuffed up.

[00:00:43]

Yeah, it's that time of year. Is it? Yeah, allergy season or whatever. I don't know those. It's a season for sure. It's football season.

[00:00:51]

It is football season, yes. Well, football does this to you. It does. It makes you sick.

[00:00:55]

Yeah, I know people might think that this is silly to say, but I feel like we've been through it. This is what you feel like eight weeks in the football season.

[00:01:03]

Right. We need a buy week.

[00:01:05]

We do need a buy week. Oh, God, I would love a buy week. Oh, my goodness.

[00:01:09]

You know what? God bless. Football should get a buy week.

[00:01:12]

We should. Yeah, that wouldn't be bad.

[00:01:15]

Preferably Thanksgiving.

[00:01:16]

Yeah, well, no, Thanksgiving weekends are being a busier week because there's a big week. That's why you take the buy week. Now there's a Black Friday game.

[00:01:21]

It's exciting.

[00:01:22]

That's why you take the buy week.

[00:01:23]

A Jet's Dolphins.

[00:01:25]

Black Friday game. Yeah, I'm excited.

[00:01:26]

About that one. That's going to be fun.

[00:01:28]

Yeah, we're inching closer to that one. The Coltons are in Germany this week.

[00:01:31]

Which is- They're taking on the Chiefs who are coming off a loss now, huh?

[00:01:34]

Yeah, the Chiefs don't look good.

[00:01:36]

They doubt something's off in Kansas City?

[00:01:38]

I don't know what it is. They said that Patrick Holmes was battling the flu, but the obvious, right? We don't need to go there. But Taylor wasn't there, so is that going to be a story moving forward? Who knows? I guess we're in control of that if we're making a story.

[00:01:52]

Are you trying to tell me that a story moving forward will be, if the Chiefs continue to lose when Taylor is not at the game, that Taylor needs to be at.

[00:02:00]

The games? I think that we were told basically that that's done. The attending of the games is done because the tour is starting up again in a couple of weeks. I think that it was announced that she would not be at the game because it's tour time, which means moving forward, you would think she won't be at the game. So who knows what's going to happen. Also, a billionaire now. They announced over the weekend last week that Taylor Swift is now a billionaire, also a billionaire.

[00:02:24]

I thought she only was. Magic is?

[00:02:25]

Really? Yeah, Magic Johnson became a billionaire. Really? Yeah.

[00:02:29]

I figured Taylor Taylor already was a billionaire. I got to be honest. I figured Magic was already a billionaire. I mean, he owns part of the Dodgers.

[00:02:37]

No, I don't think so.

[00:02:38]

He doesn't own it anymore? Well, he- He did at one point, right?

[00:02:40]

He's owned part of the Lakers, the Dodgers, and the Commanders at different times. I think right now he's on the Commanders. Right now, he has the Commanders. I think he's.

[00:02:48]

Sold out. That's part.

[00:02:49]

Of the ownership group for that.

[00:02:50]

They lost to the Eagles yesterday. That was a tough game. They did.

[00:02:53]

They almost beat the Eagles.

[00:02:55]

I know, but they lost.

[00:02:57]

Yeah, but it was a.

[00:02:58]

Good loss. Itwas. Put it on the pole. Was it a good loss for the commanders yesterday?

[00:03:04]

Was it not? I mean, that game, by the way, looked absolutely dreadful until the fourth quarter, where they scored a combined 35 points. Yes. But it was like 10-13 or something. It felt like going into the fourth quarter.

[00:03:15]

We will get to dreadful, my friend. We will get there shortly.

[00:03:18]

Is Sam Howe good?

[00:03:20]

I have no idea.

[00:03:21]

He had almost 400 yards. I think he had 397 yards.

[00:03:24]

I thought he had 400.

[00:03:26]

I think he had 397.

[00:03:27]

It's a fair question to ask, though. I mean, is Sam Howell good?

[00:03:32]

We also saw for the first time, the tush-push, the brother we shot- Not work. Not work. Yes. And then later on- A wrinkle. -a wrinkle. And that wrinkle is dangerous and scary. What was it? They faked it. It was like a third and short right in the red thing inside the tenth- and he faked the tushpush? Yeah, it.

[00:03:51]

Was a fake- The.

[00:03:52]

Andre Swifth. Yeah, they ended up doing an outside the Andrew Swiffer run for a touchdown. Swiffer just went outside the goal line. Yeah, he wasn't touched until he.

[00:03:57]

Got to the goal line. He walked in. He had four blockers.

[00:04:01]

Were you shocked when they stopped it the first time? He fumbled, right? Jaylen Hertz fumbled?

[00:04:05]

Yes. Right on the goal line.

[00:04:07]

So they figured out a way to stop the tush-push, and that is by Jaylen Hertz fumbling. And then the Eagle said, Okay, we're going to counter your counter with our counter.

[00:04:15]

They let it go too early in the season, though. Yeah. We got to save.

[00:04:18]

That one. I'm with you. I would have kept it going. I mean, it's a fluke-fumble, right? I mean, whatever. You could say it's a fluke-fumble. I said it's a fluke-fumble. You can argue that. But they fumbled it, but it's still working. Keep doing it. And then, like playoffs, late playoffs, NFC Championship.

[00:04:33]

That's when you- You can't blow that in October game against the commander.

[00:04:35]

You just can't. But now that's in the back of the defender's head. So now that should open up the toosh-push again.

[00:04:43]

Billy, I have a question for you, an important question. Does this make Jaylen Hertz a two-trick pony now? Oh, wow. Now we have the second wrinkle.

[00:04:50]

Billy, do you know how good Jaylen Hertz was in that game yesterday? I mean, he was ridiculous.

[00:04:55]

He was.

[00:04:55]

Not- 319 yards, four touchdowns, four touchdowns, four touchdowns.

[00:04:58]

Four touchdowns.

[00:04:59]

You know I know. -one trick, Cody.

[00:05:01]

Yes, Sam Howe, though. Well, now I would- Sam Howe what? 397 yards, four touchdowns.

[00:05:06]

One interception, though. Yeah. That one.

[00:05:08]

Interception is key. Okay, but Jaden Hertz is a.

[00:05:10]

Wonderful-.

[00:05:11]

Seven-point game. Sounds like Sam Howe needs some help.

[00:05:14]

Really?

[00:05:15]

I don't know.

[00:05:16]

-that's called magic.

[00:05:18]

Yeah, he's a billionaire.

[00:05:19]

He got the cash. Exactly. Fix it.

[00:05:21]

Your boy, Kurt Cousins, went out yesterday. Yeah, yesterday was- So we're in the.

[00:05:24]

Killies out for the year. Yesterday was QB injury Sunday. It was crazy. All the quarterbacks that got hurt. Kenny Pickett got hurt. Tyrone Taylor got hurt. Kurt Cousins got hurt. Matthew Staffer got hurt. Desmond Ritter got hurt. Desmond Ritter.

[00:05:35]

Desmond Ritter hurt himself.

[00:05:37]

He got taken out for a concussion check. He passed. They sent him anyway.

[00:05:42]

Yeah, it said possible concussion as his listed injury, which by the way, speaking of possible concussion-Here we go. -rock party. Yeah. How do you go into concussion protocol and get out of concussion protocol four days later? That doesn't seem like it's the way things are supposed to go. Right.

[00:05:59]

I don't know. I don't have the answer for you.

[00:06:02]

Are the 49ers good?

[00:06:04]

I have no idea.

[00:06:05]

They're crawling up the fraud list.

[00:06:06]

They were good.

[00:06:07]

Crawling up the fraud list. Wow.

[00:06:09]

Three in a row, you got to be on the fraud list.

[00:06:11]

Before we get to the 49ers, if they're good or not, Mike Ia, do you believe that Philip Rivers' agent sent a text to the Vikings before Kerr, cousins left the field?

[00:06:22]

Wow.

[00:06:24]

I think he has them already typed and he just has to.

[00:06:27]

Hit Send. Yeah, he just- Oh, I like that.

