You're listening to DraftKings network.

[00:00:13]

Welcome to the Big Suey. Presented by DraftKings. Why are you listening to this show? The podcast that seems very similar to the other Dan Levitard podcast. I'm sorry, I'm not going to apologize for that. In fact, the only difference and seems to be this imaging. I have been tempted in restaurants just walking past tables to grab somebody's fries if they're just there. That hasn't happened to you guys. I've done it. And now here's the marching man to nowhere, fat Face and the habitual liars. We have a big game this Sunday. How you guys feeling? Dolphins? Eagles. Big game. Very excited. I know Chris is excited for this, but this is a big game and I'm tired of Philadelphia.

[00:00:50]

Is this a see where you're at game now after the Eagles lose to the jets?

[00:00:54]

I don't think it's a see where you're at game. I think it's a measuring stick game.

[00:00:57]

Is that not really okay? I feel like those are pretty similar. No, I just said it differently.

[00:01:02]

Measuring stick game is bigger than a see where you're at game. See where you're at game is like, maybe somebody that is in your division. Maybe like a Buffalo is a see where you're at game.

[00:01:09]

Wouldn't a measuring stick help you see where you're at?

[00:01:12]

Yeah, but a measuring stick is against another conference, though.

[00:01:14]

We're in the semantics here. I see what Tony's saying.

[00:01:17]

Right?

[00:01:18]

I do.

[00:01:18]

Guys, I'd like to play a game with you guys. If you want to play along while you have this conversation. I'm checked out and I'm going to tell you why. It's because I'm on ESPN.com and they have this fun little thing where you can see how quickly every quarterback earns Brock Purdy's salary for the year. Let's play it.

[00:01:33]

Wait, send that to me.

[00:01:34]

That looks it's on the homepage. It's the strangest thing. So you go down and it's like the second thing on the homepage on ESPN.com. And I swear to God it's clickbait. It just says, how quickly does Tua Tunga Viloa earn Brock Purdy's? $870,000.

[00:01:46]

How fast?

[00:01:47]

Well, he's not even the top. You have to go all the way down to find one Tua. We have to put Tua in here somehow.

[00:01:52]

Kirk Cousins.

[00:01:53]

Kirk Cousins.

[00:01:54]

Tell me, how long does it take.

[00:01:55]

Him to make let's guess, though.

[00:01:56]

He's one of the highest paid guys.

[00:01:58]

You want to know in minutes, because that's how so they have the people that are in less than one game and that's not where Kirk Cousins is, I don't think.

[00:02:05]

Wait, Billy. So what is Purdy salary?

[00:02:07]

$870,000. It is tied for the lowest with Sam Howell, just so that you guys know.

[00:02:12]

Woof.

[00:02:13]

Daniel Jones.

[00:02:14]

I know. So bad.

[00:02:15]

Wait, are you guys playing?

[00:02:16]

Yeah, we're playing over.

[00:02:17]

That was on the heels of one good playoff game.

[00:02:19]

Well, then we can't say the game if you have the answers. Jeez Louise. Kirk Cousins.

[00:02:22]

It takes I would say it takes Cousins a game and a half to earn $875,000.

[00:02:28]

It takes him 30 minutes to match Brock Purdy's salary for the year. He makes $30 million a year.

[00:02:36]

So half a game? Essentially, yeah.

[00:02:38]

Two quarters, 30 minutes.

[00:02:40]

Decent.

[00:02:41]

Gig.

[00:02:41]

That's not a bad one if you could get it.

[00:02:43]

Great gig.

[00:02:44]

Should purdy hold out.

[00:02:45]

Yes. No.

[00:02:46]

Just stop showing up.

[00:02:47]

He will get replaced by someone else.

[00:02:49]

What do they got on the roster right now?

[00:02:51]

They'll find someone else.

[00:02:52]

I'm just saying.

[00:02:52]

They have Sam Darnold.

[00:02:53]

We talked to Chris Sims, who's basically said, like, Brock Purdy, he's good because he does exactly what Shanahan wants him to do. And once he starts getting cute and trying to make it about him, he'll just replace him with someone else that can do exactly what he wants him to do.

[00:03:04]

It's what he does.

[00:03:05]

It's crazy.

[00:03:06]

But how about he wins a Super Bowl?

[00:03:07]

Sims also told us Tool wasn't that good, too, right?

[00:03:10]

Yeah.

[00:03:10]

I mean, he has lots of misses.

[00:03:11]

He also told Zach Wilson was good.

[00:03:14]

He had lots of misses.

[00:03:15]

What are we doing?

[00:03:17]

What has he gotten right exactly?

[00:03:19]

His hit rate isn't exactly very high.

[00:03:21]

Blake Bortles, he got that right for like, three seasons.

[00:03:24]

I still disagree.

[00:03:25]

What did he get right about that?

[00:03:26]

I don't know. He said he was bad.

[00:03:28]

So did everyone's eyes.

[00:03:30]

He went to an AFC championship game.

[00:03:32]

Justice for Blake Bortles.

[00:03:33]

Yeah.

[00:03:34]

It's his offensive line's fault.

[00:03:36]

Has Simpson right about anything?

[00:03:37]

I don't think.

[00:03:38]

Ever.

[00:03:38]

Jeremy at some point over the next few minutes, I would like to just celebrate Mike McDaniel.

[00:03:43]

Okay.

[00:03:43]

We have, like, a 45 2nd clip of him just being Mike McDaniel on the sideline. Can we hit that, fellas?

[00:03:48]

Frank, Sarah, good to see you. Jamela.

[00:03:50]

Coach McDaniel.