[00:06:29]

He had it set up, right? He had-He had to send.

[00:06:30]

-he has a generic message and notes. Yeah, and.

[00:06:34]

Then he just replaced the name of the quarterback, the team. I saw your quarterback went down. Yeah, exactly right.

[00:06:38]

Replaced team name, replaced team quarterback.

[00:06:40]

I would love to go help out.

[00:06:41]

You don't think he has one for each team? No. Why?

[00:06:44]

I don't know. He's got a cover letter, form letter.

[00:06:47]

No, you're right. Chad GPT wrote one, that's it.

[00:06:49]

He sent out six of them yesterday. Every quarterback that got hurt, he sent a letter to the team, I.

[00:06:55]

Feel like. Even on some teams where their quarterback didn't get hurt.

[00:06:58]

Might have to send the one to.

[00:06:59]

The Titans. Yes. Yeah. Will Levis, huh?

[00:07:02]

He's there, you know? Yeah. Young Straud, Richardson, Bayden, or Levis. Hold on, hold on, hold on.

[00:07:08]

He has to redo his own quarterback board.

[00:07:10]

You're right. We'll get to that. We will get to that. Don't worry. We will get to that. Don't worry. Because yesterday was our Super Bowl.

[00:07:16]

Really? Yeah. I know.

[00:07:18]

It's a big day for you. It was. C. J. Straud, Bryce Young, this is what everybody's been waiting for. And by that, I mean, no one's been waiting for it because both teams are dreadful. But everybody was like, Do we just get to it right now?

[00:07:28]

If you want to, sure. We have coming up here. She went to Florida, Georgia. We'll cover some college football with her. She'll be joining us. But yeah, if you want to go to.

[00:07:37]

It now, go ahead. Well, so yesterday was probably the biggest game that we were going to see of Straud, Young, or Richardson. Yes. And Richardson- Well, he's out for the year. -is out for the year. So obviously, he's not someone that can be participating in that game. That game, not a very good game, if we're going to be honest, right?

[00:07:54]

No.

[00:07:54]

13, 15. And the kicker had to kick the game-wining field goal like six times, which was really weird. I was convinced that he was going to miss the last one, even though it was a total chip shot.

[00:08:04]

Well, what happened there? I was stuck on the Jets, giants game.

[00:08:06]

Why? That was the worst game I've ever seen.

[00:08:09]

Because.

[00:08:09]

Of the Jets, man. God, that was dreadful. Diana Rosini was supposed to come on today, and I was like, Great, we can just put all of this in that segment and we won't have to talk about the jets. We can just ask her. Because here's a question that I've been wondering.

[00:08:19]

I'm doing my best to avoid it, Billy.

[00:08:20]

Here's a question that I've been wondering.

[00:08:22]

I went to Philip Rivers.

[00:08:23]

Yeah. Here's a question that I've been wondering about the jets, the giants, and MetLife in general. Yes. Has it just been raining since week one? Has there been a clean game played in that stadium? It just seems like a dreadful place to play football. Every game is miserable there for some reason.

[00:08:41]

It's a miserable place.

[00:08:44]

In Jersey.

[00:08:44]

I'm talking about-.

[00:08:46]

Billy, it has raining 19 of 23 weeks up here.

[00:08:49]

Yeah.

[00:08:49]

23.

[00:08:50]

Weekends. That's crazy.

[00:08:51]

That's crazy. That's crazy. 19 of the last 23 weekends it has rain. Yeah. You combine that with two terrible quarterbacks.

[00:08:58]

I was going to say it's not like you're playing with great pieces to begin with. They don't need more disadvantages. It's so weird. And lots of people were getting hurt. That's the game that Tyra Taylor got hurt in. Darren Waller got hurt in that game. People are getting hurt left and right on that field. Why didn't you put a roof on that stadium?

[00:09:13]

You're asking me like I built the stadium. I was in charge.

[00:09:17]

You're a connected man.

[00:09:19]

I know, but I don't know why I didn't put a roof on the stadium. I should have thought of it.

[00:09:26]

You should have. My favorite stat from that game was the giants net passing yards in the second half was negative one.

[00:09:31]

Yeah.

[00:09:31]

I don't care. They would not let to beat me in the middle. I could.

[00:09:33]

Have beat them for the game.

[00:09:34]

There you go. I saw. Negative nine for the game. There you go. I saw -Negative nine for the game.

[00:09:37]

Yeah. I saw -I.

[00:09:38]

Took overtime to beat them. I love my team.

[00:09:41]

Zach Wilson had a drive. Say what you will.

[00:09:44]

He had a drive.

[00:09:45]

Zach Wilson had a drive.

[00:09:46]

He had a drive. Our boy, Dave, made a decision. We're both on a different table. -made a decision.

[00:09:51]

Yeah, he really -We got to get him on the show again soon while we still can.

[00:09:55]

Before he's a coordinator again?

[00:09:57]

Yeah, the coordinator at Wichita State or whatever.

[00:09:59]

No, no.

[00:10:00]

I mean- No, we'll get it on a.

[00:10:01]

Felt-go- Go back to the bills.

[00:10:03]

Fix the bills. All right, go fix Josh Allen again. What a stupid league.

[00:10:10]

I'm so happy.

[00:10:11]

The Jets won.

[00:10:12]

Yeah. I mean, they won. I missed too. He was one of our BV, BV, BV picks back in the day, yeah, he missed yesterday. He missed too. Aaron Rodger shouldn't be throwing already. I'm just going to say that. It's weird. That has disaster ridden all.

[00:10:26]

Over it. Well, why? He's going to get hurt throwing?

[00:10:30]

I don't know. There will be a setback or he's going to come back too soon and he's going to re-aggravate something. He's going to get injured again. Something's going to happen to throw off this timeline, and it's going to mess him up moving forward next season or something.

[00:10:43]

We'll see.

[00:10:44]

You think he's just going to come back week 14, week 17, and everything's going to be good?

[00:10:49]

I don't, to be honest. Mikey, are you serious?

[00:10:53]

No, I'm not serious.

[00:10:56]

Like, no one in the history of that injury is ever- The Tours of the Killies are not.

[00:10:58]

Coming back. I know. Right.

[00:10:59]

Well, I mean, Mike, I've never seen someone after sustaining that type of injury on a field, throwing a football that quickly. I've never seen it.

[00:11:10]

If you're Kirk, Cousins, you're like, Where did you go? What did you do? What country did you do this in? Sign me there. Can I get some of that? Send me there. Exactly right.

[00:11:16]

Whatever it is, can I get some? Billy, I don't know what to tell you. The Dolphins, if they get homefield advantage in the playoffs, they're going to the Super Bowl. They're unbeatable at home. The offense wasn't even yesterday, and they still put up 35 points of Bill Belichick.

[00:11:34]

Yeah. He has Belichick's number for some reason. It's weird. He's beat him six times. Yeah. Last time's zero times. This is going to be a big week for the Dolphins in Germany against the Chiefs because the Chiefs- It's a big game. The and you're playing for the number one seating the East or in the AFC right now.

[00:11:49]

You are? Yeah. Yes, that's what the game is for. Yeah.

[00:11:52]

That's interesting, actually. I'm a little concerned, though. This has Chiefs bounce back game ridden all.

[00:11:57]

Over it. Right. If you're a Dolphins fan, I don't think you don't like the Chiefs coming into this game, having lost to Russell Wilson and the Broncos. By the way, that's the first time Patrick Mohomes has lost on the road to an AFC West team.

[00:12:11]

Yeah. I saw that they had that. I thought that was a stat that they had gone 40 games without losing by more than five points.

[00:12:17]

40.

[00:12:17]

Games in a row.

[00:12:18]

He didn't look good either. He was battling the.

[00:12:20]

Flu then.

[00:12:21]

I could see a lot of-I don't know why I just did.

[00:12:22]

Quote-i could see a lot of coverage sacks this week because if Travis, Kelsey doesn't get open, I don't trust Rasheed Rice to get open against.