[00:03:51]

Those are nice.

[00:03:52]

Strong handshakes with eye contact.

[00:03:54]

I appreciate that. Thank you for showing me the respect in regard.

[00:03:58]

I'll do the same.

[00:03:59]

Dude, I almost wore that vest today.

[00:04:03]

I wasn't in position to work.

[00:04:08]

Are we trying to have personal accountability right now?

[00:04:11]

I love it. No, I wasn't in position because we had seen all good. That's why I kind of held it and didn't let him go too quick. That's why you guys are great.

[00:04:28]

Ow. Running off the field with Finn's up.

[00:04:34]

Yeah.

[00:04:34]

I just love that guy. I mean, there's part of me the cynic in me wants to be like, yeah, right over there.

[00:04:40]

I'm good.

[00:04:40]

Don't the cynic in me wants to say he knows he's Micked up, so he's playing up to the camera. Kind of like I felt about Aaron Rodgers on Hard Knocks. It's like, I want to like this guy, but I feel like he's playing it up for the camera. But it's just I love my coach and I love him.

[00:04:53]

Technically.

[00:04:54]

He's always Mic'd.

[00:04:56]

Jesus Christ.

[00:04:57]

That chair. This show has changed you. And I love I love when Jeremy.

[00:05:02]

Does that big swings.

[00:05:04]

But seriously, though, am I the only Tony?

[00:05:07]

No, Billy.

[00:05:08]

You love Mike McDaniel.

[00:05:10]

There's parts of Mike McDaniel that are cool. I just don't know if he's, like there's things that he does.

[00:05:16]

He's comfortable with himself, man.

[00:05:17]

There's something there.

[00:05:18]

What shoes was he wearing this weekend?

[00:05:20]

Off white air Force One that had.

[00:05:21]

A tag on them still.

[00:05:22]

Well, the tag is whole motif with the Air Force ones of off whites where Virgil had the tag, and you keep the tag. Rest in peace, Virgil. By the way, I've been given some really interesting information in my headphones from a certain producer in the other room that says Tony and his brother are Patriots fans and that I should call him out for Tony. Your response, sir? He has said that for listening to the show, Jeremy, but you are not acting as though no, I'm a Shield fan.

[00:05:47]

Oh, enough of that.

[00:05:48]

What does that mean? Okay, Mike Ryan, he likes fan of a team.

[00:05:53]

No, Tony, stop it. The thing is that he's too cool to be hurt by anything in the world.

[00:05:59]

Not true.

[00:05:59]

So, like, he can't be a jaguar.

[00:06:00]

I'm hurt by a lot of things.

[00:06:03]

Billy, when did you feel your lowest point?

[00:06:05]

Do you really want me to answer?

[00:06:06]

South beach sessions.

[00:06:07]

We are all here for Tony to answer.

[00:06:11]

You really want me to answer?

[00:06:12]

Don't answer that.

[00:06:13]

Okay, answer.

[00:06:14]

No.

[00:06:16]

What jalen hurts you?

[00:06:17]

Wow. Oh, Jesus.

[00:06:19]

I'm a big Jalen hurts fan. That's what hurts me.

[00:06:23]

Where do you stand on the Jaguars officially?

[00:06:25]

I like the jaguars. They're frisky.

[00:06:27]

He's a fan of the Shields.

[00:06:28]

They're frisky?

[00:06:28]

Yeah, they're frisky this year.

[00:06:30]

I thought you were out on them.

[00:06:31]

No, I was never out again. Fake news from the media. Not true.

[00:06:35]

Boy, you're not doing yourself any favors.

[00:06:37]

But, Tony, are you a Pats fan? Have you ever been a Pats fan?

[00:06:40]

Yes, I was a Patriots fan. I grew up a Patriots fan.

[00:06:42]

Okay, why wait, is this a south beach sessions?

[00:06:44]

Let's just so Tom Brady left, and then you left. I mean yeah. Okay. Thank you for the honest yeah, I.

[00:06:50]

Was nine years old. Ten years old. I saw all day off.

[00:06:53]

Were you a Bucks fan too?

[00:06:55]

No, at that point, I was just, like, hoping Tom did a good job.

[00:06:58]

You were a shield.

[00:06:59]

Fan of the Shield.

[00:06:59]

At that point.

[00:07:00]

Yeah, I was already a fan of the Shield. But as a younger kid, my first viewing experience in the NFL was Brady watch going to that Super Bowl, beating the greatest show on turf. And I was like, wow, these guys are really good.

[00:07:09]

He's not the greatest show on turf.

[00:07:10]

Beating the greatest show on got you right with that venitary kick. And I became a Patriots fan at, like, ten years old, and unfortunately, they won five or six Super Bowls or whatever it was, and I had to bear the brunt of that in Miami.

[00:07:21]

And how did spy gate affect you?

[00:07:23]

Didn't really? Yeah. If you ain't cheating, you ain't trying. You know that.

[00:07:27]

Wow.

[00:07:27]

So deflate gate also not an issue.

[00:07:29]

Not a problem. Aaron Hernandez bothered me a little bit. I felt bad about it a little bit. Yeah.

[00:07:33]

What bothered you about it?

[00:07:34]

For everybody involved.

[00:07:35]

What could he have done to bother you more than a little bit?

[00:07:38]

Well, it wasn't him that bothered me. It was the situation. I was sad about it in multiple ways.

[00:07:43]

Sad for who?

[00:07:44]

For the person who was murdered.

[00:07:47]

One, two but most importantly the Patriots.