[00:12:30]

The Dolphins. Well, Jaylen Ramsey, by the way, welcome to the Dolphins. Oh, yeah. Big game. So exciting. Look at you. Yeah, I'm nervous about the Dolphins, I'm going to be totally honest with you.

[00:12:40]

They're going to the Super Bowl. Billy, I'm excited to bring on Lucy this week because Lucy went to her first-ever Florida Georgia game. I'm excited to see how the experience was for her. Lucy is here. We do this every Monday here on God bless football because what happens is college football is played on Saturday, and then the NFL is played on Sunday, and then we forget about all the college football on Saturday. Billy and I will not stand for that here on God bless football.

[00:13:20]

No, we will not.

[00:13:21]

We will not. Lucy is the biggest college football fan that we know. She covers college football for our show and for Metalark Media. She's with us now. How was the game, Lucy?

[00:13:31]

The game was bad. The game was not enjoyable. The tailgating was amazing. I have never seen anything like it in my life. We got there probably three-ish hours early, and it was the most insane tailgating scene I've ever been a part of, just because there was so much tailgating happening, but it was very collected, where Florida and Georgia fans were all tailgating together and they were all drinking together. It absolutely lived up to the nickname of world's largest outdoor cocktail party.

[00:14:01]

Yeah, it was great. It is great. I've been to that game two times and I've had a blast each time. They're drinking. I feel like Florida and Georgia, if there was a matchup of two college fan bases and you put them together, I feel like in terms of drinking and partying, Georgia, Florida probably won two for me.

[00:14:20]

They're high up there. I would say the big tin can drink pretty well too, but that's absolutely a fair assessment that everyone was drunk.

[00:14:27]

Right, everyone was drunk. The game got off to a good start, 7-0 in Florida, and then it was a blowout after that.

[00:14:34]

Yeah, I was in the Florida section for that touchdown, and I was like, Thank God, this is awesome. We're going to have something competitive. And then immediately it all went downhill. It was just done.

[00:14:44]

By the way, I meant to tell you, you dismissed me. I said maybe Kansas, Oklahoma might be the game you should go to this week. You did not go. I don't want to say you dismissed me, but you seem to think like… I did. You did. Okay, fair enough.

[00:14:56]

I didn't do it.

[00:14:56]

You can say that. Thank you. You dismissed me. And Kansas wins the game out. I told you that was the game to go to.

[00:15:03]

You were absolutely right. I still am glad we went to Florida, Georgia. I think it was the correct choice. But Oklahoma, Kansas, I haven't had the chance to watch, but that's been a long time coming. 18 years since Kansas has beat Oklahoma. Two years ago, they almost did the same thing with Jason Beane. It just didn't work out in the end. Super excited for Kansas. They might be what regulates the Big 12 a little bit because we won a Texas OU final in the Big 12 Championship.

[00:15:27]

I know, Mike, EA has a question for you, and we'll get to it in a second. We have Lucy or Goosey as well. But here's what I love about college football, Lucy. We went into the weekend thinking it was going to be, for the most part, a bad weekend. Games weren't going to be great. Then all of a sudden, chaos broke out. That was really cool to see. Again, a close game with Washington, you had the upset of Oklahoma. It was a great weekend for college football.

[00:15:49]

What I'm so excited about is we only really got that upset with Oklahoma. If I know anything about college football, it's not if, but when. We're about to reach, in Scott Hansen's terms of the witching hour of the college football season, where these big teams that are like Washington, who has kept it really close against Arizona State and Stanford, these losses are going to come eventually. This is the tough part of the schedule. This is rivalry time where things are just totally different. I don't know if it's this week or the week after, but we're going to have a blood upset week.

[00:16:21]

Blood upset? Yeah.

[00:16:22]

There's going to be a blood. There's going to be a lot of blood. A lot of really good teams are going to lose because we're all starting to see the separation naturally occur where like, Oklahoma loses to Kansas, Washington can't compete, then Georgia is out here beating the shit out of Florida. It'll all separate.

[00:16:36]

You seem intrigued by this.

[00:16:38]

I love a blood week. Yeah.

[00:16:39]

A blood bath? Yeah, a blood bath.

[00:16:42]

A red wedding.

[00:16:43]

It could be this weekend, Lucy. I mean, there are so many great games on the schedule this weekend.

[00:16:48]

It totally could be. It's almost like not even a thing that relies on great games because no one expected Washington, Arizona State, or Washington, Stanford to be great games. That's a team that's just begging to lose right now. I don't know what's happened with them, but it's only natural that this is going to happen, especially in the Pac-12, where the competition is just so stiff week in, week out.

[00:17:08]

Right. Yeah, Washington at USC. Usc has been bad, but you're not going to be surprised if USC wins that game, right?

[00:17:14]

Actually, I would be. I would be pretty surprised if you had.

[00:17:16]

Won that game.

[00:17:17]

Really?

[00:17:17]

I.

[00:17:18]

Mean, you said the same thing about Kansas, Oklahoma. Yeah.

[00:17:22]

Usc should have lost to cow this weekend. They're very bad. Right.

[00:17:26]

Okay, my bad. Sorry.

[00:17:28]

Sorry, you would have been surprised. It was a good effort.

[00:17:31]

It was a good effort. I would not be surprised if USC beats Washington. Washington to me- It's going to come back and bite me. It's a tricky team, Lucy, because listen, they keep winning. Washington is weird, right? Yeah, but maybe they had the most impressive win on their resume this year, okay? But it's a weird team in the fact that they've won the last couple of games, Lucy, but they have not been impressive.

[00:17:51]

No, they haven't at all. And what's weird is their offense hasn't looked good, and that's the entire appeal of Washington football. They could not score against Arizona State. Michael Pinnock Jr. Just kept turning the ball over. Right now, I feel very confident in saying if Washington and Oregon meet in the Pac-12 Championship game, I think Oregon beats the crap out of them. I don't even think it's close. Oregon is taking that Washington loss and gone upwards. The way they beat Utah is super convincing. Washington trending the other way.

[00:18:17]

Right. All right, Mikey, are you ready for your big question for Lucy? We were discussing this right before we started here, and I like the idea of us asking her this and continuing it throughout the season.

[00:18:29]

Yeah, well, this… This isn't so much a question as this is a new segment. I want to get Lucy's top five college football tailgates. And then as she goes to different tailgates week in and week out, I want to see if we have to update them and knock one out and put one in.

[00:18:43]

Okay. All right, I like this. Yes, I.

[00:18:46]

Have my list. I have my top five. I will say this is just based off of games I have been to this year.

[00:18:52]

Okay.

[00:18:52]

Not outside of it, but just this year.

[00:18:54]

I like that. Do you know which game you're going to this weekend yet? Or have you not? No. You don't know yet. Because LSU, Alabama.

[00:19:01]

We're really trying to go to Alabama, LSU, but there was a scary chance too. I'm at Iowa, Northwestern with you.

[00:19:07]

Why? Don't do that.

[00:19:09]

I'm.

[00:19:09]

Going to that game because I'm being forced to.

[00:19:12]

This is the situation we are in. We are hoping that Alabama says yes to us. Okay. Alabama has had a history this season of saying no.

[00:19:21]

Really?

[00:19:22]

We got approved to Klimson, Notre Dame. Don't want to go to that anymore.

[00:19:25]

No desire to go to that.

[00:19:27]

No.

[00:19:27]

Our only other option is Iowa, Northwestern, which would be really funny, but I don't really want to go. Hopefully, Oklahoma State.

[00:19:35]

Okay, so wait a second. Alabama is saying no to what? To you covering the game?

[00:19:41]

Yeah, they're denying our credentials, but I think they probably don't know me. They don't. And I think if they got the chance to know me, they'd really want me at their games.

[00:19:49]

Yeah.

[00:19:50]

I don't take it personally. And Alabama, I'm not mad at you, so please say yes.

[00:19:54]

Yeah, please say yes. But also there's a huge game, so they're probably.

[00:19:56]

Going to say no. I don't like this at all, by the way. I know it's hurtful.

[00:19:59]

But lots of people put in credential requests- You should.

[00:20:01]

Be hurtful over yourselves. I mean, seriously. What do you mean?

[00:20:04]

What do you mean what do I mean? A lot of people put in credential requests. There's probably a limit.

[00:20:08]

Right?

[00:20:08]

I don't take it personally. They're just doing their jobs. And maybe I'm just being really nice about it in hopes that they see me being really nice and you're like, know what? That's a nice girl. We'll let her come this week.

[00:20:17]

Do you have a tree behind you made out of something that's not tree material?

[00:20:22]

Yeah, it's my Palm tree lamp.

[00:20:24]

Okay, done.

[00:20:24]

That's a lamp?

[00:20:26]

Yeah. Really? How does that turn on?

[00:20:28]

I'll go press the button. There's like a little button.

[00:20:30]

Okay.

[00:20:31]

Yeah.

[00:20:31]

This is very exciting. It is. I like when Lucy's up-.

[00:20:35]

For those on the podcast, she just got up, walked about, I'd say, six feet and turned on her palm tree lamp. It looks like it's just a palm tree with a light bulb in the middle.

[00:20:42]

Yeah. Well, it's got a couple of little light bulbs, and I also brought-I have something else weird to show you.

[00:20:45]

Guys today. Oh, okay, this is great. I like when Lucy's here, but I also like when she shows us around and she shows us her apartment of things.

[00:20:51]

We can tell. Yeah.

[00:20:53]

Do you want to see the weird thing now or do you.

[00:20:55]

Want to wait? No, I want to see. No, no, no. Here's what I want. Tease the weird thing.

[00:20:59]

Yeah, yeah.

[00:20:59]

Five tailgates first, and then we'll bust out the weird things.

[00:21:03]

Yeah, we sub Lucy or Goosey at some point to get to it also. We have a lot to do the that.

[00:21:06]

We have a lot to do that. We have a lot to do that. We have a lot of top five tailgates based off this year. Number five was just at Florida.

[00:21:14]

Just in Gainesville. Just in Gainesville. Got it.

[00:21:17]

Okay. Just in Gainesville. Right. It was solid. There's still work to.

[00:21:20]

Be done. Hold up. Billy, what.

[00:21:22]

Are you laughing at? There's just.

[00:21:23]

Someone knocking on the wall. Like Lucy said, there's work to be done in this place under construction. I know.

[00:21:27]

But it's non-stop.

[00:21:28]

It is non-stop.

[00:21:29]

There's a guy banging on the wall. And do we have the ability to take phone calls yet?

[00:21:33]

No.

[00:21:33]

That we don't. What is going on here?

[00:21:36]

No, they're definitely not.

[00:21:37]

Putting up with it. This is why Alabama said no.

[00:21:38]

Number four.

[00:21:39]

Number four, Florida State LSEO. Mutual sight game, both really good fun party schools. I'm sure they're probably better at Florida State at LSEO. Right.

[00:21:52]

No one seems to be taking Florida State seriously, Lucy. It's weird. It's weird.

[00:21:56]

I get it. If Riley Leonard hadn't got hurt, I think there's a good chance Florida State would have lost that game to do. They have been also a team that was like, they're trending a little different than Washington, where earlier in the season they were really itching for a loss, Boston College, Clemson, they were keeping it really close. Now we know how bad Clemson is. I don't think the rest of their schedule is pretty difficult. I believe they have Miami and Florida left. It feels like they could finish undefeated, but they definitely flirted with disaster.

[00:22:23]

Are they going to be the team? There's always a team, and this week is the first CFP rankings they come out. Are they going to be the team that is left out? That we're like, Whoa, we didn't see that one coming.

[00:22:32]

No, they'll make it. I think they'll pretty confidently make it. I imagine there will probably be one Georgia, two Michigan, three Florida State, and then four will most likely be.

[00:22:43]

Washington, is that a guess? Ohio State?

[00:22:45]

Ohio State maybe. Michigan. Ohio State hasn't really passed the eye test as much as Washington has. I mean, quality of win, Penn State is probably not as good as we think, but I could see four being Washington or Ohio State.

[00:22:57]

Okay, let's get to number three on your tailgate list here.

[00:23:01]

Penn State.

[00:23:03]

It.

[00:23:07]

Was nasty out and they were out drinking. They were having a good time. They brought couches out to the tailgate. I was impressed.

[00:23:12]

I have a question for you. So in terms of tailgates, is the sadder the place, the better the tailgate? No. No?

[00:23:20]

I've been to a tailgate in Indiana, and that was just too sad. It was really, really rough. I think it's more impressive. I will say that this weekend at Florida Georgia, the Florida fans were significantly more drunk than Georgia fans. I think it's directly correlated to them knowing what was going to happen. But I won't say it's direct because I've been to a Purdue tailgate, which is actually not that bad. But an Indiana tailgate? Terrible. Northwestern tailgate, terrible.

[00:23:49]

I have a question. So when we're ranking tailgates, so you say that the Florida fans were more drunk than the Georgia fans were, right? Yes. So is that - If.

[00:23:58]

You're going to get blown out, you might as.

[00:23:59]

Well be wasted. But is that viewed as a positive or is that viewed as a negative, like they can't hang? Like, wow, they're having a really good time, or, Oh, they just can't hang.

[00:24:07]

No, they can definitely hang. We got there three hours before the game-ish. I am assuming they had probably been there three, four hours longer than we had. Jesus. So I have no doubt that they can hang. And also, I do think that they planned for an early exit, too. Okay. So they had a little less time to work with.

[00:24:26]

All right, quickly here. Number two.

[00:24:28]

Number two is Iowa.

[00:24:29]

Okay.

[00:24:31]

It.

[00:24:32]

Might sound biased, but think about all the things they're already doing in Iowa. Not a ton. They're very good at tailgating.

[00:24:37]

I don't know anything about Iowa.

[00:24:39]

It's funny.

[00:24:40]

You know? No. What's their chief export?

[00:24:43]

Corn.

[00:24:44]

Corn. Yeah, corn. Yeah, corn.

[00:24:45]

Not football players. Number one.

[00:24:48]

Corn and Titans.

[00:24:49]

Actually, a lot of players in the NFL, too. Number one, obviously Florida Georgia this weekend, world's largest outdoor cocktail party. Crazy as well.

[00:24:58]

All right, so those are the top five tailgates. Now, if you go to one moving forward here, we'll replace one of those with the new one.

[00:25:06]

Well, presumably you replaced the last one.

[00:25:08]

Right. We didn't get to your surprise, we'll get to it next. That and Lucy or Goosey. Coming up next.

[00:25:28]

Lucy, I have sad news for you. No. Yeah, so we were sent a package, I believe it was by someone that made it with their 3D printer, and we can't get to it right now. It's in the mail room, so we're going to have to wait for our next edition to send us stuff.

[00:25:43]

I thought it was going to be more.

[00:25:44]

Sad than that. Oh, like what? What were you thinking?

[00:25:46]

I don't know. Something sadder? You'll still get the package.

[00:25:50]

Yeah, I guess that's true. We could be positive and just think like, Hey, we'll get a package later.

[00:25:54]

This week. They're only sending stuff to Lucy, I've noticed.

[00:25:57]

Yeah, no, 100 %.

[00:25:58]

No one has.

[00:25:58]

Sent me a thing. Lucy got a care package of from, can I say what school sent you something last week or no? Yeah. She got this whole like, Iowa soccer care package last week, which is pretty great. I know. Which is great because I worry about Lucy's relationship with Iowa because I feel like maybe we don't put her in the best spots with Iowa, you know what I mean? Because Lucy is a journalist, as we all know. She is. She's a great one. As I just held up... Yeah, Lucile blew for some reason towards the camera. Lucy's a journalist, as we all know. Thank you. We ask her questions and she has to be forthright. And that's the problem sometimes, is that we ask her questions that we know are not going to yield positive answers, and then she's the one that says said thing, because again, she's a journalist just being forthright. Right. And then people hold it against her, and it's completely unfair.