[00:07:50]

No, not the patriots. You were more of like, I was sad team. No, no, I didn't have that year. I didn't have it that year. No, I felt bad for Hernandez. He threw his life away.

[00:07:58]

Yeah.

[00:07:59]

And it made me sad. And then, obviously what know?

[00:08:02]

But you felt bad for the people.

[00:08:05]

Everybody involved, the victims.

[00:08:06]

Yeah, of course.

[00:08:06]

That's why I said him first.

[00:08:08]

Most importantly most importantly, the person that.

[00:08:10]

Was killed and the family.

[00:08:11]

Yes. Okay, very good.

[00:08:14]

Put us there.

[00:08:14]

When Tom Brady left, I knew it was coming. After that, pick pick six against the Titans. I was like, okay, this is probably it.

[00:08:24]

But it wasn't.

[00:08:24]

It.

[00:08:25]

It wasn't.

[00:08:26]

But it wasn't.

[00:08:27]

Then he went to Tampa Bay, and that was kind of the dog wants to go out. So you want me to get to my lowest point or not?

[00:08:35]

The dog?

[00:08:36]

No.

[00:08:36]

Yeah.

[00:08:37]

Willow. Willow was in here scratching the door. I don't know if I heard it. Just had to get up to the room.

[00:08:41]

I do want your lowest point.

[00:08:42]

No, you don't. You don't want his lowest point. You don't know very well, obviously.

[00:08:49]

Back to you, Stu.

[00:08:50]

Second lowest point.

[00:08:51]

That's a good question.

[00:08:53]

I'm enjoying this. Chris, top five lowest points.

[00:08:55]

What's wrong with that?

[00:08:57]

Number one.

[00:08:59]

Number four.

[00:09:00]

Yes.

[00:09:00]

Number four.

[00:09:01]

What happened to five four? I don't know.

[00:09:04]

Why do four, three, two, and then five four?

[00:09:09]

Did you feel bad when OJ threw his life away?

[00:09:12]

I saw OJ one time at a restaurant.

[00:09:15]

Yeah. Big guy.

[00:09:16]

If you've never seen OJ in person, OJ's huge in person. I don't know if you've ever seen him in person, but he was sitting at a local Italian spot next to my house, because he used to live, like, maybe three or four minutes from my parents house. And he had his arms he was laying back on one of those stools, laying on the bar, and he had his hands over the entire bar was spread, like, 8ft. He had his arms over the entire thing. And I was, like, maybe 1516 years old, and we were getting a pizza. My mom was like, hey, get out. Get the pizza. Come back in. And I was like, all right, cool. I turn the corner, and I see juice, and I'm like, oh, shit. It's juice. So as I'm walking by number three.

[00:09:56]

Yeah, we didn't even get to five yet.

[00:09:59]

I walked by and I said, hey, Juice, can I get through? And he's like, yeah, buddy, for sure. And kind of pat on my back.

[00:10:02]

And jeez, it is about it. All right, number five.

[00:10:07]

Number five. When you said, what do I do here?

[00:10:11]

Yeah. Number four. Number four. I'm still wondering, but it wasn't nice to say out loud. Sometimes you just think things.

[00:10:18]

He's carrying us right now.

[00:10:19]

Number four.

[00:10:20]

Number four is when you said in a meeting, what do you do here?

[00:10:23]

Yeah.

[00:10:24]

Which also didn't help front of skipper. Yes. Number three. Number three was we were having a certain meeting about a certain something that I don't want to reveal. And you also said, why are you.

[00:10:35]

Going to go yeah. Number two. Number two.

[00:10:41]

I can't tell.

[00:10:42]

Oh.

[00:10:46]

Don Lebotard, you need to listen to Kushlash.

[00:10:50]

What is that, Stugats?

[00:10:51]

Kushlash. Kushlash. Kushlash. Kushlash. Kushlash.

[00:10:56]

Wow, that cleared things up.

[00:10:58]

This is the Don Levitar Show with.

[00:11:11]

Sugats is like, I'm the only one that's left for a segment.

[00:11:14]

Billy, you're turning into sugats.

[00:11:15]

I'm very concerned about that. I'm very concerned about that because, Lucy, I don't know if you were here. I think you were here this day last week. We were wearing the same outfit.

[00:11:25]

Identical.

[00:11:26]

We were stugats and I were wearing the same color shorts, and then we both had, like, a hoodie on. It was, like, very concerning. And then I looked at myself in the mirror after and, like, hmm, I'm not in the best of shape. Right. Like, it really has me questioning if I need, like, a drastic life overhaul.

[00:11:44]

What worried me is that you didn't notice right off rip that you and Stu were wearing the exact same shorts. Like, the same color.

[00:11:51]

I still have no idea what you.

[00:11:52]

Guys are talking they're like these minty green kind of teal shorts. You guys were both wearing them at the same time.

[00:11:57]

Well, I don't think they were the exact same. Mine were, like, Adidas golf shorts.

[00:12:01]

Right?

[00:12:01]

Yeah. And you were wearing a similar greenish color. Short. Yeah.

[00:12:06]

What's wrong with turning into me, though?

[00:12:08]

I mean, it's not like if I had, like, a life chart, right? It wouldn't be that nothing against you. I mean, I don't want you to.

[00:12:18]

Take I'm not taking it personally.

[00:12:20]

Yeah, don't take it personally.

[00:12:21]

But now you're sitting in his chair, you're eating peanut M and Ms as.

[00:12:23]

A my blood sugar feels low. I haven't had anything I how do you know that? How do I know what?

[00:12:28]

Yeah, how do you know your blood.