[00:26:45]

Thank.

[00:26:46]

You for saying that. I'd like that clip, please. Someone sent that to me.

[00:26:50]

What's your surprise? Wait, I have a new.

[00:26:52]

Segment that I think that we should do. A new segment? Yeah, a new segment.

[00:26:55]

That we should do. I mean, two new segments in one day for Lucy?

[00:26:58]

Yeah. So, Lucy, this segment is going to be, Metalark apologizes to blank on behalf of Lucy. And every week, we'll come out and we will say who we need to apologize to as a company to clear your name on whatever things have been done that have put you in trouble because of us. Does that make sense?

[00:27:20]

Yes. I don't know if that many people are mad at me right now.

[00:27:23]

Okay.

[00:27:24]

Just.

[00:27:25]

Alabama. Open door policy on this one. Whenever something goes wrong that an apology is needed, we will apologize on behalf of whoever needs to be apologized for to clear your name and that thing, and we will take the fall for that. Is that okay?

[00:27:38]

I think that is perfect. Okay, great. I was usually the only one that's really mad at me all the time. They just.

[00:27:43]

Have to work through that. Well, here's the thing. I never planned on going to Iowa, so I don't care if they're.

[00:27:47]

Mad at me. Does Iowa realize no one would be talking about Iowa if not for you?

[00:27:52]

No.

[00:27:53]

I don't think that's true.

[00:27:54]

They don't really- No, it is true.

[00:27:56]

All right, Meta Lark would like to apologize to Iowa on behalf of Lucy as she was not part of this segment. Those are the thoughts and opinions of Stugart. No one thinks about her, cares about Iowa. Those are directly Stugart's thoughts and opinions, not Lucy Rodines.

[00:28:10]

I'm mad at Alabama right now. I'm trying to get you into the Alabama.

[00:28:13]

Well, we're going about it the wrong way. What do you mean? Setting Scourged Earth before you get the credentials is not the way to get the credentials.

[00:28:21]

Okay. Yeah, we're not mad at them. They're just doing their jobs.

[00:28:24]

Oh, they're doing great jobs.

[00:28:25]

They're doing great jobs. We don't want to send anything to them. We're not... It's not going.

[00:28:30]

To help.

[00:28:31]

No.

[00:28:31]

Don't do that. I'm sending a text.

[00:28:33]

I'm just- Definitely don't send a bag of poop.

[00:28:34]

Don't do that. I'm calling in a favor. That's all I'm.

[00:28:36]

Telling you, okay? Yeah, if Stugass wants to handle this, I trust him. Who are you.

[00:28:40]

Calling in a favor to? The listeners, let's trust God. In Tuscaloosa, Alabama, you're calling in- You just.

[00:28:44]

Said he waswell-connected. He just said he was well-connected. Who said? You said. You just said that he- How come he didn't put a stadium on the roof on that life? Yeah, because I was joking.

[00:28:51]

Obviously, he has no way of putting a roof on a stadium. Who do you know.

[00:28:54]

Of Tuscany? You got to be more clear. I mean, I don't know him well, but I'm asking anyway.

[00:28:57]

Who is he? Let me see.

[00:28:58]

You got to be somebody. There you go. Aj McCarron. There you go. You're a taxi, 18, who you have.

[00:29:03]

No relationship with out.

[00:29:05]

Of the blue. I've had him on once. I have to get.

[00:29:08]

The product.

[00:29:14]

I'm scrolling through my phone looking for anyone who played at Alabama.

[00:29:18]

Anyone.

[00:29:19]

Okay. We have our best people working on it, Sue Gotts and other people. So everyone, no need to tweet at Alabama. No need to call them up. They're just doing.

[00:29:27]

Their jobs. Just doing their jobs.

[00:29:29]

And one day they'll see me and say, We're so happy you're here.

[00:29:34]

Hopefully this weekend. You'll be getting more of that, right? People have been seeing you and saying, We're happy you're here. Not necessarily the people that work there, but...

[00:29:42]

Florida was really happy to have me.

[00:29:43]

This weekend. Well, you're a part-time Gator. I feel like you have an honorary degree from there now.

[00:29:49]

Yeah, they send me so much stuff that it's like, Well, okay, you have to be one of my favorite teams now. Yeah.

[00:29:53]

Mark Engroom about to get a text from me. Don't do that. Did he play there?

[00:29:58]

He did, right? All right, so Lucy has a surprise for us. We're going to have to do Lucy and Reggie. And we have to do Lucy and Lucy still. And we had.

[00:30:02]

Lucy and Lucy, yeah.

[00:30:02]

So I like to, every time I'm here at my apartment doing the show, I want to show you guys something weird. I have my apartment, I have a lot of weird things. This is my football that I disco-tiled.

[00:30:12]

Wow, wait, you did that?

[00:30:13]

That's so cool.

[00:30:14]

Wow, how did you do that?

[00:30:16]

I love disco tiling stuff, so I'll get a little... It's a very tedious process, but I'll get a roll of disco tiles or a sheet, and then you just put them on. This took a really long time, and I sliced up my fingers pretty bad.

[00:30:29]

It looks really cool. Okay, well, I had a new game that I wanted to play, but when I heard that you'd slice up your fingers, I don't know that we should play the game. Oh, what is it? This is a combination of segments, okay? This is called Send Us Stuff for Lucy to disco tile. Yeah, I love disco tiling stuff. You send us a random object and Lucy will disco tile that object for you.

[00:30:48]

I'm petrified of what objects are going to come in the mail now. Why? Because you said disco tile anything.

[00:30:53]

Yeah.

[00:30:53]

Anything, okay. But anything is really.

[00:30:56]

A plunger, a doorknob, it could be anything.

[00:30:59]

Right, but Mike's worried about other stuff. Exactly. Yes.

[00:31:02]

It could be anything. If a Buffalo Bills fan sends something, I might be worried.

[00:31:05]

Anything within limit.

[00:31:07]

Yeah, there you go. Like a jersey, a helmet, we're fine.

[00:31:10]

So if they need to be solid items like a jersey, I probably couldn't disco tile. I could do.

[00:31:16]

Rhinestone, but I couldn't disco. But that's not the segment. It's a disco tile. Yeah, that's not the segment. Yeah, that's a different segment entirely.

[00:31:23]

What's the matter.

[00:31:24]

With you? I love.

[00:31:24]

Disco tiles.

[00:31:25]

I'm trying to make people happy. She likes a disco tile.

[00:31:27]

Football kicked her.

[00:31:28]

Ass this weekend, I feel like. Why? I told you.

[00:31:30]

Because there was a lot of it. Too much.

[00:31:31]

Lucy, we were talking about it.

[00:31:33]

I got to the charger game last night. I'm like, Huh, turn it off. I can't watch any more football. Let's move on to something else. And she was like, What? And she was like, Wait.

[00:31:41]

I caught up on the Golden Badget.

[00:31:43]

Last night. I've been waiting for this day my entire life. You told me to turn off football. I'm like, Yeah, and the chargers are going to win and cover. Game's over.

[00:31:50]

Special Bayhint, get out of here.

[00:31:52]

Can I ask you guys something?

[00:31:53]

Actually, though, big night. You two? Yeah.

[00:31:56]

Score, Gamis can get the hell out of here. I'm so- Forty-three to 20. I'm over that. You're the stupidest thing ever. I hate it. It's just enough.

[00:32:02]

How do.

[00:32:03]

You feel about Scott Hanson?

[00:32:05]

It's okay.

[00:32:06]

Yeah.

[00:32:06]

Just okay. Wow. I'm warming up to him.

[00:32:08]

Aren't you friends with him, too?

[00:32:10]

Yeah. Want to be texting about Alabama?

[00:32:12]

Yeah, see if he can get to go to Alabama.

[00:32:14]

Did he go there?

[00:32:16]

No. Anyway.

[00:32:17]

I got to be honest with you. I'm glad you brought up Hanson. It's good, not great. Cicilliano was great, and I miss him.

[00:32:24]

That's what I'm seeing from a lot of the people that were Cicilliano people. Yeah, he was great. Every week it's trickling in that they're not in love with Scott Hanson. I've only known Scott Hanson, so I think he's great.

[00:32:35]

If you saw Andrew Cicilliano, you would see... Let me try to think of the right way to describe what Cicilliano did. It's early and the football.

[00:32:46]

Got me. It's late. It's five.

[00:32:47]

It's late. You're right.

[00:32:48]

Early.

[00:32:49]

Afternoon. Long day, yeah. Early evening. Yes, that's what I meant.

[00:32:53]

You can't talk, it's a jank.

[00:32:54]

It was a lot more organized with Andrew. You knew exactly where you were, where you were going, where you were headed. And with Hanson, I feel like he has no idea, and I have no idea. What? I was going to say that's the- It's like a plane that's out of control. Wait, what? He's the pilot, and I feel like.

[00:33:08]

He's- But he's not the pilot. He's like the...

[00:33:11]

He's like the- Cicillianna, I got to be honest with you, Billy. I never felt like I was going to crash. I did it.

[00:33:17]

I like it, though. I feel like Scott Hans is not the pilot.

[00:33:20]

He's the stewardess with the microphone.

[00:33:21]

Exactly. That's the word I was looking for. He's like the head steward.

[00:33:24]

He's all over the world.

[00:33:25]

Yeah, he's just telling us what's going on.

[00:33:27]

On Southwest, trying to be funny? Do me a favor. Okay. Just tell me the rules. I'm going to buckle my seatbelt. I'm going to put my tray table up and down. Don't tell me jokes, okay? Let's get through it and then take off. You like the.

[00:33:40]

Southwest people? Yeah, sometimes.

[00:33:42]

Get out of here.

[00:33:43]

Sure, why not?

[00:33:44]

You like a few jokes on your flight? Yeah.

[00:33:47]

Sure, lighten the mood.

[00:33:48]

Lucy or Goosey? Sorry about.

[00:33:50]

That, Lucy. You've gotten way off track.

[00:33:51]

Went off on a tangent. Are you Lucy or Goosey on flight attendants who tell jokes over the intercom system?

[00:33:59]

I'm Goosey on that.

[00:34:01]

You are?

[00:34:02]

Okay. One time I had a flight attendants or a pilot do that while we were in a lot of turbulence. I was like, This isn't funny.

[00:34:09]

This isn't. We're trying to please.

[00:34:11]

This feels really scary. Right, just fly the plane, sir.

[00:34:14]

Or.

[00:34:14]

Ma'am. Please. Right. Sorry, good save. Okay, Lucy or Goosey? Oregon. Oregon with a big win. Now they have a loss here, but a big win at Utah. A convincing win. Thirty-five to six, Bow Nicks firmly entrenched in that Heisman conversation. Lucy or Goosey?

[00:34:32]

I am so Lucy on this Oregon team. I think right now if they played Washington at a neutral site, even if they played Washington at Washington again, I think Oregon would win that game. I think they are the best team in the Pac-12. I had them as a sneaky playoff contender. I really think that that is a good Oregon team. Even if it's not this year, I think Dan Lenning is in that class of coaches that he will bring a national title to Oregon in the next 10 years.

[00:34:58]

All right, let's stay in the Pac-12. Why are you laughing, Billy?

[00:35:01]

Because of the reaction that's going to happen down here if they win a national championship in Oregon after Mario Cristobal left.

[00:35:07]

It's so great.

[00:35:08]

It's just going.

[00:35:08]

To be something. You're so funny. It's going to be hilarious. They almost lost to Virginia.

[00:35:12]

I mean, celebrating. I was so close to having Tony Hill on.

[00:35:14]

The show. I mean, celebrating. It was a freaking Super Bowl. It was a.

[00:35:15]

Super Bowl. It was a Tony, Tony, and on the show. It was ridiculous.

[00:35:17]

Oh, my God. A win is a win, Billy.

[00:35:19]

A win is not a win.

[00:35:20]

They all have the same, except in college football.

[00:35:22]

They don't. That was a bad win. And Billy's right. They should not have been celebrating after that win. They should have been running, Gasers. I mean, Jesus.

[00:35:29]

Well, I had people telling me how exciting the Clemson game was two weeks ago, and Oh, that was one of the best games I ever had. Guys, you should have blown out Clemson by 30 points.

[00:35:37]

Get out of here. I'd say it would have been a great game five years ago.

[00:35:40]

Yeah, exactly.

[00:35:41]

They only ask how many, not how.

[00:35:43]

Yeah. Well. All right, let's say in the pack as well, Lucy, Washington, they remain undefeated. But as we discussed earlier, their wins the last couple of weeks have not been that impressive. Lucy or Goosey?

[00:35:54]

I still think they're a very good football team. I think their offense is amazing. It feels like just a weird bunk. So I'm going to go Lucy and Goosey. I'm just going to go both. I'm halfway on Washington.

[00:36:04]

Pick a side. Pick a side, Lucy.

[00:36:06]

Lucy is - No, I'm not. I never pick a side. That's my whole bit.

[00:36:09]

I like that.

[00:36:10]

Yeah, I'm going to go halfway on Washington because they're flirting with a loss. They have not been convincing as of late. They still have Utah, USC, Washington State on the schedule. There's probably a loss in there if they keep this up. They're a good football team, but I don't think they're the best in the past 12. I think.

[00:36:25]

Oregon is better. Are you rooting for a loss?

[00:36:29]

I don't say I'm... I won't say I'm rooting.

[00:36:31]

For a loss. You won't mind it. If they lose and they're out of the picture, you're fine. I'm rooting for chaos.

[00:36:34]

Yeah, I want chaos for the last few weeks.

[00:36:37]

Yeah, I think we'll get it. Last two here, Ohio State, big win at Wisconsin, 24 to 10. Ohio State still has to play Michigan, but they had beaten Penn State. Ohio State, Lucy or Goosey?

[00:36:48]

Okay, I'm going to clarify this one. They are Lucy, but they're not better than Michigan. The Wisconsin game was a lot closer than it looked. I don't think that's a big deal, though, because Wisconsin football takes... They play a style of football where they always bring you down to their level, and that's just what they did to Ohio State. Their offense is not nearly as good as people think. Marvin Harrison Jr. Is better than people think, and that's why we think so highly of their offense. They will win out until they face Michigan and I think they lose by double digits to Michigan.

[00:37:17]

Last one for you. We have about 30 seconds here, Lucy. Texas, they win. They beat B-Y-U. Mylik Murphy, the freshman, played pretty well in his first start at Texas. But the big news for Texas is Oklahoma loss. Texas, Lucy or Goosey?

[00:37:34]

I'm going Lucy. They, funny enough, cut into the Texas game while they were playing B-Y-U this weekend at the stadium and showed the final of the Oklahoma score, which is just the best thing about college football. I know Quinn, yours is out, but they have a really good, strong quarterback room. I'm not too worried about Texas. I think we'll most likely end up getting a rematch between Texas, Oklahoma, and the Big 12 Championship game, which will be awesome. I think Texas will probably win this time around. It's hard to beat a team twice.

[00:37:59]

All right, Lucy, we appreciate it as always. I'm glad you had fun at Florida, Georgia, and I will let you know if AJ McCarron gets back to me.

[00:38:07]

Wait, can we put on a poll this week where you're going to, or is that just the last week thing?

[00:38:12]

If we hear yes from Alabama, we're going to go to Alabama. But if we do not hear yes from Alabama, which no one's anything to Alabama unless.

[00:38:19]

You're Stugat. Yeah, right.

[00:38:20]

Well, no don't. And AJ.

[00:38:22]

Don't fight to.

[00:38:22]

Hand the feed you. Let's put it on the pole. Should Alabama get over themselves. Yes or no? We will not.