[00:12:28]

Sugar went to a doctor?

[00:12:30]

Right.

[00:12:31]

Now.

[00:12:31]

How does he know?

[00:12:32]

I just feel like I need a little something.

[00:12:34]

A little something picard low kick.

[00:12:35]

You know what I mean? Yeah. I had made myself coffee, and I forgot, and I just left it out there.

[00:12:40]

That was yours. Yeah, I saw that.

[00:12:42]

I didn't have coffee today because I was right before the show, and I put in, like, the creamer, and I was going to put in the sugar, and I forgot that I did it, and it's just been sitting out there. So I disposed of it, but I didn't have any coffee today. I don't have any energy going on right now. It's just weird.

[00:12:55]

Maybe this will give you a little shot of energy. For the view wing audience, we have Jessica and willow out on the couch. Willow is paying off a grid of death punishment.

[00:13:03]

Wow. Really?

[00:13:03]

The lobster punishment.

[00:13:05]

The red lobster.

[00:13:06]

The red lobster punishment, which I didn't know existed, but well, we're doing it.

[00:13:11]

I rule with an iron fist.

[00:13:12]

So a human would have had to worn a dog costume as a lobster or a human costume for a lobster.

[00:13:18]

So does this count as a punishment for me?

[00:13:20]

No, for me, it works out that way. No, this counts as a punishment for willow. Willow took something from the bucket not too long ago and lost. And now that's that punishment paid, maybe.

[00:13:31]

We'Ll bring willow into your studio. Let the crab run around in there a little bit.

[00:13:35]

It's a lobster.

[00:13:35]

Whatever.

[00:13:36]

Is Willow bother you?

[00:13:37]

Is that what it is?

[00:13:38]

No, I accidentally kicked willow earlier, but.

[00:13:40]

That was yeah, that was not great.

[00:13:42]

Well, I just walked, and she happened to be willow.

[00:13:45]

So the normal motion of walking, you kicked Jess's dog.

[00:13:48]

People around here are calling it kicking.

[00:13:50]

There was quite a follow through. I kind of walked willow. It looked like you're hitting a 45 yarder. You know what I mean?

[00:13:56]

He's fine.

[00:13:56]

It wasn't exactly like a tap.

[00:13:58]

Willow just had some of my kind bar. I mean, was there a backswing shot.

[00:14:02]

Leg that's great for a dog.

[00:14:04]

Willow wants out.

[00:14:06]

Yeah, willow's done here.

[00:14:07]

All right, good.

[00:14:08]

Punishment. Punishment made.

[00:14:10]

Wow.

[00:14:10]

I don't know.

[00:14:11]

I said made. Punishment complete.

[00:14:12]

Seemed like a punishment for a dog. Doesn't really matter because she's not embarrassed.

[00:14:18]

By said, you know, that you don't know how willow feels.

[00:14:20]

Does she feel shame?

[00:14:21]

Dogs can feel shame. You ever caught a dog after they eat, like, you did this, and then they look away all like but how.

[00:14:28]

Do you know they're feeling shame, dude.

[00:14:30]

Have you not dogs ashamed when they do something wrong?

[00:14:33]

I mean, no, there was no shame.

[00:14:35]

In Willow right there.

[00:14:36]

She hates it, guys. And let the record show, willow had fine bucket and instant death, and she already paid off her punishment.

[00:14:43]

Whereas some of how sad she is.

[00:14:44]

Walking into the kitchen, she's like, I'm hungry.

[00:14:46]

You have not paid off any of your punishment.

[00:14:48]

Yeah, some of you not me, because name names.

[00:14:51]

I pulled the jets last week. Any given Sunday.

[00:14:54]

Stu got nice.

[00:14:54]

Yes. That's why they play the game.

[00:14:57]

Why they play the game.

[00:14:58]

Stutts tony has a conundrum that we may need to help him with.

[00:15:01]

Okay, big problem. All right, so I'm walking in a dear friend's wedding. My wife is officiating said friend's wedding.

[00:15:08]

Really?

[00:15:08]

Yeah. I walked in as a groomsman, and my wife is officiating.

[00:15:12]

Is this a pity groomsman thing? Is this your wife's connection? And they're just like, no. They got to give Tony something.

[00:15:17]

No. So my wife and my buddy Matt have been friends for, like, 20 years. They went to middle school together, and we've grown up kind of with each other.

[00:15:24]

Right.

[00:15:24]

And Matt's a good friend of mine, so it was a good synergy.

[00:15:27]

But more a friend with your wife.

[00:15:29]

No more friends with me.

[00:15:30]

Well, your wife's officiating, not you. So more friends with your wife. No, but we don't need to get.

[00:15:33]

Sounds like they were like, we need somewhere.

[00:15:34]

No, but Shannon, Matt's wife, or to be wife, is good friends with Jenny, my wife. So that's where that came from.

[00:15:40]

But they like, you her more than you.

[00:15:42]

Yes. So I'm walking in the wedding, but the problem is, USC 294 is in Abu Dhabi this weekend on Saturday, 02:00, p.m. Start time for the main card, which means the championship bouts are going to be happening around 04:00 430. When am I walking in the wedding? 430. So I've got an issue where the fights are only 25 minutes long. I'm not going to be able to watch them when they're happening. So do I kind of take my phone out? The thing is, as a groomsman, I'm standing for the majority of the time, so I can't just sit with my phone out. And then when we sit down, I'm right in the front. So my wife's going to be watching. And if my wife is doing the official watching me watch the fights, I'm in trouble.

[00:16:20]

That's the problem. You never told us before that your wife was officiating. Right now, this is your wife's day. Not even your friend's day. You cannot do that.

[00:16:27]

It's my wife's day.

[00:16:28]

Right?

[00:16:28]

It's not even Matt and Shannon's Day.

[00:16:29]

It's not Matt and Shannon's day. This is Jenny's day. So you cannot ruin Jenny's day.

[00:16:33]

Shannon that's my mom and dad.

[00:16:35]

Wow. Are they getting remarried this weekend? Oh, they're crazy divorced.

[00:16:40]

Your dad went to middle school.

[00:16:41]

Not just divorced. Crazy divorce. What does crazy divorce look like? What does that mean?

[00:16:46]

Like, right under. They've gone to court to sue each other.

[00:16:52]

That's crazy.

[00:16:53]

They haven't done that. But they do not like each other. Not pals. They are not friends.

[00:16:58]

I think Tony has two options. He can walk down the aisle, go viral. Watching the fight while walking down, that.

[00:17:04]

Seems like a bad idea.

[00:17:05]

It's not great for the wedding, but I'm telling you, it'll go viral. And you'll all of a sudden be the guy at the wedding that was watching the fight during the wedding.

[00:17:12]

Yeah, but he pisses off his wife.

[00:17:13]

All right, fine.

[00:17:14]

Hates his wife's day.

[00:17:15]

Option two is more practical. You just stay off your phone the entire time and record the fights and watch them when you I can't.

[00:17:21]

They're a pay per view, so I can't buy it and record it. Can you? No, I can't do that. It doesn't work that way. Really?

[00:17:25]

I think you can record I thought you could buy it and just start it whenever you get around to starting it.

[00:17:29]

No, I don't know. I've never tried to do pay per views.

[00:17:32]

Just like, run on I think you can watch it.

[00:17:34]

Not on ESPN plus yeah, but Chris.

[00:17:35]

Is it possible to get through, like, 7 hours without finding out the results?

[00:17:39]

That's seven straight hours of commercial.

[00:17:41]

But it's not you can't. It's why play by play is, like, the only thing that has value. Know companies like ESPN. It's why they shifted their entire thing away from talk shows and to just play by play because you can't tape the games anymore.

[00:17:57]

It's also probably going to be on YouTube the next day.

[00:17:59]

You just need to know. USC sometimes, like, bars their stuff.

[00:18:05]

That's how I was someone does it, like, in reverse or something, and they 2 hours.

[00:18:09]

That's why I can't record can't record.

[00:18:11]

It because he's doing free 99.

[00:18:12]

Doing free 99. My wife very helpful 99% of the time. This 1% of the time, she was not helpful. She's like, she's like, record it and watch it later. And I'm like, Babe, it doesn't work that way. You don't get it.

[00:18:25]

You clearly don't get you pay for one fight.

[00:18:27]

What would she normally do? Tony?

[00:18:29]

That's crazy.

[00:18:29]

If she wasn't officiating if she wasn't.

[00:18:31]

Officiating, I wasn't a groomsman. I'd be sitting probably, like, 15 rows back with the phone taped to the back of the chair and watching the fight.

[00:18:38]

Hold on a second. You do a UFC preview show, correct? Just expense it.

[00:18:43]

I do, but I expense it when I do a show against it. I don't expense it for free.

[00:18:47]

You're doing a show tonight?

[00:18:49]

Hey, wait, hold on.

[00:18:52]

Hold on a tick. Wait a tick. I approved it on Monday. Let's just plan out Monday's show. I feel like for Monday's show, we should have, like, a UFC recap, right?

[00:19:02]

Yes.

[00:19:02]

If only someone could watch it.

[00:19:04]

Right?

[00:19:04]

Okay, let's go around the room. Do we want to watch it? I don't really want to watch I vote Chris.

[00:19:08]

Yeah, I'll do it.

[00:19:09]

All right, so Chris will be expensive.

[00:19:12]

Figure out how to pay some of your login. Some of your login.

[00:19:15]

Yeah.

[00:19:15]

Lucy, who are you voting for? So close. What?

[00:19:17]

What?

[00:19:18]

Yeah, who are you voting for in what?

[00:19:21]

UFC recap on Monday?

[00:19:23]

Oh, Chris.

[00:19:25]

Yeah. I don't know. Whoa.

[00:19:27]

What is that?

[00:19:28]

That was a mistake. That sounded dangerously like wait a minute. Something I'm just kidding. It was on purpose. It's.

[00:19:39]

I just went, ah.

[00:19:41]

Were you previewing it against the spread?

[00:19:43]

Is brought to you by DraftKing sportsbook. Use code Dan when you sign up on the app. A limited time offer for new customers.

[00:19:50]

What are you laughing at, Billy?

[00:19:51]

Because I think I know what happened there.

[00:19:53]

That's an honest mistake. Billy, what do you got against the spread?

[00:19:57]

OOH, I like the Colts plus two this week against the.

[00:20:04]

Game that was on your screen, wasn't it?

[00:20:05]

Minchew's been looking good lately.

[00:20:07]

Looks terrible.

[00:20:08]

Awful.

[00:20:09]

Don't really know what's going on with the Browns there. Is Deshaun back, is he not?

[00:20:12]

It's a classic. Letdown spot for the Browns. They beat the 49 ers going against the Colts.

[00:20:17]

Colts need it.

[00:20:18]

Colts need it.

[00:20:19]

Yeah.

[00:20:19]

I thought we were doing this next segment, so I wasn't super prepared.

[00:20:23]

That's my bad.

[00:20:27]

Tony, who you got?