[00:38:26]

Be putting that on the pole. That is not going to happen. That's a perfect example of how not to do this.

[00:38:31]

Okay. We have to build a relationship with Alabama. Exactly. It takes a little time. We respect them. We get it.

[00:38:38]

But we say yes. They were number three in the BCS.

[00:38:40]

Last week. Yeah. Well, they had a good weekend again this week because Oklahoma lost. I know. It's unbelievable. Alabama is going to be in the playoff. Lucy, we appreciate it. I'll let you know again if AJ gets back to me or Mark Ingram. Thank you.

[00:38:56]

Bye.

[00:38:56]

Guys. See you. Stugots.

[00:39:06]

Yes. We are back where we normally are every week here in the last segment of the show. We still have a bunch of segments that we haven't gotten to. We have BVB BVB. What's that? Billy's Bet's Big Boards brought to you by. Oh, wow. Yeah, and we still need the sponsor. I've actually had people reaching out to me wanting to sponsor it, and then I send it to Fieldman.

[00:39:25]

And nothing.

[00:39:25]

Gets done? I don't know what's going on with that. I'm going to have to call him and.

[00:39:28]

Lay down the law. You were 3-0 a week ago. Hold on, we.

[00:39:31]

Haven't gotten to it yet. But yes, I was 3-0 a week ago. If you want to talk about that, I'm happy to oblige. What's the matter? What's this? 3-0? I know what I'm talking about.

[00:39:42]

I wanted to compliment a God-blessed football here because you were 3-0 last week, and I, over the weekend, was 8-2 once two you guys on my NFL pick.

[00:39:50]

So that's what this.

[00:39:51]

Was about. Yes, it was all about me. If you follow me and Billy, you won 11 and two NFL bets from Monday until Sunday.

[00:39:58]

How about that? Well, I was college?

[00:40:00]

College seven to five. That's not bad. Not terrible. Had a good weekend. Yeah. Okay, so you have your big board.

[00:40:06]

Bets here. I do have my big board bets, but we'll save that. We'll get to that. We've still haven't gotten to Stroud, Richardson, or Young also, which is something that we've been doing all season long. We were close to writing it off and just saying, CJ, Stroud won for the entire season. For those of you keeping score at home, right now we have had eight of these, eight weeks of Stroud, Richardson, and Young. Right now the scoreboard is Stroud Six. We'll just say Stroud Six. I'll just.

[00:40:32]

Tell you. No, no, no. It was Stroud, six, Richardson one, young one. That was- Baygent one. No, it wasn't. Oh, no, Baygent had one. You're right. Baygent. Baygent had his one, he'll never win again. Now you have to throw Will Levis.

[00:40:44]

In there. Well, here's the thing. I ruined the punchline because I was going to give it to Bryce Young yesterday because I feel like he had a better game than C. J. Stroud, and it was our Super Bowl. Then I was going to give you the scoreboard, which is Stroud 6-Young 1-Bajent 1. But now we've done that on the front end. So punchline ruined.

[00:40:58]

But he didn't win yesterday. Will Levis won yesterday. Yes.

[00:41:00]

Will Levis is not part of it.

[00:41:02]

Why not? But he is now. He's a rookie.

[00:41:04]

He's a rookie. He's in. He wasn't part of yesterday.

[00:41:06]

How do you not.

[00:41:06]

Include Mike? Yeah, this is not. You're not following the rules.

[00:41:09]

He wasn't part of yesterday.

[00:41:10]

No, no, no. Will Levis is in there. Billy. Will Levis is in there.

[00:41:13]

You know this is.

[00:41:13]

Your game? You have to go type of game for a rookie. You know what?

[00:41:17]

We'll take it into consideration. We'll report back next week. We'll report back.

[00:41:21]

Next week. No. Well, technically, Mylik Willis started that game, right? No. Quick hook for him. I think he did. Yes. And then he gave me- They.

[00:41:30]

Were using both of them, I think. But Will Levis started throwing touchdowns.

[00:41:33]

He's the only one that has a pass acknowledged here. Okay.

[00:41:37]

So you're not going to start it this week. You'll take it under advisement, and you'll get back to us next week.

[00:41:42]

You know what?

[00:41:43]

What?

[00:41:44]

I heard from the committee.

[00:41:45]

Wait, really? You spoke to him that quickly.

[00:41:47]

Will Levis won the week. Yes! So, Bryce Young is back to zero, unfortunately.

[00:41:52]

Rough week for Bryce.

[00:41:53]

He won the Super Bowl. He won the Stroud Young Super Bowl and still didn't win the week, which isn't just- Amazing. What a shame. Let me update the scoreboard here. Hold on.

[00:42:02]

What is the score now? Mikey, do you know the score? I have.

[00:42:05]

No idea what he's doing. Yeah, Straton 6, Bayget 1, Levis 1, Young, 0, Richardson 0. There were some close ones. He almost got some here and there, but now he's out.

[00:42:13]

For the season. Keep trying, Young.

[00:42:14]

You'll get there.

[00:42:15]

But the guy just refuses to listen to Trevor Lawrence.

[00:42:17]

Yeah, crazy.

[00:42:19]

And the.

[00:42:19]

Jaguars are just thinking good. By the way, the Jaguars are just taking good. I mean, Jeez, where did they.

[00:42:22]

Come from? Six and.

[00:42:23]

Two, the Jags. I feel like we wrote them off and they didn't write back or whatever that thing was that...

[00:42:29]

Yeah, they wrote... They were trying to write them off, but they didn't write it back.

[00:42:31]

Yeah, Gino. Yeah, whatever Gino is. You know what I'm talking about?

[00:42:33]

By the way, quickly, Julio Jones.

[00:42:36]

By the way, quickly, Teatri Hopkins?

[00:42:39]

Julio Jones catches a touchdown yesterday, right? Yeah. You know what my first thought was? What? Oh, man, it's a big tight end. They had no idea it was Julio Jones. I saw it on Twitter after. I was like, Oh, yeah, that makes sense.

[00:42:51]

How the Eagles get Julio Jones?

[00:42:53]

They signed him two weeks ago.

[00:42:55]

By the way, AJ Brown, I think it's six consecutive games of 125-plus yards, which is incredible. Peter King tweeted out that Jerry Rice has never had a six-game stretch like AJ Brown is having right now. That's incredible. Aj Brown is a.

[00:43:08]

Freak, man. He yelled at Jaylen Hurtson and all turned around.

[00:43:10]

I'll tell you one other thing. Tariq Hill is the MVP. I don't care, wide receiver. I don't care about the position. Tarikil is the best player in the NFL non-quarterback division, and he's been the MVP this year. He's on his way to 2,000 yards, and I'm not certain what the Dolphins record would be without him. I'm serious. He's that good. Yeah. Yeah, MVP. I have top five quarterbacks, Billy, before we get to your bets for tonight.

[00:43:33]

Wow, that's exciting.

[00:43:34]

I have top five quarterbacks, top five guys.

[00:43:38]

Just top five quarterbacks.

[00:43:39]

Who might be the next Vikings quarterback.

[00:43:42]

Even more exciting. I was just exciting at top five quarterbacks.

[00:43:44]

Yeah, now I'm really excited.

[00:43:46]

Now I'm hooked. Kurt Cousins is out for the year to win the Killies. We'll see what happens.

[00:43:50]

With him moving forward. Well, you never know. You never know.

[00:43:53]

Should be back for round two of the playoffs.

[00:43:56]

Ask Aaron. Jesus. How is he doing that? It's way off the field. I mean, Zach's doing fine.

[00:44:02]

I heard a crazy conspiracy theory that he was.

[00:44:04]

Never hurt.

[00:44:06]

What? I heard a crazy conspiracy theory that he was never hurt.

[00:44:09]

What?

[00:44:09]

Yeah, that they were just saving him for a run. Why? I don't know. It was TikTok.

[00:44:14]

A very weird...

[00:44:16]

Yeah.

[00:44:17]

It's.