[00:20:28]

I'm going with something from UFC 294. I've got hamza chimayev to knock out. Kamaru usman. It's a little plus 200 there for you against us.

[00:20:41]

You're not going to know the results. I won't? Yeah.

[00:20:43]

I have to text Chris.

[00:20:44]

Chris will let you know on Monday.

[00:20:46]

I have to wait till Monday? Yeah, because he's going to watch it. So I'm barred. The only way that I can actually see what happened is if Chris tells me what happened.

[00:20:52]

Yeah, he's watching for the company, not you.

[00:20:54]

Yeah.

[00:20:54]

Sorry.

[00:20:56]

Jess, what do you again?

[00:20:59]

I didn't know I was going to.

[00:21:00]

Be here for the segment either. So I have Tennessee versus Alabama again.

[00:21:06]

And who did you pick? You just mentioned both tennessee.

[00:21:09]

Okay. Got you.

[00:21:09]

Tennessee is a nine point underdog and Alabama has been playing some close.

[00:21:16]

But I feel like we're all just picking games because it's the first game that came up on our screen. Yeah, because we weren't ready for that.

[00:21:22]

I'm definitely not doing that. I'm taking Georgia Tech minus five and a half at home against Boston College because I just study this shit against the thread.

[00:21:33]

Cherber.

[00:21:34]

I'll be taking the one and only UCF Knights plus 19 in Norman, Oklahoma, against former UCF quarterback Dylan Gabriel.

[00:21:44]

Jesus.

[00:21:45]

Against the spread.

[00:21:48]

We're playing for a very real prize.

[00:21:51]

Oh, I know.

[00:21:51]

Take it seriously, Lucy.

[00:21:52]

I'm taking this seriously. And I'm also taking Utah plus six and a half at USC. USC has struggled against this Utah team. Their defense is good. USC is not looking great right now. So Utah plus six and a half against the.

[00:22:10]

Thank you.

[00:22:11]

That was Chris's idea.

[00:22:12]

You got I think Chris is up.

[00:22:14]

No he winner.

[00:22:17]

I am taking the Dolphins to beat the Eagles outright. They cover the spread. I am taking the dolphins. Sunday night Football against the spread.

[00:22:27]

Don Lebotard.

[00:22:29]

Let's go to 80. Wow. I think Billy typed an eight instead of a b five.

[00:22:38]

The clearest day.

[00:22:40]

Stugats number eight. It's Chris Corner on the line. CC, go ahead.

[00:22:47]

This is the Don Levitar show with the stugats.

[00:22:58]

Now, there has been someone we've been hearing from a lot lately. And I've kind of had it.

[00:23:03]

I'm done the Kelsey's.

[00:23:05]

It could be the Kelsey's, but it's not them.

[00:23:07]

Taylor Swift.

[00:23:07]

Could be Taylor Swift, not them. Jada pinkett Smith. Oh, God, I know so much about her relationship, her love life, her sex life, and I didn't ask for any of it. Every single time I open up my phone, it is her just dropping some new bombshell about her life and her relationship. And I'm not like a crazy Will Smith fan or anything. I don't particularly care about the guy. And I feel so bad for him because every time he opens up his phone, it's just his wife spilling his dirty laundry everywhere. Yeah, I'm done. I don't want to know anything about their life anymore.

[00:23:38]

It's just like, at what point are we not going to care? At what point is everybody just going to open their phone and be so like, we're done. That's it. I don't want to hear about it anymore. I don't want to hear from Will.

[00:23:47]

Smith mean probably ever again. We're starting a segment with I don't care. Obviously we're doing it. We're keeping them around.

[00:23:53]

I'm not going to say anything the rest of the segment.

[00:23:55]

Well, she just did a sit down interview, and I feel like she closed the book. Right.

[00:23:59]

She knows she's opening the book because she's selling one.

[00:24:01]

Right. I know.

[00:24:02]

A bunch of interviews, but I think.

[00:24:03]

That book is actually closing the book on the entire topic.

[00:24:06]

She said she wants to write a book together with Will Smith.

[00:24:10]

Leave the guy alone.

[00:24:15]

I'm with you on that one, Tony.

[00:24:17]

What is your issue?

[00:24:18]

My issue is, at what point is Will going to be like, you know what? I'm done with it. I don't want to deal with it. I don't want to talk about it anymore. Like, leave me alone. He continues to just be back there like, oh, yeah, she's making fun of me. Okay, guys, this is cool. It's pathetic. If we're going to ban books, let's start here. I don't know what he's doing, but he's pathetic. At this point.

[00:24:37]

I have no problem with her writing a book and doing all this media. My problem with the entire celebrity memoir media cycle is that a lot of celebrities and I saw this happen with Prince Harry when he wrote his book and I was happening with Britney Spears'book. The PR people leak out all of these things that are going to be revealed in the book ahead of time as part of this media cycle. And then by the time the book comes out, I'm like, I feel like I read the book. Yeah, right.

[00:25:06]

I like that part.

[00:25:07]

I don't know if I need to.

[00:25:08]

Read this now because every salacious thing that you are going to reveal has now been on my timeline for like, four months. I'm good.

[00:25:16]

She loves Tupac. Tupac's been dead years. Like, what are we doing?

[00:25:21]

Part of. The book.

[00:25:21]

It's part of her story.

[00:25:24]

He was a childhood friend of hers.

[00:25:25]

I'm just saying what are you supposed to do there? What are you supposed to do? I don't care about it.

[00:25:29]

What are you upset about, though?

[00:25:30]

I'm just upset about the whole thing.

[00:25:32]

That she used Tupac to try to sell a book.

[00:25:34]

No. Well, yes, partially, but the whole thing with Will Smith. Right. Keep my wife's name out your mouth. You guys hadn't been together for seven years before that. She didn't want you to do that, and you felt the need, for whatever reason, to go slap Chris Rock on national TV inexplicably for no reason.

[00:25:49]

Sounds like your problems with Will Smith, though.

[00:25:51]

I do have a problem with Will Smith. Yeah.

[00:25:53]

I actually like Jada, and I like that she explained what happened there because a lot of people blame Jada for Will doing that, and she said, no, I didn't tell Will to do that.

[00:26:00]

Yes, she doesn't want anything to do with Will, which is the weird part. Why he did that. I mean, she wants to sell the book?

[00:26:06]

To an extent. Yeah.

[00:26:07]

I just think there are some things that they may better they should be hashed out with your therapist.

[00:26:12]

Let them figure it out. Yeah. We don't need to be involved in this.

[00:26:16]

I hope they're both happy. I hope their lives are great. I just want to know a little bit less about what's going on with you, because I'm not seeking this information out. It is just bombarding me every day where I'm like, I really don't want to know what your relationship is like at all.

[00:26:30]

It's like, how are you doing? I'm good. And you just move on.

[00:26:33]

Exactly.

[00:26:34]

I don't need to know all this information. I hope you guys figure this out in private, away from me.

[00:26:39]

I don't care.

[00:26:40]

But in private, how do you know about it? How does everybody know about it? I know, but they want you to know about it.

[00:26:45]

But, guys, this could be going on in your life.

[00:26:47]

Time out, Tony.

[00:26:50]

Watch the Tony.

[00:26:51]

If you were part of a power couple and could continue to make money off being a power couple, would you not do it?

[00:26:57]

Of course.

[00:26:58]

Right. So what's wrong? What are we doing?

[00:27:00]

What salacious things are you going to have?

[00:27:01]

They're making a book in your book.

[00:27:03]

That you have coming out.

[00:27:04]

You have no idea.

[00:27:05]

You have a book deal, according to you.

[00:27:07]

Yes, but it's my personal record.

[00:27:08]

But, you know, Stu Gotz would if he did have any salacious things in his book, he would tell us all months ahead of time.

[00:27:15]

I think he's holding on to them for the lawsuit.

[00:27:18]

I don't think so.

[00:27:18]

No.

[00:27:19]

Yeah.

[00:27:19]

What lawsuits? What are you talking about?

[00:27:22]

Well, don't worry about that.

[00:27:23]

You always have a file, I feel.

[00:27:25]

Why should I not worry about my own lawsuit? Are you guys planning a lawsuit? On my behalf.

[00:27:29]

Oh, I didn't know.

[00:27:31]

Class action.

[00:27:32]

Action quack. Right?

[00:27:36]

I'm interested in this couple, I am.

[00:27:38]

No, you may not.

[00:27:39]

Are you going to buy the book? You're not going to read the book?

[00:27:41]

I'm not going to buy the book. But I'm interested. Like, listen, she's not doing Will any favors, I will tell you that.

[00:27:47]

How much more do you want to know? How much do you need to know here?

[00:27:50]

But it's up to you what you want to know, right?

[00:27:53]

I would say that it is and it isn't. Where I don't care about their relationship. I really don't. And she's been talking about it for years. She's had Will Smith on red table talk after cheating on him, clowning him.

[00:28:05]

But he agreed. They're clown guys he agreed to do.

[00:28:08]

No, no, but it's one of those things where if she wants to put it out there, that's great. But it's every time I open up TikTok, every time I open up my phone, it is just new information that I'm like, I don't really feel like this should be something I should know. I don't think I should know this.

[00:28:22]

It's also being revealed, like in drops. It's like just that's what I mean.

[00:28:26]

Get it all out there.

[00:28:28]

That's how you promote it, right? You give a couple of interesting nuggets, you don't give them everything, and then you're forced to read the book if you want it all.

[00:28:36]

The problem is that everything is being put out there. Like all of the interesting stuff gets out there before the book. And that's not just what Jada like Jess was saying. It feels like every celebrity memoir cycle is sort of like how music has changed in that way where there aren't really albums anymore. It's like you just get twelve singles and then they release the album. But that's the whole album. That's the way that the PR cycle is working, where you need to satisfy the entire time for months beforehand and it doesn't really leave anything left for you to go find.

[00:29:06]

No, I think they're making a great point, and I would say, yeah, I have more issue with just the cycle of the PR and it's just wildly uncomfortable to see people who are married just his wife just shitting on him in public. It's not something I just want to be a part of. I don't want anything to do with it. And it's a lot of the PR cycle. I just want less.

[00:29:26]

I just want less.

[00:29:28]

Do you guys feel like Will should get a piece of the book? Do you think Will is getting a.

[00:29:31]

Piece of the book? No. Why would he get a piece of the book?

[00:29:33]

I mean, he's a big part of the book, and they're married and they're not are married. They live separately, but they are married.

[00:29:40]

Shamage.

[00:29:40]

It's a sham marriage.

[00:29:41]

Sham marriage.

[00:29:42]

Okay.

[00:29:42]

It's been for a while.

[00:29:43]

I'm assuming he must have given her permission to do this stuff because it's the same reason with when he went on red table talk. He was there. He was willing to be there. It's just something that it's like if you're at a party and a couple's fighting in front of you, you're like, oh, man, I want nothing to do with this. I'm really just trying to have a good time, and you guys can figure us out behind closed doors. It's just not something that I want to be here for.