[00:44:17]

Not worth anything. Just top five quarterbacks. No, but you.

[00:44:19]

May not be in a position to make a run. I like it. It doesn't seem like he was very hurt or hurt at all.

[00:44:22]

Correct. He was out there throwing, twisting on the leg.

[00:44:24]

So they're building Zach's confidence here. I like it.

[00:44:27]

For what reason?

[00:44:28]

Building the trade value. They would have won that game 42.

[00:44:30]

The Vikings.

[00:44:31]

The Vikings lead a quarterback. They would have beat the giants 42-10 yesterday.

[00:44:35]

They would have. I don't know.

[00:44:37]

What do you mean you.

[00:44:38]

Don't know? I don't know. I haven't seen Aaron Rodger do anything as of yet.

[00:44:41]

That guy, Thibodeaux, he's pretty good. How much of a guy? Pretty good. He's the giant's best offensive player. We had him on before the trip.

[00:44:51]

I was going to say, God bless football alum.

[00:44:53]

All right, top five guys who might be the next Vikings quarterback. You ready? Yeah. O-l-i, Desmond.

[00:44:59]

Ritter, O-L-I.

[00:45:03]

Oh, gosh. Taylor Heineke. One of those two is going to be the starting quarterback in Atlanta. I have no idea which one. They don't have any idea which one. You have to start a quarterback. They're going to start a quarter back. Therefore, one of the two that they don't start has a good chance of being the Vikings.

[00:45:20]

Next quarterback. So you're just hedging? I am. Instead of you deciding who's going to be the Falcons quarterback.

[00:45:27]

You're just I'm saying whichever one is not has a good chance of going to the Vikings. That's all I'm saying.

[00:45:31]

In fairness, if they haven't decided, why is it up to you to decide? It's not your job to decide the Falcons quarterback.

[00:45:39]

It's their job. I'm just saying whoever they decide on, the other one is going to Minnesota. That's it, or has a chance. That makes sense. Number five, thank you. Number five, not Tommy DeVito. That guy's bad. Number four, RG3.

[00:45:56]

What?

[00:45:57]

Rg3, nothing. I'm putting a guy who's not going to go there on a list of guys that might go there? Yeah. I know, Billy. Sorry.

[00:46:05]

Rg3.

[00:46:06]

He's set on the show. He's ready to come back. Yeah. He did. Vikings are good. Number three, Ryan Tana Hill. His days in Tennessee are over.

[00:46:19]

Oh, not number, they're over. Over, yes.

[00:46:21]

Will.

[00:46:22]

Levis. I see that.

[00:46:23]

He's the guy now. Okay, so Tana Hill could be the Vikings that quarterback. Number two, he was in the booth for the worst game in NFL history last night or yesterday. Also a former Falcon. Matt Ryan. Wow.

[00:46:39]

Do they just keep making him do jets games so that he could just come down at some point and put a elbow on.

[00:46:45]

It and be like, Look at it. I got this. So he knows the offense.

[00:46:48]

Which.

[00:46:49]

Is terrible.

[00:46:49]

That's exactly. So he knows the offense. Those guys had to work yesterday. I'm telling you, Iron Eagle, Tiki, Matt Ryan, they were working hard because there was not a lot to talk about with that game.

[00:46:58]

We cut to the booth. Everybody's sweating.

[00:47:00]

Oh, I was doing stand-up. I mean, he's.

[00:47:03]

Not doing stand-up.

[00:47:05]

He's funny, though. I don't like him.

[00:47:08]

Yes, you do. No, we had a run-in. I'm not a fan of his as a jerk. What? Who said that?

[00:47:13]

You don't want your flight attendants to don't do any jokes, but.

[00:47:15]

You want your commentators. Thank you. Exactly right. Mikey gets it. No, because that plane was a train wreck for that game.

[00:47:21]

Listen, Mikey, if we're hovering around the airport, nothing's happening for four hours, then someone tell a joke. I'm good with it.

[00:47:27]

You would not be good with someone telling a joke if you're hovering around the airport for four hours. No, you would not. That's when it's not funny. That's when it's the.

[00:47:33]

Least funny. But someone's got to do something, and I didn't have to do something, so we did a set of stand-up. I mean, it was great. At the jets and giants expense. At Tommy Davitas. Poor Tommy. Number one.

[00:47:48]

I thought we did that already.

[00:47:49]

I did two. It was Matty Ice. Number one, before we get to Billy's Big Boards, Bet's.

[00:47:55]

Brought to you by somebody something.

[00:47:56]

Billy's Big Boards brought to you by something, yes. Philip Rivers.

[00:47:59]

Wow. I get the same joke as Matt Ryan. What's that? I get.

[00:48:04]

The same-Yeah, but you didn't make the list and we talked about it earlier. No, Andy Dalton is not a.

[00:48:10]

Bad- The Red rifle.

[00:48:11]

-is not a bad look because you have Addison, you got Justin Jefferson, and they're 0 and 6 anyway. So you might as well get all the draft capital you can. Well, 1 and 6 now. But you get all the draft capital you can, and then you're going to trade out of that first pick anyway because you got Bryce Young.

[00:48:26]

Why do they trade for Trey Lance?

[00:48:29]

Dallas already has him. But I will tell you, when you talk about Jefferson, Allison-.

[00:48:32]

Dallas already has him as though you haven't been sending the two starting quarterbacks for Atlanta there.

[00:48:37]

Maybe.

[00:48:38]

Yeah, Prescott, future quarterback of the Minnesota Bison.

[00:48:41]

I would say this, Allison, Jefferson, and Hawkinson, quarterbacks are going to be sprinting to that. Philip Rivers wants that job. If I was.

[00:48:47]

Andy Dahllin- Be begging for it. I'm Andy Dahllin. I'm like, Hey, can you like... This isn't going anywhere.

[00:48:51]

I guess, and braided might want it.

[00:48:53]

Trey Lance is from Minnesota, some home cooking. Yeah.

[00:48:56]

He.

[00:48:56]

Also stinks.

[00:48:57]

Keep an eye on Aaron Rogers also if we're going to follow-all of the far footsteps. All right, Billy's Beth Big Boards brought to you by... To be determined, we don't have one yet. So anyways, last week, guys, we went three and a half. These are bets. I'm not in a sports betting state. Now, if I were, these are bets that I would be inclined to make. Possibly, if I felt strongly about it. Here we go. First one, lions, minus seven and a half.

[00:49:20]

Lion's, minus seven and a half on the game tonight. That is a- Do you.

[00:49:23]

Know why? Because of an extra three Bs. Billy's Beth Big Boards brought to you by lions, big bounce back.

[00:49:30]

Okay, big bounce back. That's what's going to.

[00:49:31]

Happen today.

[00:49:31]

Yeah, big bounce back. Five and two taking on the Raiders. Garapalow is playing. Billy is saying take him, minus seven and a half if he was in a gambling state. That's always next, right? All right, next one.

[00:49:40]

Jared Goff, over one and a half touchdowns today.

[00:49:44]

Goff over one and a half touchdowns against the Raiders. I like that.

[00:49:47]

That's a good one. Oh, David Montgomery. I can.

[00:49:49]

See it. You know why? Guys, you weren't listening. Big bounce back. Another three beats.

[00:49:54]

Big bounce back. That's right. Sorry. I was listening. I just forgot.

[00:49:57]

I was doing some work over here. I'm sorry.

[00:49:58]

What work are you doing? This is what we're doing here.

[00:50:01]

We have 25 seconds to finish this.

[00:50:02]

All right. And the final one of the week, we've been talking. Three Bs, big.

[00:50:06]

Bounce back.

[00:50:07]

The line is 46 and a half.

[00:50:10]

You're over under.

[00:50:11]

I'm going under 46 and a half. No big bounce back here. The Lions have only had two games this season go over 46 and a half combined. The Raiders have had one. No big bounce back in terms of the points today.

[00:50:22]

All right, listen, the man was three and a half last week. I don't know what to tell you.