[00:30:06]

It's like when you make out with somebody else's wife at the Halloween party, they have a fight and you're like.

[00:30:10]

Whoa, I just thought it was my wife.

[00:30:11]

What's happening here?

[00:30:12]

Yeah, but I feel like most people want those details. Like, when you see a couple fighting at a party, they're like, what's going on there? Right?

[00:30:17]

Yeah, no, that is true.

[00:30:18]

You run away from that, like, marital strife. Why?

[00:30:21]

I just think it's what people talk. It's gossip, that's all. Hey, what's going on with our friends down the street? Something's off there. I like that stuff.

[00:30:29]

I think it might be my fault. Right.

[00:30:32]

I like the dirt. I do.

[00:30:34]

I think it is human nature to.

[00:30:35]

Gossip, of course, especially about celebrities. Like, we're not interested in Will Smith.

[00:30:41]

Suddenly get out of, but we need.

[00:30:43]

A little left for the imagination. We know pretty much everything that's going on between the two of them.

[00:30:48]

What's the last thing that Will or Jada did outside from, like, this terrible movies?

[00:30:53]

I am legend won an Oscar last year.

[00:30:56]

For what?

[00:30:57]

Yeah. What? He slapped Chris Rock.

[00:30:59]

Forget the name of the movie.

[00:31:00]

Exactly.

[00:31:01]

No, but it was Richard Williams. King Richard. That's what it was called. I forgot what it was called.

[00:31:07]

It Richard.

[00:31:11]

He won an Oscar the same night everyone wins.

[00:31:14]

It was a pretty big deal.

[00:31:15]

It was a big movie.

[00:31:17]

She has, like, seven.

[00:31:18]

She has two.

[00:31:19]

To Billy's point, though, all of the stuff the last couple of years just made us forget what the movie was. I feel like if that slap never happens, that would have been right at the top of our tongue. No, dude, I'm telling you. No, it was at the time. That was a big movie.

[00:31:34]

He hasn't made a good movie in, like, 15 years.

[00:31:40]

I liked King Richard then.

[00:31:41]

You didn't watch Richard Williams?

[00:31:42]

No, I didn't watch Richard Williams. But name other than that, name a good movie. Men in Black five.

[00:31:47]

I'm back.

[00:31:49]

It's been a while.

[00:31:50]

Is hemsworth in that one?

[00:31:51]

I don't know. I didn't see the last one.

[00:31:52]

You know, you guys never got me a Halloween costume we brought up yesterday.

[00:31:56]

Oh, what you want to be for Halloween?

[00:31:57]

Yeah, I need a Halloween costume because I don't want to do the couple's thing. We never actually looked at and made fun of my Sad bee costume. Remember we talked about it on yesterday?

[00:32:05]

Do you have the picture?

[00:32:05]

Yeah, we do have the picture. Now there's my sad bee costume. That netting it's clearly not a bee net. It's just a random do you still have that shirt?

[00:32:14]

I actually think it's not that bad. I don't know what's on your pants.

[00:32:17]

Why am I wet? Yeah, that you seem to be damp.

[00:32:21]

Was there another bee there?

[00:32:22]

Did you not look at the picture?

[00:32:23]

Maybe I got some honey on me.

[00:32:24]

It's pollen. Pollen.

[00:32:25]

That's weird.

[00:32:27]

Anyway, all right, we can take that picture down.

[00:32:31]

I agree that you repeat yourself.

[00:32:33]

No, that's not a full he's doing a thing. Maybe a little sprinkle.

[00:32:38]

What do you mean he's doing a thing?

[00:32:39]

Doing a thing.

[00:32:40]

I agree that I don't think the Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith stuff is for me, but it might be for someone else.

[00:32:47]

I'm just saying it's for me.

[00:32:48]

I'm also less inclined to buy her book because I could just read it. The Hollywood Reporter.

[00:32:53]

Yeah.

[00:32:53]

Maybe me and my wife could be Will and Jada.

[00:32:55]

No, don't do that. Bad idea. Not a good idea. Stay away from that.

[00:33:00]

Let's keep thinking.

[00:33:01]

Yeah, just spitballing.

[00:33:02]

What are you thinking, Chris?

[00:33:03]

Are you going to a party? What do you need a cosplay?

[00:33:04]

I do have to go to a party. That's why. It's all right. I'll figure it out on my own.

[00:33:09]

You guys should beat Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.

[00:33:12]

I was actually I did my homes a few years ago. I know.

[00:33:14]

And you returned the jersey. I remember looking like I never look at him the same way again.

[00:33:18]

I bought a jersey.

[00:33:19]

I know. Wore it to work.

[00:33:20]

I was like, you still have the tags on. He's like, I'm returning it.

[00:33:22]

I'm like, Are you explaining how costumes work?

[00:33:25]

That's not how costumes work.

[00:33:27]

I try to return all my Despicable one.

[00:33:31]

You're the one that doesn't billy got a closet.

[00:33:33]

You like costumes, Despicable?

[00:33:36]

Answer the question.

[00:33:37]

Do you have a closet full of costumes somewhere?

[00:33:39]

Yeah.

[00:33:39]

Like in a bag somewhere. My wife probably give them away.

[00:33:41]

You're going to look back for a beekeeper costume? You can't find it.

[00:33:43]

You're like, I knew it was in all of them.

[00:33:45]

Who decides they want to be a beekeeper? That's Chris. I don't know.

[00:33:48]

His wife wanted to be a b and that was the solution.

[00:33:51]

It should have been a b with actually, my idea. Oh, Dan. Mike Amin and Charlote take it away in La.
